- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種の異方性液晶ポリマーと少なくとも1種の等方性ポリマー とのコンパウンドから成るポリマーフィルムであって、前記等方性ポリマーがフ ィルムのポリマーマトリックスを形成し、前記異方性液晶ポリマーが本質的には ポリマーマトリックス内に埋め込まれた少なくとも1つのラメラ層中に位置し、 かつ少なくとも実質上フィルム全体に広がっており、標準ASTM D3985- 81に従って決定したフィルムの酸素透過度が約150cm3/(m2・d・バール )未満であるポリマーフィルム。 2.異方性液晶ポリマーのラメラ層が、等方性マトリックス内で液晶ポリマー のシートまたはプレートを重ねて形成される請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム 。 3.フィルムが異方性液晶ポリマー5〜40体積部および等方性ポリマー95 〜60体積部を含有する請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム。 4.さらに、ブレンドの等方性および異方性成分間の界面接着を向上させる相 溶化剤0.1〜10体積部から成る請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のポリマ ーフィルム。 5.液晶ポリマーが、以下の一般式: 式:HOOC-R1-COOHのジカルボン酸、式:HO-R2-OHのジオールおよ び式:HO-R3-COOHのオキシカルボン酸 [式中、R1、R2およびR3が二価の芳香族炭化水素基、式:R4-X-R5(式中 、R4およびR5が二価の炭化水素基を表し、並びにXが酸素または硫黄原子、ス ルホニル基、カルボニル基、アルキレン基もしくはエステル基であるかまたはX が単結合である。)の基、キシリレン基もしくは二価の脂肪族炭化水素基を表す 。]の成分(または少なくともそのうちの2種)を互いに反応させるときに形成 されるポリマーである請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のポリマーフィルム。 6.異方性ポリマーが芳香族系コポリエステルから成る請求項5に記載のポリ マーフィルム。 7.等方性ポリマーがポリオレフィンおよびポリエステルからなる群より選ば れる請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルム。 8.等方性ポリマーがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリブチレン、ポリイ ソブチレン、ポリ(4-メチル-1-ペンチレン)、エチレンおよびプロピレンの コポリマー(EPM、EPDM)、塩素化およびクロロスルホン化ポリエチレン 、スチレン基、アクリル基、ビニル基およびフルオロエチレン基を含むポリアル カン、およびポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)、ポリ(ブチレンテレフタレート )並びにポリカーボネートからなる群より選ばれる請求項7に記載のポリエステ ルフィルム。 9.液晶ポリマー成分が、p-ヒドロキシ安息香酸(PHB)とポリ(エチレ ンテレフタレート)(PET)のコポリエステルまたはt-BuHQ25/T2 5/-HBA35/PET15のようなtert.-ブチルヒドロキノン(t−BuH Q)、テレフタル酸(T)、ヒドロキシ安息香酸(HBA)およびポリ(エチレ ンテレフタレート)(PET)の芳香族ポリエステルから成り、並びに等方性ポ リマー成分がポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンから成る請求項1ないし8のい ずれかに記載のポリマーフィルム。 10.一等方性ポリマー約60〜約95体積部および異方性液晶ポリマー約5 〜40体積部から成るポリマーブレンドを供給すること、 −ポリマーコンパウンドを製造するために、異方性ポリマーと等方性ポリマーの 粘度比:[λ=η異方性ポリマー/η等方性ポリマー]約0.001〜0.5の範 囲でポリマーブレンドを溶融加工すること、並びに −該ポリマーコンパウンドをポリマーフィルムへ加工すること から成る請求項1に記載のポリマーフィルムの作製方法。 11.異方性ポリマーと等方性ポリマーとの粘度比が約0.01〜0.1の範囲 内である請求項10に記載の方法。 12.ポリマーコンパウンドを異方性ポリマーの融点以下の温度でフィルムに 加工する請求項10または11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.溶融加工とフィルム加工を押出機により行う請求項10に記載の方法。 14.溶融加工と単分子層形成加工をブロー成形で行う請求項10に記載の方 法。 15.溶融加工とフィルム加工を射出成型で行う請求項10に記載の方法。 16.基材と、該基材の表面上にコーティングされ、かつラミネートを通過す る酸素および水蒸気の透過に対する遮蔽層として作用する少なくとも1つのポリ マー層とを含んで成るラミネートであって、ポリマー層が請求項1のポリマーコ ンパウンドから成るラミネート。 17.基材が紙板から成る請求項16に記載のラミネート。 18.食料品または家庭用薬品あるいは他の薬品用の容器を製造するための請 求項17に記載のラミネートの使用。
