Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1つの同じ塗装装置中で異なる色調を有する多くの水性ラッカーが処理され 、かつ塗装すべき基材上に達しないラッカー(オーバースプレー)を水で塗装装 置の排気から−及びオーバースプレーと接触する塗装装置の部分から洗浄し、か つオーバースプレーが富化した水を濃縮し、かつ回収水性ラッカーとして、場合 により供給する新たなラッカー(新鮮ラッカー)を添加混合した後、塗装工程に 再び供給する、水性ラッカーで吹付塗装する方法において、 (a)塗装装置中で塗装すべき基材をその種類及びその量において、塗装装置 中で塗装すべき基材の1部が塗装装置中で処理すべき異なる色調を有する水性ラ ッカーからなる混合物(混合ラッカー)で塗装されうるように選択し、かつ (b)塗装装置中で塗装すべき基材をその種類及びその量において、塗装装置 中で処理するラッカー全量(=塗装装置中で処理する異なる色調を有する水性ラ ッカー全量と塗装装置中で処理する場合により新鮮ラッカーを含有する、回収水 性ラッカー全量との合計)に対して塗装装置中で処理する異なる色調を有する水 性ラッカー全量の割合が10〜90重量%であるように選択し、かつ (c)塗装装置中で塗装すべき基材をその種類及び 量において、異なる色調を有する水性ラッカーがその量比で処理される量比を、 異なる色調を有する水性ラッカーがa)で記載した混合ラッカー中にその量比で 含有される異なる色調を有する水性ラッカーの量比にほぼ相応するように選択し 、かつ/又は (d)場合により添加される新鮮ラッカーの色調の選択により、回収される水 性ラッカーが主に(a)で記載された混合ラッカーと同じ色調を示すように配慮 することを特徴とする水性ラッカーでの吹付塗装法。
