Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work washing method and washing device not only capable of maintaining the capacity to rinse works over a long period of time but also capable of recovering a washing liquid into a washing tank without requiring the waste water treatment of excess rinsing water. SOLUTION: The works are subjected to the washing treatment by the aq. washing liquid 1 in the washing tank 2 to which an oil-water separating tank 2a is attached. The works are then subjected to the rinsing treatment by the rinsing water 3 in >=1 units of rinsing thanks 4, 5, 6. While the rinsing tank 6 of the final stage is replenished with the rinsing water 3, the rinsing water 3 is successively made to flow over from the rinsing tank 6 of the final stage to the oil-water separating tank 2a of the washing tank 2. The aq. washing liquid 1 in which the rinsing water 3 in the oil-water separating tank 2a is mixed and from which a floating oil-component 9 is separated is introduced to an evaporator 7 to evaporate the excess rinsing water 3. The concd. aq. washing liquid 1 is recovered into the washing tank 2.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a work such as a machine part or an optical part produced in a factory is subjected to a cleaning process of oil content attached thereto. In this cleaning treatment, a halogenated hydrocarbon-based solvent having an excellent oil-dissolving ability has been used as a cleaning liquid. However, it is not preferable to use this type of cleaning liquid from the viewpoint of environmental protection. Therefore, in recent years, a water-based cleaning liquid tends to be used instead.

In a method of cleaning a work using a water-based cleaning liquid, first, the work is cleaned in a cleaning tank containing the water-based cleaning liquid, and then one or more rinse waters adjacent to the cleaning tank are stored. The workpieces are sequentially rinsed in the rinse tank. In this case, as the cleaning and rinsing processing of the work progresses, the dirt components float in the cleaning tank, and the cleaning liquid and the dirt components adhering to the work mix in the respective rinse tanks. That is, in each rinse tank, the rinse water is contaminated and the rinsing capacity is reduced. Therefore, conventionally, cleansing water was replenished to the last rinse tank, and the rinse water in each rinse tank was diluted by overflowing this to the first rinse tank in order to improve cleanliness. I tried to keep it.

By the way, in the conventional cleaning method using the water-based cleaning liquid, it is necessary to treat the excess rinse water overflowing from the rinse tank at the frontmost stage as waste water, which requires a large waste water treatment facility. There was a problem that the cost increased. Further, since the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank adheres to the work and is taken out into the rinse tank, the cleaning liquid gradually decreases, so that it is necessary to sufficiently supplement the cleaning liquid.

Next, a method for cleaning a work according to the present invention which is carried out by the above-mentioned work cleaning apparatus will be described. First,
The work is washed in the cleaning tank (2) containing the water-based cleaning liquid (1), and then the rinse water (3) is contained in each of the rinse tanks (4), (5), and (6). Rinse. In this case, the cages (8), (8), ... Are lowered to wash the washing tank (2) and the rinse tanks (4), (5),
By immersing the work in the cleaning tank (2) by immersing it in the cleaning tank (2) by immersing it in the cleaning tank (2), the workpieces already cleaned in the cleaning tank (2) are rinsed. A rinse treatment is performed with the rinse water (3) in the tanks (4), (5), and (6). And each cage (8), (8),
When the cleaning and rinsing processing of the work is completed by sequentially immersing the cleaning tank (2) from the cleaning tank (2) into the first rinse tank (4), the second rinse tank (5), and the third rinse tank (6),
The workpiece that has been rinsed is dried by a drying process (not shown).

With the progress of such cleaning and rinsing of the work, oil component as a dirt component floats in the water-based cleaning liquid (1) in the cleaning tank (2), but most of the floating oil component (9). , Is overflowed into the oil-water separation tank (2a) and removed. However, in the rinse tanks (4), (5), and (6), some of the aqueous cleaning liquid (1) and the floating oil component (9) adhere to the work and are gradually mixed. Therefore, in the present invention, during the cleaning and rinsing of the work, the rinse water (3) is replenished to the third rinse tank (6) at the final stage, sequentially from the third rinse tank (6).

Replenishment of the rinse water (3) to the third rinse tank (6) is performed by supplying clean demineralized water through the supply pipe line (14). As a result, the third rinse tank (6)
A part of the rinse water (3) in the inside overflows from the weir portion (6a) into the second rinse tank (5) together with the water-based cleaning liquid (1) and the floating oil component (9). Similarly, part of the rinse water (3) in the second rinse tank (5) is part of the water-based cleaning liquid (1) and the floating oil (9).
At the same time, it overflows from the weir (5a) into the first rinse tank (4). Then, a part of the rinse water (3) in the first rinse tank (4) is separated from the water-based cleaning liquid (1) and the floating oil component (9) from the dam portion (4a) to the cleaning tank (2). Tank (2
Overflow into a). Therefore, each rinse tank (4),
The rinse water (3) in (5) and (6) is diluted with the clean demineralized water replenished in the third rinse tank (6) and gradually cleaned, so that the rinsing capacity of the work is prolonged. Maintained throughout.

In the present invention, the water-based cleaning liquid (1) in the oil / water separation tank (2a) mixed with the rinse water (3) due to the overflow from the first rinse tank (4) is transferred to the evaporator (7). The excess rinse water (3) is introduced to evaporate and the concentrated aqueous cleaning liquid (1) is collected in the cleaning tank (2). That is, a part of the water-based cleaning liquid (1) containing the rinse water (3) in the oil-water separation tank (2a) from which the floating oil (9) has been separated is supplied to the circulation pipe (10) by operating the circulation pump (11). It is introduced into the evaporator (7) through the introduction pipe line (15) while being refluxed into the washing tank (2) via the above.

As a result, in the evaporator (7),
Excessive rinse water (3) contained in the water-based cleaning liquid (1) comes into contact with the dry air flowing in the evaporator (7) while meandering down each shelf (7a), (7a) ,. Is evaporated without causing foaming. At that time, the water-based cleaning liquid (1) was concentrated by flowing down in the evaporator (7) without being subjected to the evaporation treatment.
Gradually into the washing tank (2) via the discharge line (16),
Collected. Therefore, the cleaning capacity of the workpiece in the cleaning tank (2) is maintained for a long period of time. Further, since the excess rinse water (3) is vaporized by the evaporator (7), the waste water treatment of the rinse water is unnecessary.

As described above, according to the present invention, while rinsing water is supplied to the last rinse tank, the rinse water overflows sequentially from the last rinse tank to the oil-water separation tank of the cleaning tank. Therefore, as the work is rinsed, the cleaning liquid mixed in the rinse water in each rinse tank and the floating oil component as a dirt component are returned to the oil / water separation tank together with the rinse water. At the same time, the rinse water in each rinse tank is diluted by the supplied rinse water and gradually cleaned. Therefore, the rinsing capacity of the work can be maintained for a long period of time.

Particularly, the water-based cleaning liquid containing the excess rinse water returned to the oil / water separation tank is guided to the evaporator in a state where the oil component is floated and separated in the oil / water separation tank, and the excess rinse water is evaporated. The concentrated aqueous cleaning solution (1) is collected in the cleaning tank (2). Therefore, it is possible to collect the cleaning liquid in the cleaning tank without the need for waste water treatment of excess rinse water.
