Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 自動車が海川等に落ちた時、車外に脱出でき
ずに水死する人が多い、この様な水死者をなくすように
する。 【構成】 向い合った、うすい銅板又はそれに類するも
のを電極（４）として内部におき、外部より圧力が加わ
ると内部にへこむビニール等の素材の袋状のもの（１）
の中に入れ、外部より圧力がかかった時内部にへこみ、
電極が接触し、電流が通じる圧力差スイッチ。このスイ
ッチを車のバッテリー、電動ウインドのモーターその他
に配線しスイッチに電流が通じた時に自動的にウインド
ガラスが下がる様にセットしておくと車が水に落ちた時
も沈むまでの時間差を利用して、水圧にりスイッチが作
動してウインドガラスが開き乗員が脱出できる。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】〔産業上の利用分野〕この発明は自動車の
安全装置に関するものである。
【０００２】〔従来の技術〕同じ目的の技術はない。
【０００３】〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕現在の自
動車の多くは、ドアーのウインドガラスが電動式のパワ
ーウインドとよばれる方式になっている。この方式の場
合車が事故で海川等の水中に落ちた時、内部よりウイン
ドガラスが開けられず、乗員が脱出できずに水死する事
が多い。本発明はこの様な水死者をなくそうとするもの
である。
【０００４】〔課題を解決するための手段〕この発明の
圧力差スイッチは以上のような課題を解決するものであ
る。自動車が水面上に落下した時、すぐに水中に沈むこ
とは少ない。しばらく浮いていて徐々に沈んで行く場合
が多い。この時この発明の圧力差スイッチを車のエンジ
ンルームその他、車内のできるだけ低い位置に電極
（４）の付いた部分を下にし、上部より出た電線をバッ
テリー、パワーウインドのモーター等に配線し、スイッ
チに電流が通じると、ウインドガラスが自動的に下がる
様に配線をセットしておくと、車内の上下の浸水の時間
差により、下部が先に水中になり、上部がまだ空気中に
ある段階で圧力差スイッチが水圧により作動し、ドアー
のウインドガラスが自動的に下がり乗員の脱出が容易に
なる。
【０００５】〔作用〕車が水中に落下した時、ドアーの
外部より強大な水圧がかかりドアーを開ける事ができな
い。この時この発明の圧力差スイッチが浸水の上下の時
間差を利用して作動すれば、ウインドガラスが瞬時に下
がり、乗員の脱出が容易になる。
【０００６】〔実施例〕この発明の圧力差スイッチを、
上部を上に下部を下に、エンジンルーム、その他の場所
のできるだけ低い位置にとり付け、その電線をバッテリ
ー、ウインドガラスを上下させるモーター等に配線し、
圧力差スイッチの下部が水につかり水圧がかかった時
（この時点ではエンジンルームの上部にあるバッテリー
その他、配線等は水につからず生きている）に圧力差ス
イッチが作動しウインドガラスが自動的に下がる様にセ
ットしておく。
【０００７】〔発明の効果〕この発明の圧力差スイッチ
をとり付けた車は海川等に落ちた時に乗員の生命が助か
る場合が多い。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 向い合った、うすい銅板又はそれに類す
    るものを電極（４）として内部におき、外部より圧力が
    加わると内部にへこむビニールその他それに類する素材
    の袋状のもの（１）の中に入れ、外部より圧力がかかっ
    た時、ビニールその他それに類する素材の袋が内部にへ
    こみ、向い合った電極（４）を接触させ電流が通じる圧
    力差スイッチ。
