Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 組織サンプルを処与の波長を有する単色励起光にさらし、 該励起光と該組織サンプルとの相互作用によって発生された放射エネルギか ら蛍光スペクトルを生成させ、 微分正規化された蛍光(DNF)曲線を生成させるために、基準となる一組 の正常組織の調和されたスペクトルの平均値から該正規化されたスペクトルを引 き、 該微分正規化されたスペクトルを該組織サンプルの特殊な状態と相関させる ことから成る医療診断実行方法。 2 前記さらす段階が、該組織サンプルを約410nmの波長を有する単色励起光 にさらすことを含む、請求項1の方法。 3 前記相関段階が、基線を設定するために先験的に一組の正常組織を確認し、 正規化されたスペクトルを生成させるために該スペクトル内の統合された領域に よって該スペクトルの各波長において該強度を分割し、該正規化されたスペクト ルを該基線と比較することを含む、請求項1の方法。 4 前記相関段階が、正常な組織が蛍光を発する波長を決定し、正常組織の蛍光 の消耗を確認することを含む、請求項1の方法。 5 前記相関段階が、該正規化されたスペクトルの第1、第2又は第n導関数曲 線を比較することを含む、請求項1の方法。 6 前記相関段階が、該微分正規化された蛍光スペクトルの第1、第2又は第n 導関数曲線を比較することを含む、請求項1の方法。 7 処与の波長を有する単色励起光を組織サンプルヘ放射する装置と、 該励起光と該組織サンプルとの相互作用によって発生された放射エネルギか らレーザ誘導蛍光スペクトルを生成させる装置と、 微分正規化されたスペクトルを生成させるために、該スペクトルの各波長に おける強度を該スペクトル内の統合された領域によって分割する装置と、 該微分正規化されたスペクトルを該組織サンプルの特殊な状態と相関させる 装置とから成る医療診断実行装置。 8 前記放射装置が、約410nmの波長を有するレーザを含む、請求項1の装置 。 9 前記放射装置が、内視鏡及び光学繊維束をさらに含み、励起光を内視鏡に向 けると共に別の光学繊維束を通して該組織からの放射エネルギを検出するように する、請求項8の装置。 10 前記放射装置がパルス状レーザを含み、前記相関装置が時分割モードで用い られるゲート制御された光検出器である、請求項7の装置。 11 前記放射装置が約410nmの波長を有するパルス状レーザを含み、前記相関 装置が時分割モードで用いられるゲート制御された光検出器である、請求項7の 装置。 12 前記放射装置が変調されたレーザを含み、前記相関装置が位相分割モードで 作動される同期化された光検出器を含む、請求項7の装置。 13 前記放射装置が約410nmにおいて振幅変調された光を生成させるレーザを 含み、前記相関装置が位相分割モード作動される同期化された光検出器を含む、 請求項7の装置。 14 該蛍光発光が約480nmで行われる、請求項8の装置。 15 該蛍光発光が約660nmで行われる、請求項8の装置。
