Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving band for reducing burdens onto the waist of a helper relating to a helping tool used at the time of moving a patient from a bed, a stretcher or a treatment table or the like to another place. SOLUTION: For this moving band 1 for care, a main body for mounting the body of the patient is formed by braiding tape-like cords in a grid shape and loop-like handles are provided by extending horizontal cords 3 at the front part, center part and rear part of the main body. By using this for the moving operation of the patient, the burdens of the waist of a nurse who is the helper are reduced and it is greatly effective for preventing the contraction of an acute slipped disk as well.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an assisting tool used when a patient is moved from a bed, stretcher, or treatment table to another place, and a moving belt for reducing the burden on the waist of the assisting person. It is related to.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a patient can walk to a necessary place by himself if he is mild, but his physical strength becomes weak when he suffers a serious illness or is seriously injured. Stretchers are used to move to and treatment rooms. Also, even if a relatively healthy patient should not move their body too much, they will move on a stretcher,
When moving from this stretcher to the examination table or treatment table, some of the nurses who are assistants bend down all at once and directly touch the shoulders, waist, feet, etc. of the patient's heavy body with bare hands. It is carried out by lifting and moving, that is, manual movement. The work of moving this patient from the stretcher to the examination table or treatment table, or moving from the bed to the stretcher is a very frequent and important task for nurses who are assistants, but it is difficult to hold. Moreover, it is extremely hard work, which is counted as one of the 3K work for handling the body of a heavy patient. In order to improve this work, mobile care sheets for nursing care (actual application 6-13272) and a care protection belt (actual application 5-41510) have recently been proposed.

As described above, when moving a patient from a stretcher to an examination table or a treatment table,
Conventionally, a nurse, who is a helper, takes several people to hold a heavy patient with bare hands and lift and move the patient. This method moves the patient in an unstable position, so
The waist of the caregiver is heavily burdened. Recently, an increasing number of nurses working on the movement of this patient develop acute disc herniation, which has become a major social problem. Instead of manually moving this patient, make a hollow inflation tube with a synthetic resin that is slippery recently, or use this synthetic resin to first form a sheet or film and then make a tubular endless sheet,
A method has been proposed in which a nursing mobile music sheet having a multilayer structure obtained by stacking these is used (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-132).
72) However, this method has the advantage that it requires less effort because it only needs to be pushed or guided by hand after the patient has been placed on the care-giving mobile seat, although there is an advantage that it requires few people. The hard work of an assistant at the same time crouching down and holding the patient and lifting it will not disappear.

Also, recently, both ends of a thick cloth having a width of 20 to 30 cm are overlapped and sewn in a ring shape, and this portion is bent in the longitudinal direction in half, and a hole for passing a plurality of cords is formed in a wide portion on the opposite side. Providing an assistance protection belt has been proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 5-41).
510), however, this one person can move the patient by one caregiver, and since this care work belt is hung on the caregiver's shoulder and the patient's buttocks, the weight is not applied to the hand. However, this method is not preferable because the helper still bends down a heavy patient and lifts and moves the patient, which also places a heavy burden on the waist of the caregiver.

The present invention has been accomplished as a result of earnest research to improve the above problems. That is, according to the present invention, the tape-shaped cords are assembled in a lattice shape to form a main body having a size capable of holding the patient's body, and the front, central and rear horizontal cords of the main body are laterally extended on both sides. It is a moving band for assistance characterized by forming a leap and using it as a handle. As the tape-shaped cord of the present invention, any tape can be used as long as it can withstand the weight of a patient. Among them, a woven or woven fabric of a polyolefin fiber such as polyethylene or polypropylene has excellent water repellency, stain resistance and deterioration resistance. It is particularly desirable because it has excellent quality and is low in cost. In addition, it is preferable to add a water repellent or a waterproof agent to the material of the tape-shaped string used here in order to impart water repellency, waterproofness and stain resistance to the final product. Further, when the material of the tape-shaped cord does not contain a water-repellent agent or a waterproofing agent, it is desirable to treat the tape-shaped cord with the water-repellent agent or the waterproofing agent at the stage of the cord or after forming the moving zone. When the above-mentioned assistance mobile belt of the present invention is used, the handle of an appropriate length can be firmly held even if a plurality of caregivers do not bend down too much, and the patient can be lifted in a stable posture. Since it is possible to move around, the strain on the lower back is greatly reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tape-shaped cords are assembled in a lattice shape to form a main body on which the patient's body is placed, and the horizontal cords at the front, center and rear of the main body are extended to form a loop. It is a moving band for assisting use provided with a handle, and by using this assisting device, the burden on the waist of the assisting worker, who has conventionally performed the moving work of the patient, was greatly reduced. Therefore, it is greatly expected that the present invention will drastically reduce the incidence of acute herniated intervertebral disc herniation in nurses who are assistants.

EXAMPLE 1 FIG. 1 is a plan view of an assisting movable belt of the present invention made of a tape-shaped cord made of thick synthetic fiber woven cloth. First of all, 1 piece of polypropylene fiber woven cloth with a width of 4 cm
Purchase 7m and make a vertical string to make a main body with a length of 135 cm (including the length of the head to the lower part of the knee joint of about 10 cm) and a width of 60 cm (the same width as a stretcher). 6 pieces and 12 horizontal strings were prepared. Of the 12 horizontal strings,
The six half halves were 40 cm longer than the width of the main body as the amount to be handles on both sides. Next, arrange the vertical cords (2) in the length direction at approximately equal intervals, and then arrange the horizontal cords (3) in the width direction at approximately equal intervals as well. For long lengths, place both ends so that both ends extend the same length from the width of the main body (4), and the portion where the vertical and horizontal cords overlap is sewn with a sewing machine (6), and the main body (4) Made.
Longer horizontal cord next to it on the same side. Overlap the two ends by about 4 cm and sew it with a sewing machine.
After forming a loop-shaped handle (5), a fluorine-based water repellent was sprayed on this surface to complete the assisting transfer zone (1) of the present invention.

[0008] As a result of carrying out a trial work by 30 nurses who are assistants while carrying a patient on this object, 26 (87%) nurses have a lower back burden than the conventional manual movement. I was told. It is also said that the use of the product of the present invention improves the ease of movement by 27 persons (91%) and the required time by 23 persons (77%) as compared with the conventional manual movement. It has been proved that the effectiveness of the product is very large.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tape-shaped cords are assembled in a lattice shape to form a main body on which the patient's body is placed, and the horizontal cords at the front, center and rear of the main body are extended. It is a moving band for assistance with a loop-shaped handle, which is inexpensive because it uses a tape-shaped cord as a material, and the manufacturing method is only sewn in places with a sewing machine.
It is simple and the manufacturing cost is low. This has an advantage that it can be used not only for the movement work of the patient as described above, but also when it is put in a bath, that is, for the vibra bath work, it can be used as it is.
