【作用および発明の効果】椎茸は癌細胞を殺す殺菌能力
が高い。特に、生きた椎茸の菌は、癌細胞を殺す殺菌能
力が高い。また、椎茸は多量の食物繊維を含むととも
に、菌糸の繁殖によって柔らかくなった培地のおが屑も
多量の繊維と栄養素を含む。さらに、椎茸は、体内でビ
タミンDに変わる成分を含有する(椎茸菌は、多少の乾
燥によっては死滅しない)。そしてさらに、培地の米糠
は、ビタミンE、ビタミンB1、B2など、体内に有用
な栄養素を豊富に含む。
