Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高分子材料から作られ且つ患者に設置され、カテーテルのルーメンを形成す る細長いチューブ状要素と、 該チューブ状要素の表面の少なくとも一部に塗布された表面コーティングと を有し、 前記表面コーティングが、前記カテーテルのルーメンに沿った閉塞を溶解す るのに効果的な少なくとも1つの酵素と、患者の体液との接触による短期間の分 解から前記酵素を保護するための手段とを有する、ことからなるカテーテル。 2.前記少なくとも1つの酵素が、フィブリン溶解酵素からなる、請求の範囲第 1項のカテーテル。 3.前記少なくとも1つの酵素が、脂肪分解酵素からなる、請求の範囲第1項の カテーテル。 4.前記少なくとも1つの酵素が、フィブリン溶解酵素と脂肪分解酵素との組合 せからなる、請求の範囲第1項のカテーテル。 5.前記少なくとも1つの酵素が、前記チューブ状要素の上の酵素粒子の実質的 なミセル性の列からなり、また、更に、前記酵素保護手段が前記酵素粒子を覆い 且つ前記チューブ状要素にしっかりと粘着する多孔包皮フィルムからなり、該包 皮フィルムは、前記酵素を分解から実質的に遮蔽しながら閉塞制御のために前記 酵素を活性化するのに効果的な体液の成分の拡散した通過を許容する制御された 多孔度を有する、請求の範囲第1項のカテーテル。 6.前記包皮フィルムが希釈シリコンラバーからなる、請求の範囲第5項のカテ ーテル。 7.前記表面コーティングが、患者の体液の存在の中で可溶な材料のカプセル化 シェルの中に包含された前記酵素を有する時間の経過で解放するカプセルからな り、該カプセルが、長時間にわたって、その中の前記酵素を露出させるために前 記体液の存在の中での溶解のための種々のシェル厚みを有する、請求の範囲第1 項のカテーテル。 8.前記カプセルを前記チューブ状要素に結合させるための手段を更に有する、 請求の範囲第7項のカテーテル。 9.前記包皮シェルが可溶性澱粉からなる、請求の範囲第7項のカテーテル。 10.前記カプセルの前記包皮シェルが、約0.2ないし約7.0ミクロンの範囲内の様 々なシェル厚みを有する、請求の範囲第7項のカテーテル。 11.前記表面コーティングが、血清プロテインと架橋され且つ前記チューブ状要 素に結合された酵素を有する膜からなる、請求の範囲第1項のカテーテル。 12.前記酵素が、アルデヒドによって前記血清プロテインと架橋され、また、更 に、前記チューブ状要素に前記アルデヒドを結合させる手段を有する、請求の範 囲第11項のカテーテル。 13.高分子材料から作られ且つ患者に設置され、カテーテルのルーメンを形成す る細長いチューブ状要素と、 該チューブ状要素の表面の少なくとも一部の上の少なくとも一つの酵素とを 有し、 前記酵素が、前記カテーテルのルーメンに沿った脂質ベースの閉塞を溶解す る患者の体液の存在の中で有効である、ことからなるカテーテル。 14.患者の液体との接触で、前記酵素が短期間に分解するのを保護する手段を更 に有する、請求の範囲第13項のカテーテル。 15.カテーテルの表面の少なくとも一部に選択された酵素を実質的にミセル性の 列で塗布する工程と、 前記酵素を覆い且つ前記カテーテルに粘着した多孔性包皮フィルムで前記酵 素のミセル性の列を包皮して前記酵素を前記カテーテルの表面に保持させて、患 者の体液成分の拡散した通過で活性化してカテーテルの閉塞を溶解させる工程と を有する、高分子カテーテルに酵素コーティングを塗布する方法。 16.前記カテーテルにミセル性の列で前記酵素を塗布する工程が、酵素粒子を水 と混ぜて酵素スラリーを作り、前記カテーテルを前記酵素スラリーの中に浸漬し て、該酵素スラリーで前記カテーテルの表面の一部を被覆し、該カテーテルの上 で前記酵素スラリーを乾燥させることかなる、請求の範囲第15項の方法。 17.前記酵素のミセル性の列を包皮する工程が、シリコンラバー含有エラストマ ーと硬化剤とのフィルム溶液を調整し、ミセル性酵素列を備えた前記カテーテ ルを前記フィルム溶液の中に浸漬して包皮フィルムを作り、該包皮フィルムを前 記カテーテルの所定の位置で硬化させることからなる、請求の範囲第15項の方 法。 18.前記フィルム溶液を調整する工程が、前記フィルム溶液を実質的に過剰なエ ラストマーと混合することからなる、請求の範囲第17項の方法。 19.前記フィルム溶液を調整する工程が、更に、前記フィルム溶液を水で希釈す ることを含む、請求の範囲第18項の方法。 20.患者の体液の存在の中で加水分解可能な材料のカプセル化シェルの中に酵素 を有する時間の経過で解放するカプセルを作る工程と、 ここに、前記カプセル化シェルが様々なシェルの厚みを有し、 また、前記時間の経過で解放するカプセルを前記カテーテルの表面の少なくと も一部に結合させる工程とを有する、高分子カテーテルに酵素コーティングを塗 布する方法。 21.前記結合工程が、前記カテーテルにしっかりと結合させるのに適した結合剤 で前記カプセルをコーティング化、該被覆されたカプセルを前記カテーテルと接 触させることからなる、請求の範囲第20項の方法。 22.前記結合工程が、前記カプセル及び前記カテーテルの表面の少なくとも一部 を、互いに共有結合に適した異なるシラン化合物でコーティングし、また、該被 覆されたカプセルを前記被覆されたカテーテルに接触させて、カプセルを前記カ テーテルに関して結合させることからなる、請求の範囲第20項の方法。 23.架橋剤によって酵素を血清プロテインで架橋結合させる工程と、 前記架橋剤を前記カテーテルの表面の少なくとも一部に結合させる工程とを 有する、高分子カテーテルに酵素コーティングを塗布する方法。 24.前記架橋結合工程が、前記酵素をアルブミンで架橋結合することからなる、 請求の範囲第23項の方法。 25.前記架橋剤がアルデヒドである、請求の範囲第23項の方法。 26.前記架橋結合工程が、前記酵素及び血清プロテインのスラリーを作り、また 、該スラリーを前記架橋剤と接触させることからなる、請求の範囲第23項の方 法。 27.前記架橋剤を前記カテーテルに結合させる前記工程が、シラン化合物によっ て前記架橋剤を前記カテーテルに結合させることからなる、請求の範囲第23項 の方法。
