Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 内燃機関高圧インジェクション装置のインジェクタ用エラー診断方法にお いて、インジェクタコイル(L1,L2)に所定時間の間蓄積給電するステップと 、前記コイルからストレージキャパシタ(12)への放電を行なわせるステップ と、前記ストレージキャパシタのチャージを測定するステップと、前記チャージ を所定限界値と比較するステップとを有することを特徴とする、内燃機関高圧イ ンジェクション装置のインジェクタ用エラー診断方法。 2. 前記インジェクタコイル(L1,L2)のショートサーキットを識別判定す るステップを有しており、その際、前記コイルは、第1の非常に短い時間間隔( T1)の間蓄積給電される請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3. 前記第1の時間間隔は、3〜30μsの範囲である請求項2記載の方法。 4. 前記インジェクタコイル(L1,L2)のショートサーキットを識別判定す る前記ステップには、オープンサーキットの生起を識別判定するステップが続い ており、その際、前記コイルは、前記第1の時間間隔(T1)より大きな第2の 時間間隔(T2)の間蓄積給電される請求項2又は3記載の方法。 5. 前記第2の時間間隔は、50〜200μsの範囲 である請求項4記載の方法。 6. 前記チャージを測定する前記ステップは、前記コイル(L1,L2)が放電 された時の前記ストレージキャパシタ(12)の電圧上昇を識別判定するステッ プを有している上述の各請求項の何れか1記載の方法。 7. 前記インジェクタコイル(L1,L2)のショートサーキットを識別判定す るために、前記電圧上昇を識別判定する前記ステップは、前記コイルに蓄積給電 する前記ステップの直ぐ前で前記キャパシタ(12)のチャージ値を記憶し、前 記チャージステップの後前記キャパシタの電圧を測定し、及び、前記記憶された チャージ値と前記測定された電圧との間の差を識別判定するステップを有してい る請求項6記載の方法。 8. 前記インジェクタコイル(L1,L2)でのオープンサーキットの生起を識 別判定するために、前記電圧上昇を識別判定する前記ステップは、前記コイルに 給電する前記ステップの直ぐ前で前記キャパシタ(12)を放電し、前記キャパ シタの放電値を記憶し、前記チャージステップの後前記キャパシタの電圧を測定 し、及び、前記記憶された放電値と前記測定された電圧との間の差を識別判定す るステップを有している請求項6記載の方法。 9. 一つのショートサーキットが検知された場合、エ ンジンの始動を阻止するために信号が発生される上述の各請求項の何れか1記載 の方法。 10.一つより多くのオープンサーキットが検知された場合、エンジンの始動を阻 止するために信号が発生される上述の各請求項の何れか1記載の方法。 11.実質的に記載されていて、添付各図面を用いて図示されているような、内燃 機関高圧インジェクション装置の各インジェクタ用エラー診断方法。
