Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個の繊維糸(15)用マガジンスプールと、繊維糸を繊維供給 ヘッド(13)まで案内する案内手段(17,18,19)とより成り、該供給 ヘッドは前記マガジンスプールからの前記繊維糸を前記案内手段を介して送る送 り手段(21,22,31,32)と、前記繊維糸の切断を可能にする切断手段 (26,26a,27)を装備した熱硬化性プラスチック製品の生産時に強化繊 維を供給する装置において、前記供給ヘッド(13)の前記送り手段が、少なく とも1つの繊維糸(15)用ニップを形成する被駆動送りローラ(21,22) を一方に、繊維突出し手段(31,32)を他方に有し、前記切断手段(26, 26a,27)を前記送りローラ(21,22)から個別に駆動し、前記送りロ ーラと前記突出し手段(31,32)間に配置したことを特徴とする強化繊維供 給装置。 2.前記切断手段が外側に突出する刃(26a)を取付けた被駆動ナイフローラ (26)と、前記ナイフローラとの係合位置または非係合位置に操作出来る受け ローラ(27)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化繊維供給装置。 3.前記マガジン(10)から供給された繊維量を連続計量する計量手段と、前 記送りローラ(21,22)の駆動を繊維の所要量に関連させる制御手段を設け たことを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の強化繊維供給装置。 4.前記制御手段(34)が前記受けローラ(27)の制御と前記ナイフローラ (26)の調節をする手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項 3に記載の強化繊維供給装置。 5.繊維偏向板(34)を繊維突出し手段の下流側に作動位置と非作動位置の間 を旋回可能に支承したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の強化繊維供給装置。 6.前記繊維糸(15)が前記送りローラ(21,22)と前記繊維突出し手段 (31,32)の間を円弧状に移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化 繊維供給装置。 7.前記繊維糸(15)が円弧状に曲げた管(25)を通って移動し該管は前記 送りローラ(21,22)と前記繊維突出し手段(31,32)の間の前進域に 該繊維糸に一定の遊びを与える直径を有し、該遊びにより前記繊維端を前記糸の 通常送り速度以上の速度で短距離前方に間欠移送出来ることを特徴とする請求項 6に記載の強化繊維供給装置。 8.前記繊維糸(15)を前記供給ヘッド(13)に案内する前記案内手段が複 数の直管(17)と該直管を相互接続する複数のアングルセクション(18)を 含み、該アングルセクションが前記糸に対し僅かな接触面を有する繊維糸支持手 段(18d)を前記アングルの内側に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 強化繊維供給装置。 9.前記繊維突出し手段(31,32)が空圧で駆動され、前記繊維糸(15) に静電気を帯電させる手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化繊維供 給装置。 10.前記繊維突出し手段(31,32)が、粉末状の結合剤を制御供給するた めの継手(33)を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の強化繊維供給装置 。 11.前記制御手段(14)が、粉末状の結合剤の供給を調節する手段(37) を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の強化繊維供給装置。
