Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 窓、特にガラス窓を清掃する清掃用具、特に
窓拭きワイパにおいて、従来技術においてはラバー等か
ら成る払拭部を解放可能に支持すると共に当該窓拭きワ
イパを保持可能とするハンドル部が金属製であって、金
属部がガラス面などに傷をつけるおそれがあり、清掃作
業に特別の注意を必要とし、作業能率が低下するおそれ
が大であった。 【解決手段】 払拭部と、該払拭部を解放可能に支持す
ると共に当該窓拭きワイパを保持可能とするハンドル部
とを含む窓拭きワイパにおいて、払拭部がエラストマー
材で成形され、且つ芯金がエラストマー材に内蔵されて
いる、窓拭きワイパが提供される。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は窓、特にガラス窓などの
清掃に適する清掃用具、すなわち窓拭きワイパに関す
る。

【従来の技術】従来技術による窓拭きワイパの一例を図
４および図５に示す。図５において、１１は左端が払拭
端１１ａとなり右端が膨出して保持端１１ｂとなる、エ
ラストマー材料例えばゴム製の払拭部で、１４は金属製
の保持部で通常は図示しないハンドル部が固着されて設
けられる。１５、１５は保持部１４の幅方向（紙面に垂
直方向）両端に設けられ払拭部１１の抜けを防止するス
トッパである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の技術では払拭部
と払拭部を保持する保持部と払拭部の脱落を防止するス
トッパとが必要であった。従って金属部が大きく露出し
ており、清掃作業を行うとき、特に保持部の幅方向両端
部でガラス面、サッシ等に傷を付けてしまう恐れがあ
り、清掃作業中に特別の注意を払う必要があり、作業能
率が低下するという問題があった。
【０００４】本発明は上述従来技術における課題を解決
する新規な窓拭きワイパを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、払拭部
と、該払拭部を解放可能に支持すると共に当該窓拭きワ
イパを保持可能とするハンドル部とを含む窓拭きワイパ
において、前記払拭部がエラストマー材で成形され、且
つ芯金が内蔵されている窓拭きワイパが提供される。
【０００６】望ましくは、払拭部の芯金が内蔵されてい
る部分の少なくとも一部がハンドル部によって保持され
ているようにする。

【作用】芯金をエラストマー材に内蔵せしめる、すなわ
ちエラストマー材に芯金をインサート成形することによ
って金属部が払拭部から露出することがなくなり、ガラ
ス面、サッシ等に傷がつく恐れが完全に防止され、且つ
払拭部の剛性を高めることができ撓みによる拭きむらを
防止することができる。

【実施例】本発明の実施例を添付図面を参照して説明す
れば、図１は本発明の実施例として示す窓拭きワイパの
上面図、図２は図１の窓拭きワイパの払拭部の上面図
で、図３は図２の線Ａ−Ａに沿う断面図である。
【０００９】図１に示す窓拭きワイパはガラス面を払拭
するエラストマー材、例えばラバー１と、ラバー１に適
度の剛性を与えるための芯金２とによって構成される払
拭部と、手で握るに適したハンドル部３とによって構成
される。
【００１０】払拭部はラバー１に芯金２がインサート成
形されているので金属部が払拭部から露出することがな
くなり、ガラス面、サッシ等に傷がつく恐れが完全に防
止され、且つ払拭部の剛性を高めることができるから撓
みによる拭きむらを防止することができ、作業時間を短
縮することができる。

【発明の効果】本発明の窓拭きワイパによれば、ガラス
面、サッシ等に傷がつく恐れが完全に防止され、且つ撓
みによる拭きむらを防止することができ、作業時間を短
縮することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 払拭部と、該払拭部を解放可能に支持す
    ると共に当該窓拭きワイパを保持可能とするハンドル部
    とを含む窓拭きワイパにおいて、前記払拭部がエラスト
    マー材で成形され、且つ芯金が内蔵されている窓拭きワ
    イパ。
  2. 【請求項２】 払拭部の芯金が内蔵されている部分の少
    なくとも一部がハンドル部によって保持されている請求
    項１に記載の窓拭きワイパ。
