Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.原料炭化水素化合物を、原料炭化水素化合物より低い分子量を有する生成し た炭化水素化合物に転化する方法において、該原料を、大きな孔の分子ふるい材 料を含む触媒組成物並びにZSM−5の構造及び30より少ないシリカ/アルミ ナモル比を有する結晶性材料を含む添加触媒組成物と接触させ、該結晶性材料は 、合成したとき、無水基準で以下の式 (x)M2O:(0.2−1.4)R2O:Al2O3:(y)SiO2 (式中、xは0.1より大きい数であり、Mはアルカリ又はアルカリ土類金 属であり、Rはn−プロピルアミンであり、そしてyは30より小さい数である )を有し、該添加触媒組成物は、30より大きいアルファ値を有する方法。 2.大きな孔の分子ふるい材料は、7オングストロームより大きい孔の開口を有 する請求項1記載の方法。 3.大きな孔の分子ふるい材料は、ゼオライトX、Y、REX、REY、USY 、REUSY,脱アルミナY、超疎水性Y、脱アルミナの珪素の多いY、ZK− 4、ZK−5、ZSM−20、ベータ、L、シリコアルミノホスフェートSAP O−5、SAPO−37、SAPO−31、SAPO−40、鉱柱のシリケート 、鉱柱の粘土、並びにこれらの組み合わせから選ばれる請求項1記載の方法。 4.分子ふるい材料は、REY、USY又はREUSYを含む請求項3記載の方 法。 5.触媒組成物及び添加触媒組成物は、シリカ、アルミナ、チタニア、ジルコニ ア、マグネシア、カオリン、ベントナイト、及びこれらの組み合わせから選ばれ るマトリックス材料を含む請求項1記載の方法。 6.触媒組成物は、6重量%までのZSM−5の構造を有する結晶性材料を含む 請求項1記載の方法。 7.添加触媒組成物は、5−80重量%のZSM−5の構造を有する結晶性材料 及び20−95重量%のマトリックスを含む請求項1記載の方法。 8.添加触媒組成物は、マトリックスの重量に基づいて約1.5−約5.5重量 %の元素状燐を含む請求項7記載の方法。 9.請求項1の方法において使用されるZSM−5添加触媒を合成する方法にお いて、方法は、 (i)10−14のpHを有しそしてアルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属(M)カ チオンの源、三価元素(X)の酸化物、n−プロピルアミン指向剤(R)及び水 を含む反応混合物ヒドロゲルを形成し、該反応混合物は、モル比で以下の範囲内 YO2/XO3 <40 H2O/YO2 10−35 OH-/YO2 0.1−0.3 M/YO2 0.2−0.6 R/YO2 0.01−0.6 の組成を有する段階、 (ii)ZSM−5の結晶が形成されるまで反応混合物を維持する段階、 (iii)反応混合物からZSM−5結晶を回収する段階、 (iv)回収されたZSM−5結晶をアンモニウム交換する段階、 (v)イオン交換した結晶を脱アグロメレーションする段階 (vi)2−12のpHで脱アグロメレーションしたZSM−5結晶によりマト リックス材料をスラリー化して、5−80重量%のZSM−5及び20−95重 量%のマトリックスを含むZSM−5/マトリックス材料を生ずる段階、 (vii)ZSM−5/マトリックス材料を乾燥する段階、そして (viii)乾燥したZSM−5/マトリックス材料を30より大きいアルファ価 を 有するプロトン性の形に添加する段階 を含む方法。 10.段階(viii)は、(1)乾燥したZSM−5/マトリックス材料と鉱酸、カ ルボン酸又はジカルボン酸とを接触させ、そして(2)酸で処理したZSM-5/ マトリックス材料を1分から48時間200−550℃の温度でか焼することを 含む請求項9記載の方法。 11.段階(viii)は、(1)乾燥したZSM−5/マトリックス材料アンモニウ ム交換させ、そして(2)アンモニウム交換したZSM−5/マトリックスを1 分から48時間200−550℃の温度でか焼することを含む請求項9記載の方 法。
