【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)本発明は、エレベータのフォーク
状パレット台が上昇及び下降する昇降路の両側に沿って
多段階的に形成されている各駐車区画に横行フォーク台
車を収容し、上記フォーク状パレット台と横行フォーク
台車との間で自動車の受け渡しを行うようにしたエレベ
ータ式駐車装置を用いて縦列又は並列に配備した立体駐
車装置に関する。
(従来の技術)従来、前記エレベータ式駐車装置にフォ
ーク状パレット台を形成する各フォーク部材の櫛歯状ア
ームを通過する他の櫛歯状アームが両側に突設してある
旋回台板と該台板の昇降旋回装置とから成る自動車の方
向変換装置を上記フォーク状パレット台の最下降位置に
設置した型式の駐車装置は広く知られている。
(発明が解決しようとする課題)前述したようなエレベ
ータ式駐車装置を縦列又は並列とする場合には、自動車
運転手による車の出し入れのため、前方及び後方の両装
置共に乗入面は駐車の用に供することができないという
問題点があり、更に前方側の装置は自動車が通過するた
め車路としての法の摘要を受けることとなり、間口を広
げたり安全装置を備えたりする等の配慮が必要となると
いう問題点がある。本発明は、上記問題点を解決するた
めになされたものであり、その目的とするところは、後
方装置の乗入面の両側が2台分の駐車スペースとして活
用できるから空間効率の改善となり、法の規制が緩和さ
れるので、予め定められた後方装置の準備運転が可能と
なるため、入出庫の円滑性の大幅な向上となり、複雑な
安全装置の節約となるエレベータ式駐車装置を縦列又は
並列とする縦列式立体駐車装置を提供することにある。
(課題を解決するための手段)前記目的を達成するため
に、本発明の縦列式立体駐車装置においては、エレベー
タのフォーク状パレット台が上昇及び下降する昇降路の
両側に沿って多段階的に形成されている各駐車区画に横
行フォーク台車を収容し、上記フォーク状パレット台と
横行フォーク台車との間で自動車の受け渡しを行うよう
にし、フォーク状パレット台を形成する各フォーク部材
の櫛歯状アームを通過する他の櫛歯状アームが両側に突
設してある旋回台板と該台板の昇降旋回装置とから成る
自動車の方向変換装置を上記フォーク状パレット台の最
下降位置に設置した型式の駐車装置において、上記フォ
ーク状パレット台と各駐車区画とを少なくとも2列に連
続して縦列又は並列に配備し、上記旋回台板と昇降旋回
装置の上部を走行可能な構造とすると共に、自動車の入
出庫及び方向変換は前方の乗入部空間で行うようにし、
後方に自動車を搭載する上記旋回台板と昇降旋回装置の
上部を前方の乗入部から往復走行させる搬送装置を具備
したものである。
(実施例)以下、図面によって本発明の一実施例を説明
する。第1図乃至第5図中、1は多段階に配置されてい
る自動車2の駐車区画3を2列に連続して縦列に配備し
た車庫、4はエレベータ5の昇降路、6は各駐車区画3
に収容された横行フォーク台車を示すものであって、横
行フォーク台車6が図示せぬ固定レール上を昇降路4ま
で走行するようになっており、エレベータ5は車庫1の
上方に設置された図示せぬエレベータ駆動機構とこれか
ら導出された4本の懸吊及び駆動チェーン7と自動車2
を載置するフォーク状パレット台8とから成り、上記各
チェーンの一端にはそれぞれ図示せぬバランスウェイト
を設け、他端は上記フォーク状パレット台8の四隅に取
付け、フォーク状パレット台8をスプロケット9を介し
て4本の懸吊及び駆動チェーン7によって吊下げるよう
になっている。エレベータ5のフォーク状パレット台8
は、自動車2の前輪及び後輪が載置され、且つ同じ高さ
で同期して同時に1本の懸吊及び駆動チェーン7にて昇
降する個々独立の4個の櫛歯状アーム10a、10b、
10c、10dから成るフォーク部材8a、8b、8
c、8dを具備し、上記櫛歯状アーム10a、10b、
10c、10d内方へ相対峙して横行フォーク台車6の
櫛歯状アーム11、12を自由に通過できるようなピッ
チとなっており、上記各フォーク部材の内方端によって
中央空間13が区画形成されている。ピット14内に自
動車2の方向変換装置15を設置し、上記方向変換装置
15は、フォーク状パレット台8を形成するフォーク部
材8a、8b、8c、8dの櫛歯状アーム10a、10

8と該台板18の昇降旋回装置19とから構成されてお
り、昇降旋回装置19は、パワーシリンダ20のジャッ

によって台板18を旋回させるようにしている。車庫1
の後方側に搬送装置21を設け、搬送装置21は、車庫
1の前方側から後方側に自動車2を搭載する櫛歯付旋回
台板18と昇降旋回装置19の上部をガイドローラ22
を案内にしてモータ23及びチェーン24によって往復
走行するようにしている。第6図乃至第10図は本発明
の第二実施例を示すものであって、1は多段階に配置さ
れている自動車2の駐車区画3を2列に連続して並列に
配備した車庫であり、前記第一実施例と共通する符号で
示し、共通する説明は省略する。第二実施例では第9図
及び第10図に示すように櫛歯付旋回台板18を90°
旋回させてから搬送装置21によって往復走行させるよ
うにしている。
(作 用)先ず、自動車2を入庫するには、予めエレベ
ータ5を稼動してフォーク状パレット台8を最下降位置
即ち入庫待機位置にしておき、自動車2が前進でフォー
ク状パレット台8に乗ったならば、図示せぬ駆動モータ
を起動してエレベータ駆動機構を作動せしめてフォーク
状パレット台8を所定の駐車区画3にもたらし、次い
で、横行フォーク台車6が下面に乗り入れる高さまで上
昇させて停止せしめる。この状態で、図示せぬフォーク
台車横行機構を作動せしめて横行フォーク台車6を横行
させると、フォーク状パレット台8の下面に完全に収容
され、横行フォーク台車6の櫛歯状アーム11、12と
フォーク状パレット台8を形成するフォーク部8a、8
b、8c、8dの櫛歯状アーム10a、10b、10
c、10dとが符号一致せしめられる。次に、エレベー
タ5を稼動してフォーク状パレット台8を下降せしめれ
ば、自動車2を載置しているフォーク部材8a、8b、

(発明の効果)以上述べたところから、本発明によれ
ば、後方装置の乗入面の両側が2台分の駐車スペースと
