Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形さ れた容器予備成形物内に二次加工する方法であって、 (a)成形心型を加熱するステップ、 (b)心型を心型受け器中に挿入するステップ、 (c)心型と心型受け器の間に形成されるギャップを溶融された状態にある間 に第一ポリマーによって充填するステップ、[ここで、前記第一ポリマーは、前 記心型の上に薄い障壁層を形成するために所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有 する]、 (d)薄い障壁層がまだ溶融された状態にある間に心型を心型受け器から取り 出すステップ、 (e)心型及び薄い障壁層を射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するステップ、 (f)心型を冷却するステップ、並びに (g)第二ポリマーを射出成形金型中に供給しそしてまだ溶融されている間に 前記第二ポリマーを薄い障壁層を覆って流し、それによって障壁材料の薄い内部 層を有する予備成形物に二次加工するステップ を含んで成る方法。 2. 前記薄い障壁層の上に接着剤の層を形成するもう一つのステップをステッ プ(d)と(e)との間に付加的に含む、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 接着剤層を与える前記もう一つのステップが、前記薄い障壁層がその上に 形成された心型を接着剤材料を含む心型受け器中に挿入することを含んで成る、 請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形さ れた容器予備成形物内に二次加工する方法であって、 (a)成形心型を冷却するステップ、 (b)心型受け器を冷却するステップ、 (c)心型を心型受け器中に挿入しそしてそれらの間にギャップを形成するス テップ、 (d)溶融された状態にある間にそして前記心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの薄 い障壁層を形成するような所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有する第一ポリマ ーを前記ギャップ中に注入するステップ (e)ギャップ中の第一ポリマーが固化した時に心型を心型受け器から取り出 し、それによって心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの外部スリーブを供給するステッ プ、 (f)心型及び前記第一ポリマーの外部スリーブを加熱するステップ、 (g)心型及び外部スリーブを射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するステップ 、並びに (h)第二ポリマーを射出成形キャビティ金型中に供給しそして前記第一ポリ マーの外部スリーブを覆って第二ポリマーを流して、障壁材料の薄い内部層を有 する予備成形物に二次加工するステップ を含んで成る方法。 5. 前記スリーブの上に接着剤の層を形成するもう一つのステップをステップ (f)と(g)との間に付加的に含む、請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6. 接着剤層を与える前記もう一つのステップが、外部スリーブから成る前記 薄い障壁層を有する心型を接着剤材料を含む心型受け器中に挿 入することを含んで成る、請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形さ れた容器予備成形物内に二次加工する方法であって、 (a)成形心型を冷却するステップ、 (b)心型受け器を冷却するステップ、 (c)心型を心型受け器中に挿入しそしてそれらの間にギャップを形成するス テップ、 (d)溶融された状態にある間にそして前記心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの薄 い障壁層を形成するような所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有する第一ポリマ ーを前記ギャップ中に注入するステップ、 (e)ギャップ中の第一ポリマーが固化した時に心型を心型受け器から取り出 し、それによって心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの外部スリーブを供給するステッ プ、 (f)前記第一ポリマーの前記外部スリーブの上に接着剤材料の層を形成する ステップ、 (g)心型及び外部スリーブを射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するステップ 、並びに (h)第二ポリマーを射出成形キャビティ金型中に供給しそして前記第一ポリ マーの外部スリーブを覆って第二ポリマーを流して、障壁材料の薄い内部層を有 する予備成形物に二次加工するステップ を含んで成る方法。 8. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形さ れた容器予備成形物内に二次加工する方法であって、 (a)成形心型を加熱するステップ、 (b)その中に付着スロットを有するコーティング付着器を心型の回りで回転 させそして溶融された状態にある間に第一ポリマーの薄い障壁層をその上に付着 させるステップ、[ここで、前記第一ポリマーは、所定の障壁及び/又は不活性 特徴を有する]、 (c)その上に形成された薄い障壁層を有する心型の近くから付着器を取り出 すステップ、 (d)心型を射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するステップ、 (d)心型を冷却するステップ、並びに (e)第二ポリマーを射出成形金型中に供給しそしてまだ溶融している間に前 記第二ポリマーを前記第一ポリマーの薄い層を覆って流して、障壁材料の薄い内 部層を有する予備成形物に成形するステップ を含んで成る方法。 9. 前記障壁層の上に接着剤の層を形成するもう一つのステップをステップ( c)と(d)との間に付加的に含む、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10. 接着剤の層を形成する前記ステップが、障壁層の回りで接着剤を含む付 着器を回転させて接着剤層を形成することを含んで成る、請求の範囲第9項に記 載の方法。 11. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形 された容器予備成形物内に二次加工する方法であって、 (a)前記第二ポリマーの容器予備成形物を冷却マントル中に挿入するステッ プ、 (b)予備成形物の主な本体を比較的冷たく保持しながら予備成形物の内部表 面を溶融させるために、予備成形物の内側に輻射加熱要素を挿 入するステップ、 (c)冷却マントルから予備成形物を引き出すステップ、 (d)予備成形物の隣に第一ポリマーの付着器を置き、そして溶融された状態 にある間にそして所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有する第一ポリマーの所定 量を予備成形物中に注入するステップ、 (e)溶融された第一ポリマーを変位させそして第一ポリマーを予備成形物の 内側に均等に広げてその中に内部層を形成するための手段を予備成形物中に挿入 するステップ、並びに (f)予備成形物を冷却マントル中に再挿入し、そして広げられた第一ポリマ ーが固化しそして予備成形物内に内部層を形成するまでそれを冷却するステップ を含んで成る方法。 12. 変位させるための手段を加熱して、ステップ(e)に引き続く予備成形 物の内側の第一ポリマーの広がりを増進させるステップを付加的に含む、請求の 範囲第11項に記載の方法。 13. 前記予備成形物の内側の上に接着剤の層を形成するもう一つのステップ をステップ(c)と(d)との間に付加的に含む、請求の範囲第11項に記載の 方法。 14. 前記内部層の熱応力を減らすために変位させるための手段を冷却するス テップを付加的に含む、請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 15. 第一ポリマーを変位させそして均等に広げるために前記手段を回転させ る、ステップ(3)に引き続くもう一つのステップを付加的に含む、請求の範囲 第11項に記載の方法。 16. 内部層を再加熱して内部層の引き続く吹込成形を容易にするた めに予備成形物中に加熱手段を挿入するステップ(g)を付加的に含む、請求の 範囲第11項に記載の方法。 17. 内部層を更に冷却して内部層中の熱応力を減らすために、予備成形物中 に冷却手段を挿入するステップ(g)を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第11項に記 載の方法。 18. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形 された容器予備成形物内に二次加工するシステムであって、 (a)成形心型及び心型受け器、 (b)成形心型を加熱するためのそして心型を心型受け器中に挿入するための 手段、 (c)心型と心型受け器の間に形成されるギャップを溶融された状態にある間 に第一ポリマーによって充填するための手段、[ここで、前記第一ポリマーは、 前記心型の上に薄い障壁層を形成するために所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を 有する]、 (d)薄い障壁層がまだ溶融された状態にある間に心型を心型受け器から取り 出すための手段、 (e)射出成形キャビティ金型、 (f)心型及び薄い障壁層を射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入しそして心型を 冷却するための手段、並びに (g)第二ポリマーを射出成形金型中に供給しそしてまだ溶融されている間に 前記第二ポリマーを薄い障壁層を覆って流し、それによって障壁材料の薄い内部 層を有する予備成形物に二次加工するための手段を含んで成るシステム。 19. 前記第二ポリマーを障壁層を覆って流すのに先立って前記薄い 障壁層の上に接着剤の層を形成するための手段を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第1 8項に記載のシステム。 20. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形 された容器予備成形物内に二次加工するシステムであって、 (a)成形心型及び心型受け器、 (b)心型受け器を冷却するための手段、 (c)心型を心型受け器中に挿入しそしてそれらの間にギャップを形成するた めの手段、 (d)溶融された状態にある間にそして前記心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの薄 い障壁層を形成するような所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有する第一ポリマ ーを前記ギャップ中に注入し、そしてその後でギャップ中の第一ポリマーが固化 した時に心型を心型受け器から取り出し、それによって心型の上に前記第一ポリ マーの外部スリーブを供給するための手段、 (e)心型及び前記第一ポリマーの外部スリーブを加熱するための手段、 (f)射出成形キャビティ金型、 (g)心型及び外部スリーブを射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するための手 段、並びに (h)第二ポリマーを射出成形キャビティ金型中に供給しそして前記第一ポリ マーの外部スリーブを覆って第二ポリマーを流して、障壁材料の薄い内部層を有 する予備成形物に二次加工するための手段 を含んで成るシステム。 21. 前記スリーブの上に接着剤の層を形成するための手段を付加的 に含む、請求の範囲第20項に記載のシステム。 22. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形 された容器予備成形物内に二次加工するシステムであって、 (a)成形心型及び心型受け器、 (b)成形心型及び心型受け器を冷却するための手段、 (c)心型を心型受け器中に挿入しそしてそれらの間にギャップを形成するた めの手段、 (d)溶融された状態にある間にそして前記心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの薄 い障壁層を形成するような所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有する第一ポリマ ーを前記ギャップ中に注入するための手段、 (e)ギャップ中の第一ポリマーが固化した時に心型を心型受け器から取り出 し、それによって心型の上に前記第一ポリマーの外部スリーブを供給するための 手段、 (f)前記第一ポリマーの前記外部スリーブの上に接着剤材料の層を形成する ための手段、 (g)射出成形キャビティ金型、 (h)心型及び外部スリーブを射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するための手 段、並びに (i)第二ポリマーを射出成形キャビティ金型中に供給しそして前記第一ポリ マーの外部スリーブを覆って第二ポリマーを流して、障壁材料の薄い内部層を有 する予備成形物に二次加工するための手段 のシステム。 23. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形 された容器予備成形物内に二次加工するシステムであって、 (a)成形心型、 (b)成形心型を加熱するための手段、 (c)心型の回りに位置付け可能な付着スロットをその中に有しそして溶融さ れた状態にある第一ポリマーの薄い障壁層を前記心型の上に付着させるための手 段を含むコーティング付着器、[ここで、前記第一ポリマーは、所定の障壁及び /又は不活性特徴を有する]、 (d)薄い障壁層がその上に形成された後で、心型の近くから付着器を取り出 すための手段、 (e)射出成形キャビティ金型、 (f)心型を射出成形キャビティ金型中に挿入するための手段、 (g)心型を冷却するための手段、並びに (h)第二ポリマーを射出成形金型中に供給しそしてまだ溶融している間に前 記第二ポリマーを前記第一ポリマーの薄い層を覆って流して、障壁材料の薄い内 部層を有する予備成形物に成形するための手段 のシステム。 24. 前記障壁層の上に接着剤の層を形成するための手段を付加的に含む、請 求の範囲第23項に記載のシステム。 25. 第一ポリマーの比較的薄い内部層を第二ポリマーから成る延伸吹込成形 された容器予備成形物内に二次加工するシステムであって、 (a)容器予備成形物、 (b)冷却マントル、 (c)前記第二ポリマーの容器予備成形物を冷却マントル中に挿入するための 手段、 (d)予備成形物の主な本体を比較的冷たく保持しながら予備成形物 の内部表面を溶融させるために、予備成形物の内側に挿入可能な輻射加熱要素、 (e)冷却マントルから予備成形物を引き出すための手段、 (f)溶融された状態の前記ポリマーの所定量を予備成形物中に注入するため の、予備成形物の隣に位置付け可能な第一ポリマーの付着器、[ここで、前記第 一ポリマーは所定の障壁及び/又は不活性特徴を有する] (g)溶融された第一ポリマーを変位させそして第一ポリマーを予備成形物の 内側に均等に広げてその中に内部層を形成するために、予備成形物中に挿入可能 な手段、並びに (h)予備成形物を冷却マントル中に再び挿入し、そして広げられた第一ポリ マーが固化しそれによって予備成形物内に内部障壁層を形成するまで、それを冷 却するための手段 のシステム。 26. 変位手段を加熱して、予備成形物の内側の第一ポリマーの広がりを増進 させるための手段を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載のシステム。 27. 前記第一ポリマーを受けるのに先立って前記予備成形物の内側の上に接 着剤の層を形成するための手段を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載のシ ステム。 28. 前記内部層の熱応力を減らすために変位手段を冷却するための手段を付 加的に含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載のシステム。 29. 第一ポリマーを変位させそして均等に広げるために前記手段を回転させ るための手段を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載のシ ステム。 30. 予備成形物内の内部層を再加熱して内部層の引き続く吹込成形を容易に するための手段を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載のシステム。 31. 内部層が予備成形物のものよりも低いガラス転移温度を有する時には、 その中の熱応力を減らすために予備成形物中の内部層を更に冷却するための手段 を付加的に含む、請求の範囲第25項に記載のシステム。
