Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.制御サイクルで制御された圧力値で燃料を供給するために高圧ポンプ(6) が高圧回路に設けられている形式の内燃機関高圧噴射装置の高圧回路における障 害診断方法において、 順次連続する制御サイクルで前記高圧ポンプ(6)により発生する圧力に相 関する量を監視するステップと、 前記の順次連続する制御サイクルにおける前記量のパターンを基準値と比較 するステップと、 前記パターンが前記基準値と所定の関係をもっていなければ障害信号を発生 させるステップとを有することを特徴とする、 内燃機関高圧噴射装置の高圧回路における障害診断方法。 2.高圧ポンプ(6)によりマニホルド(10)へ供給される圧力を測定し、 測定した圧力を最大基準値と比較し、 所定数の順次連続する制御サイクルにおいて測定した圧力が前記最大基準値 を越えていれば障害信号を発生させる、 請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記圧カポンプ(6)によりマニホルド(10)へ供給される圧力を測定し 、 測定した圧力を最小基準値と比較し、 所定数の順次連続する制御サイクルにおいて測定した圧力が前記最小基準値 よりも下回っていれば障害信号を発生させる、 請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.前記最小値はエンジン(16)の速度の関数として変化する、請求項3記載 の方法。 5.前記制御サイクルには、前記高圧ポンプ(6)の圧力調整ソレノイドバルブ (7)への電流供給のデューティサイクルを変化させるステップが含まれている 障害診断方法において、 前記高圧ポンプにより供給される圧力を測定し、 所要圧力値と前記測定圧力との間の誤差に基づき前記電流供給のデューティ サイクルを算出し、 算出されたデューティサイクルを最小基準値および最大基準値と比較し、 所定数の順次連続する制御サイクルにおいて、算出されたデューティサイク ルが前記の最小値と最大値により規定された許容範囲内になければ障害信号を発 生させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.前記制御サイクルには、前記高圧ポンプ(6)の圧力調整ソレノイドバルブ (7)への電流供給のデューティサイクルを変化させるステップが含まれている 障害診断方法において、 前記高圧ポンプにより供給される圧力を測定し、 所要圧力値と前記測定圧力との間の誤差に基づき前記電流供給のデューティ サイクルを算出し、 算出されたデューティサイクルに基づき基準圧力値を決定し、 測定圧力と前記基準圧力値とを比較し、 所定数の順次連続する制御サイクルにおいて、測定圧力が所定の許容範囲内 で前記基準圧力値と整合していなければ障害信号を発生させる、 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.基準圧力値を決定する前記のステップは、デューティサイクルの関数として 圧力値の記憶されたマップにおいて前記基準圧力を読み出すステップを有する、 請求項6記載の方法。 8.添付の図面を参照して説明してきたような方法である、内燃機関高圧噴射装 置の高圧回路における障害診断方法。
