Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内部に第1と第2の端子導体を取り付ける一体成型プラスチック製の本体 部分と、前記導体の一方に固定されて可動接点を構成し前記2つの導体の他方と スイッチング動作において協働するように配置してある接点を担持するリーフス プリングと、前記導体の前記一方に固定されて前記リーフスプリングと協働しス イッチの状態を決定するスナップ動作バイメタル式アクチュエータとを含み、前 記バイメタル式アクチュエータが前記リーフスプリングにより電気的に分流され る感熱スイッチ。 2.前記リーフスプリングと前記バイメタル式アクチュエータが同様の形状に なしてある請求の範囲第1項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 3.前記バイメタル式アクチュエータは一般にU字状で一対の外側の脚の間に 延出する中央部のベロを形成し前記ベロの先端部に近い連結部分で前記脚が連結 される切り込みを有する円板状のバイメタルブレードを含み、前記バイメタルブ レードの前記ベロは前記端子導体の前記一方に固定される請求の範囲第1項また は第2項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 4.前記バイメタルブレードの前記ベロと前記リーフスプリングの対応する部 分とが前記導体の前記一方に共通に固定される請求の範囲第2項および第3項に 記載の感熱スイッチ。 5.前記スイッチの可動接点が前記バイメタル式アクチュエータの架橋部分に 対応する前記リーフスプリングの部分で担持される請求の範囲第2項および第3 項または第4項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 6.前記スイッチの前記一体成型プラスチック製本体部分は前記バイメタル式 アクチュエータと前記リーフスプリングを取り付けるチャンバを形成し、前記チ ャンバ内に立ち上りが形成されて前記バイメタルブレードのベロと前記リーフス プリングの対応する部分の支持を提供する請求の範囲第3項または第4項または 第5項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 7.前記リーフスプリングはスイッチ接点を開くような反発力を発生するのに 適しまたそのように配置されており前記バイメタル式アクチュエータは前記リー フスプリングに重ねられて冷間において前記リーフスプリングの反発力に打ち勝 つような力を発生するのに適しまたそのように配置された先行の請求の範囲のい ずれかに記載の感熱スイッチ。 8.前記リーフスプリングと前記バイメタル式アクチュエータの自由端の共通 の機械的結合が行われない請求の範囲第7項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 9.前記リーフスプリングは前記スイッチ接点を開きまたは閉じる傾向がない 中立の反発力を発生するのに適しまたそのように配置され、前記リーフスプリン グと前記バイメタル式アクチュエータの自由端の間に機械的結合が提供される請 求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれかに記載の感熱スイッチ。 10.前記リーフスプリングは前記スイッチ接点を閉じようとする反発力を発 生するのに適しまたそのように配置され、前記リーフスプリングと前記バイメタ ル式アクチュエータの自由端の間に機械的結合が提供される請求の範囲第1項か ら第6項のいずれかに記載の感熱スイッチ。 11.前記バイメタルが前記リーフスプリングに重なる請求の範囲第9項また は第10項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 12.前記機械的結合は前記リーフスプリングと前記バイメタル式アクチュエ ータの一方における開口部と、前記開口部と緩く嵌合する他方の部材とを含む請 求の範囲第9項または第10項または第11項に記載の感熱スイッチ。 13.前記リーフスプリングは動作においてスナップ作動するのに適しまたそ のように配置される請求の範囲第9項から第12項までのいずれかに記載の感熱 スイッチ。 14.前記スイッチの一体成型プラスチック製本体部分は前記リーフスプリン グと前記バイメタル式アクチュエータを取り付けるチャンバを形成し、前記第1 と第2の端子導体は互いに離れた部分が前記チャンバ内と前記本体部分の外部で 露出するように離れた場所で前記スイッチの前記本体部分に一体成型され、前記 バイメタル式アクチュエータと前記リーフスプリングは前記チャンバ内で前記導 体の前記一方の前記露出した部分に直接溶接され、前記リーフスプリングにより 担持される接点は前記チャンバ内の前記2つの導体の他方の露出した部分で形成 されるかまたはここに提供された接点と協働する先行の請求の範囲のいずれかに 記載の感熱スイッチ。 15.前記第1と第2の端子導体の一方または両方が前記スイッチの本体部分 の外部に露出した複数の部分を有するように形成される請求の範囲第14項に記 載の感熱スイッチ。 16.前記スイッチの一体成型プラスチック製本体部分はスイッチの能動部材 を外部環境から隔離するようになしてある先行の請求の範囲のいずれかに記載の 感熱スイッチ。 17.前記端子導体の一方および/または他方が熱を前記バイメタル式アクチ ュエータに汲み上げるのに適した抵抗性加熱部分を含む先行の請求の範囲のいず れかに記載の感熱スイッチ。 18.抵抗性加熱素子が前記スイッチ導体と平行に提供される請求の範囲第1 項から第16項のいずれかに記載の感熱スイッチ。 19.スイッチ本体とこれの外部から到達自在な端子を含み、ひとつまたはそ れ以上の複数の前記外部端子は前記スイッチ本体の内部で共通に接続され、該構 造によって前記スイッチの使用者がどの端子を使用するか選択できるようになし てある電気スイッチ。 20.添付の図面のいずれかを参照して実質的に明細書において説明したよう な感熱スイッチ。
