2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, sports clothes worn under a condition of heavy sweating have a function of absorbing sweat well and keeping the surface in contact with the skin dry in order to obtain a refreshing feeling of wearing. However, various proposals have been made mainly for circular knitted fabrics. An example of this is that the surface of the knitted fabric is made of highly absorbent water-absorbent cotton or cotton / polyester blended yarn, and the back side is made of synthetic fibers that have lower water absorption, and the absorbed sweat is transferred to the surface of the knitted fabric. In this method, cotton does not dry quickly, so if you sweat a lot due to exercise, the surface that comes in contact with the skin will also become wet, and the dyeing fastness of cotton will be poor, and There was a defect that the fluff was exposed on the surface, the glossiness was lost and pilling occurred, and the commercial value was poor.

As another method, there has been proposed a method of using synthetic fibers having a relatively small single yarn fineness on the surface of the knitted fabric in order to diffuse the sweat absorbed from the skin to the surface by utilizing the capillary phenomenon. However, with this method, if the single yarn fineness required to obtain a sufficient effect is obtained, physical properties such as abrasion resistance and pilling resistance cannot be maintained in the state of use as sports clothing and the number of times of washing. Was there.

The present invention will be described in detail below. The present invention relates to a method of knitting a warp knitted fabric composed of a stitch structure and a lay-in structure. The structure of the knitted fabric is characterized in that the underlap of the lay-in structure is in the same direction as the underlap of the stitch structure and at least It is larger than the stitch structure by one stitch or more. One example of the structure that can be used in the present invention is the structure shown in FIG. 1. In FIG. 1 (A), the underlap has a stitch structure between two stitches (1-0 / 2-
In FIG. 1B, the underlap is an inlay structure (0-0 / 4-4) between three needles. At this time, the direction of the underlap (arrow direction) of the inlay structure of FIG.
It is in the same direction as the direction of the underlap of the stitch structure of FIG. When the direction of the underlap is the same, a loop of the stitch structure is formed on the surface of the knitted fabric, and the yarn of the underlap part of the inlay structure appears on the back surface of the knitted fabric. In the present invention, as the stitch structure, 1-0 / 1-2, 1-0 / 3-4, or the like can be used in addition to the examples. Even in these cases, the underlay has at least one stitch between stitches. Organize in a large organization. When a knitted fabric with a large underlap is obtained, a knitted fabric with a large elongation is easily obtained, but the structure becomes loose and snagging is likely to occur. Therefore, select a structure suitable for the application and site. In knitting the warp knitted fabric of the present invention, a stitch design is used when the back design is also different, but it is preferable that the direction of the underlap is opposite to the direction of the front design as shown in FIG. 1 (C). In this case as well, the yarn of the underlap portion appears on the back surface of the knitted fabric.

The synthetic fiber filament yarn used in the present invention is a filament yarn of synthetic fiber such as polyester, nylon, acrylic, polypropylene, vinylon, etc. Among them, polyester having various excellent characteristics and low moisture content is suitable. However, nylon is also suitable when the feeling is important. Single fiber fineness of the synthetic fiber filament yarn used for the stitch structure forming the surface of the knitted fabric is 1 to 5 denier, which is a range in which pilling and snugging hardly occur, and 1 to 2 denier is preferable, and less than 1 denier If this is the case, pilling and snugging are likely to occur, and if it exceeds 5 denier, the texture becomes hard and it is not suitable for sports clothing. The total fineness of the synthetic fiber filament yarn used for this stitch structure is preferably 30 to 75 denier. As in the case of a normal knitted fabric, in order to give a glossy feeling to the knitted fabric surface, the synthetic fiber filament yarn used for the stitch structure may be a bright yarn.

Further, the smaller the single yarn fineness of the synthetic fiber filament yarn used for the inlay structure is, the more efficiently the capillary phenomenon can be utilized, but if it is too small, fluff occurs, which affects the surface quality or appears on the back surface. Even though it is a yarn, pilling and snugging occur, so 0.05-
0.5 denier is suitable, preferably 0.1-0.3 denier. When the single yarn fineness is more than 0.5 denier, the effect of the capillary phenomenon becomes small, and it becomes difficult to obtain the effect of diffusing perspiration. The total fineness of the synthetic fiber filament yarn used for this inlay structure is preferably 50 to 100 denier. Further, as a method for obtaining the fiber having a small single yarn fineness, a method for directly obtaining by spinning and stretching a predetermined polymer, and particularly for a fiber having a denier of 0.1 denier or less, a method for performing multi-component spinning and splitting after knitting However, the same effect can be obtained in the present invention by either method.

The knitted fabric may be subjected to a usual dyeing finishing process, but in order to further improve the sweat absorption and diffusion performance, polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, acrylic acid-polyalkylene glycol copolymer, polyethylene glycol- A water absorbent resin such as a terephthalic acid polycondensate may be applied to the surface side of the knitted fabric or may be exhausted into the fiber. The present invention has the above configuration.

In the present invention, since the underlap of the lay-in structure is knitted in the same direction as the underlap of the stitch structure, the synthetic fiber filament yarn used for the lay-in structure and having a small single yarn fineness appears on the back surface of the knitted fabric. The sweat that comes into contact with the skin by the movement and is absorbed by the movement is sucked up by the thin single-filament synthetic filament filament, and is guided to just below the knitted fabric surface while diffusing the lay-in texture by the capillary phenomenon, and the gaps and loop filaments of the stitch structure on the surface It is released from the outside. By making the underlap of the lay-in structure larger than the underlap of the stitch structure by one stitch or more, it is possible to connect the stitch structures to form a knitted fabric and promote diffusion of sweat. In addition, since synthetic fibers with a relatively low water content are used, there is no sticky feeling on the skin surface, a refreshing feeling can always be given, and the efficiency of sweat perspiration from the surface is good.

Furthermore, since the surface of the knitted fabric is composed of synthetic fiber filament yarn having a relatively large single yarn fineness, pilling and snagging are less likely to occur even in the heavy use of sports, and the warp knitted fabric is a circular knitted fabric. Since the loops can be made smaller and the density higher than that of the above, it is possible to obtain a knitted fabric in which pilling and snugging are less likely to occur.

On the other hand, Comparative Example 1 using a filament yarn having the same single yarn fineness as the surface stitch structure as the inlay structure and Comparative Example 2 having no inlay structure have excellent pilling and snagging performance but poor water absorption. Comparative Example 3 in which all of the supplied yarns are yarns with a small single yarn fineness is very excellent in water absorption, but pilling and snagging occur remarkably, and the texture is too soft to be used in sports clothing. It was inappropriate.
