Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式: [式中、Rは1〜約5個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族基であり、nは2〜約10の 整数である] で示されるヒドロシクロシロキサンモノマーのプラズマ重合によって形成される 膜を含有する組成物。 2.nが7〜10である請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.nが4〜6である請求項1に記載の組成物。 4.nが2〜3である請求項1に記載の組成物。 5.ヒドロシクロシロキサンモノマーが、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルヒドロ シクロテトラシロキサン、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルヒドロシクロペンタシ ロキサン、1,3,5,7,9,11−ヘキサメチルヒドロシクロヘキサシロキサン 、および、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと1,3,5, 6,9,11−ヘキサメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンモノマーの混合物からなる群 から選択される請求項1に記載の組成物。 6.膜が、2960cm-1、2902cm-1、2170cm-1、1260cm-1、10 25cm-1および1143cm-1の吸収バンドを特徴とするFTIRスペクトルを有 する請求項1に記載の組成物。 7.膜が、実質的に図3に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請求項1に記 載の組成物。 8.膜が、実質的に図4に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請求項1に記 載の組成物。 9.膜が、実質的に図9A〜9Cに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する請求 項1に記載の組成物。 10.膜が、実質的に図10A〜10Cに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する 請求項1に記載の組成物。 11.プラズマ共重合したシロキサン膜を含有する組成物。 12.一般式: [式中、Rは脂肪族基であり、nは2〜約10の整数である] で示されるヒドロシクロシロキサンモノマー、ならびにフルオロカーボンモノマ ー、有機に基づくモノマーおよび官能基末端モノマーからなる群から選択される コモノマーのプラズマ共重合によって形成される膜を含有する組成物。 13.nが7〜10である請求項12に記載の組成物。 14.nが4〜6である請求項12に記載の組成物。 15.nが2〜3である請求項12に記載の組成物。 16.ヒドロシクロシロキサンモノマーが、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルヒドロ シクロテトラシロキサン、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルヒドロシクロペンタシ ロキサン、1,3,5,7,9,11−ヘキサメチルヒドロシクロヘキサシロキサン 、および、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと1,3,5, 6,9,11−ヘキサメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンモノマーの混合物からなる群 から選択される請求項12に記載の組成物。 17.ヒドロシクロシロキサンが、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルヒドロシクロテ トラシロキサン、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルヒドロシクロペンタシロキサン 、 1,3,5,7,9,11−ヘキサメチルヒドロシクロヘキサシロキサン、および、 1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと1,3,5,6,9,11 −ヘキサメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンモノマーの混合物からなる群から選択さ れ、コモノマーがヘキサフルオロプロピレンである請求項12に記載の組成物。 18.ヒドロシクロシロキサンが、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルヒドロシクロテ トラシロキサン、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルヒドロシクロペンタシロキサン 、1,3,5,7,9,11−ヘキサメチルヒドロシクロヘキサシロキサン、および 、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと1,3,5,6,9,1 1−ヘキサメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンモノマーの混合物からなる群から選択 され、コモノマーがエチレンである請求項12に記載の組成物。 19.ヒドロシクロシロキサンが、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルヒドロシクロテ トラシロキサン、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルヒドロシクロペンタシロキサン 、1,3,5,7,9,11−ヘキサメチルヒドロシクロヘキサシロキサン、および 、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと1,3,5,6,9,1 1−ヘキサメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンモノマーの混合物からなる群から選択 され、コモノマーがN−トリメチルシリルアリルアミンである請求項12に記載の 組成物。 20.ヒドロシクロシロキサンが、1,3,5,7−テトラメチルヒドロシクロテ トラシロキサン、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルヒドロシクロペンタシロキサン 、1,3,5,7,9,11−ヘキサメチルヒドロシクロヘキサシロキサン、および 、1,3,5,7,9−ペンタメチルシクロペンタシロキサンと1,3,5,6,9,1 1−ヘキサメチルシクロヘキサシロキサンモノマーの混合物からなる群から選択 され、コモノマーがNH3、SO2、N2またはCO2からなる群から選択される請 求項12に記載の組成物。 21.膜が、実質的に図3Bまたは4に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請 求項16に記載の組成物。 22.膜が、実質的に図5に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請求項17に記 載の組成物。 23.膜が、実質的に図6に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請求項18に記 載の組成物。 24.膜が、実質的に図7に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請求項19に記 載の組成物。 25.膜が、実質的に図8に示されるFTIRスペクトルを有する請求項20に記 載の組成物。 26.膜が、実質的に図9A〜9Cに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する請求 項16に記載の組成物。 27.膜が、実質的に図10A〜10Cに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する 請求項16に記載の組成物。 28.膜が、実質的に図11A〜11Dに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する 請求項17に記載の組成物。 29.膜が、実質的に図12A〜12Cに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する 請求項18に記載の組成物。 30.膜が、実質的に図13A〜13Dに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する 請求項19に記載の組成物。 31.膜が、実質的に図14A〜14Eに示されるESCAスペクトルを有する 請求項19に記載の組成物。 32.膜が生物適合性である請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。 33.膜が生物適合性である請求項11〜31のいずれかに記載の組成物。 34.膜がガス透過性である請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。 35.膜が、0.4〜20(x10-4cm/秒*cmHg)の酸素透過速度、1〜50( x10-4cm/秒*cmHg)のCO2透過速度、および1.5〜7のCO2/O2選択性 を有する請求項31に記載の組成物。 36.膜がガス透過性である請求項11〜31のいずれかに記載の組成物。 37.膜が血栓抵抗性である請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物。 38.膜が血栓抵抗性である請求項11〜31のいずれかに記載の組成物。 39.プラズマ重合膜で被覆した基材表面の製造方法であって、以下の工程を含 む方法: 脂肪族ヒドロシクロシロキサンモノマーをプラズマ状態に誘導して脂肪族ヒド ロシクロシロキサンのプラズマを得; プラズマグローゾーンを与える条件下、300mトル未満のシステム圧力およ び1μ/秒より大きいモノマー流れ速度で、脂肪族ヒドロシクロシロキサンのプ ラズマに基材表面を暴露し;そして 一定速度でプラズマグローゾーンを通って基材表面を移動させ、プラズマ重合 膜で被覆した基材表面を得る。 40.プラズマ重合膜で被覆した基材表面の製造方法であって、以下の工程を含 む方法: 脂肪族ヒドロシクロシロキサンモノマーおよびコモノマーをプラズマ状態に誘 導して脂肪族ヒドロシクロシロキサンとコモノマーのプラズマを得;そして 共重合および膜堆積の条件下、脂肪族ヒドロシクロシロキサンおよびコモノマ ーのプラズマに基材表面を暴露して、基材表面に共重合した脂肪族ヒドロシクロ シロキサンモノマーおよびコモノマーの被覆を得る。
