Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.導電性繊維を含む繊維質基材に物質を含浸させるCVI方法であって、 ・容器に基材を配置する工程、 ・基材の露出表面の近傍より基材の露出表面から最も離れた部分においてより 高い温度を基材が有するように、基材内に温度勾配を形成できる基材と誘導コイ ルとの間の直接電磁カップリングにより基材を加熱する工程、および ・含浸すべき物質の前駆体である反応気体を容器に導入して、より高い温度に ある基材の部分において該物質の生成を促進する工程 を含んで成る方法において、 ・横方向電気抵抗率の縦方向電気抵抗率に対する割合ρr/ρcが1.3より小 さくなく、また、横方向熱伝導率の縦方向熱伝導率に対する割合λr/λcが0. 9より大きくなく、そして、 ・基材は、誘導コイルにより形成される場の中に全体が位置し、基材および誘 導コイルは、相互に対して静止的である状態を占める ことを特徴とする方法。 2.基材は、20%より小さくない繊維体積割合を有する縫い付け繊維質構造 物により構成される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.基材の繊維体積割合は、25%より小さくない請求の範囲第2項記載の方 法。 4.基材は、一体に縫い付けられた重なり層に巻かれる2次元繊維製品により 構成される請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.基材を構成する繊維製品の横方向電気抵抗率は、1mΩ/cm〜20mΩ /cmの範囲にある請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.基材を構成する繊維製品の横方向熱伝導率は、0.1W/m.°K〜20W /m.°Kの範囲にある請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれかに記載の方法。
