請求項１に記載の本発明は、被介護者 (13) を介護者 (14) が両手で抱き抱えて持ち上げるための介護用トランスファであって、

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図面に基づいて本発明の実施の形態につき説明する。
図１は本発明の介護用トランスファの展開状態（左隅部のみを折り曲げている）の平面図であり、図２はその使用状態を示す斜視図、図３〜図６はベッド上に寝ている被介護者を本介護用トランスファで抱持して持ち上げる手順を順に示す説明図である。
本発明の介護用トランスファ15は、図１に示す如く、その本体３が略逆三角形状に形成され、その頂部に円弧状の欠切部が設けられ、それにより頂部が二股状に形成されている。そしてその二股部に一対の股支持部２が形成され、その上方に尻支持部１が形成されている。尻支持部１の幅方向両端には、帯材よりなる係止部５ａ，５ｂが逆Ｕ字状に突設されている。即ち、短い帯材の両端が尻支持部１の端部に縫着されている。また、係止部５ａ，５ｂに隣接して夫々一対づつの小さな金属環が小布片を介して、本体３の背面に縫着されている。そしてそれにより、肩掛けベルト10の取付部11を形成する。即ち、肩掛けベルト10の両端に設けたフックが取付部11に係脱自在に係合され、それらが係合手段11ａを構成する。

次に、尻支持部１の上端縁中央には、弧状の取手４ａからなる背面把持体４が突設されている。この取手４ａは柔軟な革材等からなり、その両端が本体３の縁部に縫着固定されている。

【使用方法】
次に、本発明の介護用トランスファ15を用いて被介護者13を持ち上げる場合の手順につき説明する。
先ず、図３に示す如く、ベッド上に仰臥する被介護者13を横向きにさせ、ベッド上に本介護用トランスファ15を広げる。そして図において、本体３の右端部分を縮めて被介護者13の尻部に押し当てる。次いで、被介護者13を介護用トランスファ15側に回転させ、その上に仰臥させる。そして右側の係止部５ａを引き延ばし、被介護者13の尻下に介護用トランスファ15を位置させる。この際、取手７ａを引っ張ることにより、介護用トランスファ15の上辺を被介護者13の背骨に対して正確に直交させることができる。このとき、芯材８の存在により介護用トランスファ15の回転が容易となる。即ち、取手７ａを引っ張るとき、芯材８が存在しないと円弧状欠切部および股支持部２に皺が生じ、介護用トランスファ15全体を回転または移動し難くなる。ところが芯材８の存在により、引っ張り方向に剛性が生じ、引っ張りおよび回転を容易とする。

なお、介護用トランスファ15の内面側には非滑性布地12（図１）が設けられ、外面側には滑性布地９が設けられている。滑性布地９の材質としては、例えば滑り易い合成繊維を用いたものが使用される。非滑性布地12の材質としては、ジーンズ地を用いることができる。さらには、布地表面にゴム材を被覆したり、柔軟なプラスチックシート材を付着させたりすることも可能である。

なお、好ましくは予めこのとき既に図１の如く、左側の取付部11に肩掛けベルト10の一端を係止させておく。この肩掛けベルト10は、被介護者13の体格等に合わせてその長さが調節自在に伸縮される。その構造は鞄等の肩掛けベルトと同様のものでよい。

次いで、被介護者13の上半身をベッド上に起こし、図２の如く介護者14の左手で背面把持体４の取手４ａを保持し、右手で一対の取手７ａ，７ｂを同時に把持する。そして被介護者13の両手を介護者14の首に回させる。このような状態で介護者14は、背面把持体４の取手４ａと前面把持体７の取手７ａ，７ｂを把持して被介護者13の尻部を吊り上げる。このとき介護者14は、自分の膝の屈伸を利用して被介護者13を容易に持ち上げることが可能となる。そして車椅子や椅子等に被介護者13を移動することができる。
なお、車椅子や椅子等からベッドに被介護者を移動する際も、本発明の介護用トランスファ15を前記同様に使用することができる。
実験によれば、９０Kgの被介護者を、４０Kgの介護者が、図１の介護用トランスファで図２のように、容易に持ち上げてベッドから車椅子に移し替え、また逆の移し替えをすることができた。図２は、上記の条件の実験の様子を写真にとり、それをトレースしたものである。またそのとき、被介護者に何の苦痛を与えることがなかった。

【発明の作用・効果】
