なり、介護者に頼りきりになるのではなく、非力な体力
の介護者であっても要介護者を立ち上がらせたり身を起
こすことを介助可能となる。また要介護者がよろめいた
りすることもなくなる。 エプロンの肩口や脇の下や腰前面にもつかまり部を設
けることにより、上記上着と同様に要介護者がつかまる
ことが可能となり、同様に要介護者の力を合わせて立ち
上がらせることが可能となる。 防水エプロンの前部につかまり部を設けることによ
り、介護者が要介護者の体を洗っているような場合で
も、要介護者は自らの体を支えるようつかまり部をつか
むことが可能となり、湯の中に沈むような事故を防ぐこ
とができる。 防水エプロンのつかまりベルトは裏面に縫いつけた補
強ベルトに縫いつけてあるため、防水加工した比較的破
れ易い材料により形成したエプロンであっても、つかま
り部が破れ落ちたりすることがない。 要介護者用ズボンの腰廻りの左右両側と臀部上につか
み部を取付けたため、介護者は要介護者のこれらつかま
り部をつかんで腰を引き上げることが可能となり、容易
に腰を浮き上がらせることが可能となる。 要介護者用ズボンの臀部上には、上下二本のつかみ部
が平行に取付けてあるため、介護者はその二本の臀部を
上から腕を伸ばして一緒につかんで引き上げることがで
き、腰を浮き上がらせるのに最も有効な臀部上の広い面
積に当たる部分を力を込めて引き上げるようにでき、腰
を容易に浮かせることができる。 つかまり部及びつかみ部は、それぞれ着衣に複数個づ
つ取付けてあるため、姿勢や状況に応じて選択的に適宜
