Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 包括的な所有権あるいは特権が主張される発明の実施例は以下のように定義さ れる。 1.身体の画像を発生するための磁気共鳴画像装置(MRI)を使用する方法 であって、 1または複数の学習サンプルを有し、それぞれが他の画像を生成するためのパ ルスシーケンスとは相違するMRIパルスシーケンスを使用して生成され、空間 的に配置された画素セットを有する、身体の学習領域の合同な複数の第1の画像 から生成される1または複数の学習サンプルを含む学習セットを発生するために MRI装置を使用するステップと、 第1の画像と同一のMRIパルスシーケンスを使用して生成され、画素の配列 によって構成され、空間的に配置された画素セットを有する、同一の身体の試験 領域の合同な複数の第2の画像から生成される複数の試験サンプルを含む試験セ ットを発生するためにMRI装置を使用するステップと、 各試験サンプルに対して試験サンプルと学習サンプルとの間の同一性の程度を 示す同一性データを発生するステップと、 同一性データに基づいて表示を発生するステップと、からなる方法。 2.前記学習セットが複数の学習サンプルから構成される請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.各試験サンプルに対する同一性データが、各学習サンプルと試験サンプル との間の同一性を表す同一性値を決定し、最大の同一性値を選択することによっ て発生される請求項2に記載の方法。 4.各試験サンプルに対する同一性データが、学習サンプルの平 均値に対する試験サンプルの同一性を決定する請求項2に記載の方法。 5.MRIパルスシーケンスがT1荷重パルスシーケンス、多重スピンエコー パルスシーケンスおよびSTIRパルスシーケンスで構成される請求項1に記載 の方法。 6.表示を発生するステップが、第2の画像から選択された1つを表示し、最 も高い同一性を有する試験サンプルに対応する選択された第2の画像の一部分を 視覚的に高輝度表示する請求項1に記載の方法。 7.選択された第2の画像がグレイスケールを使用して表示され、高輝度表示 がカラーで行われる請求項6に記載の方法。 8.第1および第2の画像が相互に同一であり、学習および試験セットがそれ らの異なった部分から生成される請求項1に記載の方法。 9.第1および第2の画像が相互に異なっており、学習領域および試験領域が 身体の異なった部分から生成される請求項1に記載の方法。 10.第1および第2の画像が同一のMRI装置を使用して生成される請求項 1に記載の方法。 11.第1および第2の画像が相互に異なっており、学習領域および試験領域 が身体の同一の部分であり、第1および第2の画像が異なる時刻に生成される請 求項1に記載の方法。 12.表示が、学習サンプルと最も高い同一性程度を有する試験サンプルを区 別する請求項1に記載の方法。 13.同一性データを同一性画面に変換するステップをさらに含む請求項1に 記載の方法。 14.表示を発生するために第2の画像の1つと同一性画面とを 結合するステップをさらに含む請求項13に記載の方法。 15.同一性画面が複数の画素を含み、結合ステップが補正された同一性画面 を発生するために同一性画面中の予め定めたしきい値以上の画素の輝度を調整し 、選択された第2の画像から補正された同一性画面を減算する請求項14に記載 の方法。 16.各画素が身体の対応位置からの磁気共鳴信号の強さに対応した画素値を 有し、学習セットが第1の画像に対応しかつその1と合同な少なくとも1の空間 的相関画像を含み、各空間的相関画像が空間的相関画素の配列であり、各空間的 相関画素が対応する1の第1の画像中の1またはそれ以上の近接画素値の予め定 められた関数の画素値を有し、各学習サンプルが各第1の画像および各だい1の 空間的相関画像の空間的に配置された画素セットから構成され、試験セットが第 2の画像に対応しかつ合同な少なくとも1の第2の空間的相関画像を含み、第2 の空間的相関画像は第2の空間的相関画素から構成され、各試験サンプルが第2 の空間的相関画素は各第2の画像および各第2の空間的相関画像の空間的に配置 された画素から構成されたものである請求項1に記載の方法。 17.前記予め定められた関数が平均値関数である請求項16に記載の方法。 18.2の空間的相関画像が第1および第2の画像のそれぞれに対して発生さ れ、一方の空間的相関画素が第1の最も近接した画素の平均値であり、他方の空 間的相関画素が第2の最も近接した画素の平均値である請求項16に記載の方法 。
