Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体キャリヤに含まれるガスの入口2と、装置を通る流路3の波形状部分1 6、18と、ガスを液体キャリヤから解放し、流路の横方向に分散させることが できる実質上均一の横断面の下流出口4とからなることを特徴とする液体中のガ スを分布させる装置。 2.前記出口4は実質上360゜にわたることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装 置。 3.前記出口4はスロット11からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置 。 4.前記スロット11が2つの間隔を置いて配置された実質上平行のプレート6 、7間に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。 5.前記プレート6、7がスペーサ手段8によって間隔を置いて配置されている ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 6.前記スペーサ手段8の厚さを変化させ、これによって前記スロット11の幅 を調節することができるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。 7.ガスの解放を促進する粗面化された表面を有するプレート6、7を備えたこ とを特徴とする請求項4〜請求項6のいずれかに記載の装置。 8.前記プレート6、7がサポート手段20、22を介して間隔を置いて配置さ れていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。 9.前記サポート手段20、22はプレート16から垂下されたスピンドル20 からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。 10.流路手段17、18を有する間隔を置いて重ね合わされたプレート15、 16によって前記波形状流路が形成され、前記流路手段の一方が他方に対し横方 向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずかに記載の装置 。 11.一方のプレート15が中央オリフィス17を有し、他方のプレート16は 中央ブランク部分19を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。 12.請求項1〜請求項11のいずれかに記載の装置1からなることを特徴とす る汚水のフィルタ装置。 13.容器内の液体のボディを提供し、ガスを含む液体源を提供し、ガスを含む 液体を液体のボディ内に比較的高速度で流入させ、ガスおよび液体の速度を低下 させ、その流れ方向を変換し、そのガスを容器の液体のボディ内に解放する手段 1を提供することを特徴とする液体中のガスを分布させる方法。 14.方向を変換する工程は、流れ方向を実質上90゜にわたって変化させるこ とを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 15.前記方向変換工程および前記ガス解放工程は、液体およびガスをデフュー ザプレート手段に衝突させることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記ガス解放工程は、デフューザプレート手段付近のガスの増強核形成手 段を提供することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。 17.前記手段1に流入する液体およびそのガスの波形状流路を提供することを 特徴とする請求項13〜請求項16のいずれかに記載の方法。 18.前記波形状流路が前記手段への入口の重ね合わされたオリフィス17、1 9およびプレートによって提供されることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法 。 19.請求項13〜請求項18のいずれかに記載の方法によって処理されること を特徴とする汚水などの液体のボディ。
