Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.外因性C1−エステラーゼインヒビターを単独で、または他の薬剤と組み合 わせて、急性心筋梗塞の患者または急性心筋梗塞の危険性のある患者に投与する ことを含んで成る、急性心筋梗塞の治療的または予防的処置法。 2.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが心筋細胞傷害を減少するのに十分な 量で投与される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、通常体重kgあたり30−40U の範囲の量で静脈注射される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、ヒト血漿から精製されたC1−エ ステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 5.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターがヒト血漿から精製され、その後C1 −エステラーゼインヒビター活性を維持して化学的または他の操作により修飾さ れたC1−エステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、動物血漿から精製されたC1−エ ステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが動物血漿から精製され、その後C1 −エステラーゼインヒビター活性を維持して化学的または他の操作により修飾さ れたC1−エステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、血漿以外のヒト生体物質 から精製されたC1−エステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記 載の方法。 9.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが血漿以外のヒト生体物質から精製さ れ、その後C1−エステラーゼインヒビター活性を維持して化学的または他の操 作により修飾されたC1−エステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。 10.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、血漿以外の動物生体物質から精 製されたC1−エステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。 11.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが血漿以外の動物生体物質から精製 され、その後C1−エステラーゼインヒビター活性を維持して化学的または他の 操作により修飾されたC1−エステラーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 12.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが組換えC1−エステラーゼインヒ ビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 13.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターがC1−エステラーゼインヒビター 活性を維持して化学的または他の操作により修飾された組換えC1−エステラー ゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 14.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターがC1−エステラーゼインヒビター 活性がすでに維持されている、組換えC1−エステラーゼインヒビターの変異体 である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 15.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、C1−エステラーゼインヒビタ ー活性を維持して化学的または他の操作により修飾された組換 えC1−エステラーゼインヒビターの変更体である、請求の範囲第1項に記載の 方法。 16.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターがC1−エステラーゼインヒビター 活性を生じるように突然変異させた、C1−エステラーゼインヒビター以外の組 換えプロテイナーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 17.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターがC1−エステラーゼインヒビター 活性を生じるように突然変異され、そしてC1−エステラーゼインヒビター活性 を維持して化学的または他の操作により修飾された、C1−エステラーゼインヒ ビター以外の組換えプロテイナーゼインヒビターである、請求の範囲第1項に記 載の方法。 18.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、組織プラスミノーゲンアクチベ ーター、ウロキナーゼまたはストレプトキナーゼのような心筋への血流を向上さ せる物質と組み合わせて投与される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 19.上記C1−エステラーゼインヒビターが、酸素ラジカルスカベンジャーま たはサイトカイン拮抗薬のような抗炎症性を有する物質と組み合わせて投与され る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 20.急性心筋梗塞の予防的または治療的処置に使用するための医薬組成物を調 製するために、C1−エステラーゼインヒビターの単独、または他の薬剤と組み 合わせた使用。 21.C1−エステラーゼインヒビター、医薬的に許容できるキャリアー、およ び心筋への血流を向上させることができる物質または抗炎症性を有する物質のい ずれか、あるいはその両方を含んで成る医薬組成物。
