However, those containing a titanium pigment have a hiding property,
Although it is excellent in impregnation property, it is inferior in smoothness of the surface, is too poor in printability due to too good ink absorption, is slightly inferior in finish and is poor in delicate design. Also, thin paper has good printability and finishes in a high design, but since the permeability of the surface resin is poor, the strength of the paper gap is low, and even if the paper strengthened at the stage of paper making is used, there is not much effect. However, there was a drawback that the cosmetic resin layer eventually peeled off.

As the base paper and thin paper 4 for the printed decorative paper W,
In order to allow the two-component curing type transparent resin liquid applied to the surface of the thin paper 4 to sufficiently penetrate, and to make the interlaminar strength of the decorative resin layer sufficient, the interlaminar strengthening treatment is not performed at the time of papermaking. Unsized paper is particularly good in terms of permeability.

The thin paper 4 has a thickness of 20
Preferably those to 40 g / m 2, i.e. basis weight 20 g / m 2
When it becomes smaller (thinner), the two-component curing type transparent resin liquid escapes to the back surface, causing process troubles and poor adhesion with an adhesive used for bonding with a substrate. Further, when it becomes large (thickness) of 40 g / m 2 or more, the penetration of the two-component curing type transparent resin liquid is small and the adhesion strength between the layers of the decorative resin is weak and the layers are separated. A basis weight of 25 to 35 g / m 2 is suitable.

As described above, the decorative board of the present invention is obtained by coating and impregnating the urethane curable polyester resin / cellulose derivative mixed resin before applying the concealing solid layer and the pattern printing layer on the thin paper. Since it is a decorative plate that is bonded to the base material via an adhesive and coated with an ultraviolet curable resin on it, the paper-to-paper strength is significantly improved and the disadvantages of conventional decorative plates in terms of design are also eliminated. This makes it possible to manufacture high-quality decorative boards.
