Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.縦軸線を有する細長く延在したケーシングが設けられかつ媒体の通流する測 定通路を備え、該測定通路を流動する媒体内には、温度従変性の少なくとも1つ の測定抵抗を有する温度従変性のセンサエレメントが配置されており、しかも流 動媒体温度を補償するために、温度従変性の媒体温度抵抗が設けられている形式 の、流動媒体質量を測定するため、特に内燃機関の吸気質量を測定するための質 量測定装置において、媒体温度抵抗(86)が測定通路(20)の外部で、縦軸 線(10)に対してほぼ平行に延在しているケーシング(15)の外面(84) に沿ってかつ該外面(84)に対して間隔をおいて配置されており、かつ前記ケ ーシング(15)が前記縦軸線(10)に対して垂直方向で見て、前記媒体温度 抵抗(86)に対面した方の側で該媒体温度抵抗(86)の領域では前記外面( 84)までしか延びていないことを特徴とする、流動媒体の質量測定装置。 2.ケーシング(15)には複数の電気的なホルダー(88)が設けられており 、かつ該電気的なホルダー(88)には媒体温度抵抗(86)の複数本の電気的 な接続ワイヤ(92,93)が接続されている、請求項1記載の質量測定装置。 3.少なくとも1本の電気的な接続ワイヤ(93)がU字形を有し、かつ電気的 なホルダー(88)が流動媒体の流動方向に互いに相前後して位置している、請 求項2記載の質量測定装置。 4.ケーシング(15)が突起(89)を有しかつ少なくとも1本の電気的な接 続ワイヤ(93)が、電気的なホルダー(88)から離反した方の前記突起(8 9)の側をめぐって延びている、請求項3記載の質量測定装置。 5.媒体温度抵抗(86)が、センサエレメント(25)の電子制御回路(30 )と接続されている、請求項1記載の質量測定装置。 6.媒体温度抵抗(86)が、ケーシング(15)に設けられた電気的なプラグ コネクタ(39)と接続されている、請求項1記載の質量測定装置。
