Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collapse even when a big earthquake occurs or the ground is soft, by a method wherein a vertical pit for the foundation is dug, reinforcing bars are assembled to the height of a fence part, concrete is placed and thereby a foundation part and a pillar-shaped foundation part are integrated. SOLUTION: A consolidated part 11 of a vertical pit for the foundation formed by improving soft ground 10 is constructed at proper intervals in a place where an earth retaining or a fence is expected to be constructed. The vertical pit 1 for the foundation is dug in a consolidated core of the consolidated part 11 of the vertical pit for the foundation by using an earth auger. Next, vertical bars 6 and 7 and horizontal bars 8 are assembled and fitted on the vertical pit 1 for the foundation. Then, a form 3 of an earth retaining part and a form 5 of a fence part are assembled. Subsequently, concrete is placed and, after it is cured, the forms are removed. In this way, a pillar-shaped foundation part and the earth retaining part 2, or the pillar-shaped foundation part, the earth retaining part 2 and a fence part 4, are integrated. According to this constitution, it is possible to construct a structure which hardly collapses even when a pressure is applied to the earth retaining or the fence by an earthquake or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when constructing a retaining wall or a fence, as a foundation work, dig into the surface to some extent, lay cracking stone, lay mountain sand, etc. on it, grind it, pour it into concrete, and throw in concrete. Then, formwork is put on this and concrete is thrown in for earth retaining, or earth retaining work is performed by using L-shaped earth retaining block body or inverted T-shaped earth retaining block body for continuous earth retaining work. The construction of the construction may be carried out by building a lightweight block on the earth retaining part, or by constructing the fence integrally with the earth retaining part (of course, reinforcing with a reinforcing bar), or by using an L-shaped earth retaining or retaining structure. The method of constructing the retaining wall and the fence integrally using the wall was adopted. In the method of constructing earth retaining or fences as described above, the depth of the foundation part is limited to a certain extent even in hard ground as well as soft ground, so there are few cases of collapse or collapse due to an earthquake, and even personal injury due to it That is the current situation. In addition, in the case of an L-shaped retaining wall or an L-shaped retaining wall, if the constructed ground is soft, the subsidence of the ground may cause the retaining wall or the retaining wall (fence) itself to eventually collapse, which is dangerous. In particular, after the Great Hanshin Earthquake, improvements in construction techniques for earth retaining and fencing on soft ground have been closed up.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a vertical shaft consolidation ground for foundation (hereinafter referred to as "consolidation ground"). This ground consolidation is applied at an appropriate interval to the site where the earth retaining and fences are to be constructed, and the consolidation core of the consolidation ground 11 is excavated into the shaft 1 for foundation using the auger for the pole, and the same as in the first embodiment. When assembling the rebar and retaining the sill form 3 and the fence 4, the fence form 5 is assembled. Next, concrete is cast, and after curing, the mold is removed and the earth retaining or fence is completed (Fig. 4). When the fence portion 4 is piled up with the lightweight blocks 12, the horizontal streaks 8 are arranged on the earth retaining portions 2 integrally formed on the columnar foundation portions 9 (the vertical streaks are arranged in advance). ) And block construction. The dotted line portion 13 may be constructed by stacking lightweight blocks. Dotted line part 12
Is a lightweight block (Fig. 6). In addition, since there are various softnesses in the soft ground 10, when it is considered that the consolidation of the excavated portion of the shaft 1 for the foundation alone cannot provide the supporting force of the columnar base portion 9 and therefore the supporting force of the earth retaining or the entire fence. As shown in FIG. 7, the periphery of the vertical shaft consolidation part 11 is
As 4, a method of consolidating and strengthening the supporting ground of the columnar foundation 9 may be adopted.

As described above, according to the present invention, when constructing earth retaining or fences, the foundation method is completely different from that of the conventional method. In this case, the ground is compacted at the required intervals to the required depth, and the ground is improved to a solid ground. And the earth retaining part or columnar base part and the earth retaining part and the fence part are integrally formed, and each part of the earth retaining part or the fence is strongly reinforced by a reinforcing bar. Unlike shallow horizontal foundations that are horizontally long, even if a vertical earthquake or a rolling pressure due to a strong earthquake, etc. is applied to the earth retaining or fence, the columnar foundations are erected vertically in the strong ground and vertically deep. That the earth retaining and fences do not collapse easily It exhibits a large effect. Also, the consolidation part in the soft ground is formed from the ground surface to the required depth and extremely densely within the required range and has a rock-like solidity. In the course of the process, the soft ground will not be permanent, so there will be no significant land subsidence, and there will be a great effect that the earth retaining and the slope of the fence will never occur. Also, when constructing earth retaining and fences using the construction and construction of earth retaining block or wall block or earth retaining and wall block, the construction efficiency is good and the same formwork can be used for standard production. Therefore, it has the effect of being economical.
