According to the present invention, the sliding member 22 into which the polishing piece 23 is inserted has the protruding locking claw 33 pressed against the concave receiving portion 38 of the fixed portion 21 when the polishing piece 23 is used. It can be attached simply by inserting and engaging in the same direction as the direction, and it is easy to assemble, and since the pressing force at the time of use and the inserting direction for engagement match, it can be attached to the locking claw 33. Since no excessive force is applied during use, the mounting structure can be simplified and miniaturized, and unnecessary deformation and damage are unlikely to occur.

Further, a rib 45 is provided between the fixed portion 21 and the sliding member 22 so as to support them in a separated state, and the sliding contact area is made small, so that an opportunity for the polishing powder to enter the nail is obtained. was reduced as low as possible Gensa not stick suppressing sliding resistance of abrasive powder, such as a protein-based, though abrasive powder therebetween aggression
Even if it is inserted and intervened, the pressing force on the nail during use is
Since it concentrates on the small ribs 45 and acts as an exclusion force,
Sliding load will be caused by scraping out the intervening abrasive powder
Is stabilized, the reciprocating motion is smoothed, the load applied to the motor is reduced, and it can be handled and used easily.

The nail polisher has the above-mentioned structure. When the main body 2 is held and the switch button 5 is operated, the power unit 7 is driven and the rotational movement thereof is converted into reciprocating movement by the driving unit 10. The polishing section 23 connected to the drive section 10 via the drive shaft 18 reciprocates in the front-rear direction. Then, if the polishing surface 37 is pressed against the nail a, the surface of the nail a is polished.

The pressing force P applied to the polishing portion 23 when the polishing portion 23 is pressed against the claw a is a direction orthogonal to the reciprocating direction Q of the polishing surface 37, that is, the polishing portion 23 is covered by the covered portion 3. This is a direction in which the polishing portion 23 is pressed to the side, and this direction coincides with the insertion direction for engaging the locking claw 33, so that the polishing portion 23 does not fall off during polishing of the nail. In addition, the polishing portion 23 is set to the nail a.
The polishing part 23 is firmly supported by the covered part 3 even if it is strongly pressed against, and the polishing part 23 is not unnecessarily bent or shaken, and stable nail polishing can be performed.

Further, since the polishing surface 37 is bent upward by the angle θ, it can be easily pressed against the nail a, and since the covered portion 3 is tapered, it is possible to see how the polishing portion 23 polishes the nail from above. It is easily visible.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the scabbard b existing at the base end portion of the claw a is pushed in. As described above, while the polishing portion 23 is reciprocatingly moved, the circular curved surface portion 23a is used to squeeze it. By plucking the leather b, the scab b can be crushed. Here, when the drive shaft 18 retreats, the drive shaft 18 does not elastically deform in the lengthwise direction (see FIG. 5A), but the drive shaft 18 moves forward and the tip portion of the polishing portion 23 becomes blunt. When the skin b is excessively hit, the drive shaft 18 is elastically deformed by the shock absorbing means 18c (see FIG. 5B), and the shock applied to the scab b is absorbed and absorbed.

In this case, the same shock absorbing effect can be obtained by the thin portion 18b. Further, since the drive shaft 18 is inclined at a small angle α with respect to the sliding direction of the polishing portion 23, the impact applied to the drive shaft 18 deviates from its axial direction, and the drive shaft 18 bends rapidly without any thought. Can reduce the impact. That is, the drive shaft 18 is provided with a shock absorbing means also by its own elastic material, and in this case, by slanting the small angle α as described above, the shock is smoothed without any thought. A buffering effect can be obtained.

As a matter of course, the shock absorbing effect can be obtained even if the shaft 18 is only tilted by α degrees as described above without taking measures such as a long hole portion and a thin portion.

(Other Embodiment) FIG. 6 (a) shows another embodiment, in which the projection 19 of the drive shaft 18 engaged with the locking portion 34 has an opening 19a as a shock absorbing means. Is opened, and the impact is absorbed by elastic deformation of the protrusion 19 (see the chain line in the figure). Further, in the same figure (b), an elastic member 43 is attached to the front part of the protrusion 19, and the elastic member 43 absorbs the impact. Various methods of providing the shock absorbing means to the drive shaft 18 in this manner are conceivable.

As described above, the electric nail polisher according to the present invention is provided with the sliding member 22 which reciprocates on the fixed portion 21 provided on the lower portion of the main body portion 2 which also serves as the grip portion, and which is slidable. In the electric nail polisher in which the polishing member 23 is attached to the moving member 22, the fixed portion 21 is provided with the recess receiving portion 38 along the reciprocating direction of the sliding member 22, and the recess receiving portion 38 is provided with the recess receiving portion 38. Since the locking claw 33 projecting from the sliding member 22 is slidably engaged in the reciprocating direction, and the rib 45 is provided between the fixed portion 21 and the sliding member 22 so as to support them separately. Assembleability is improved, and the intrusion of polishing powder generated during use,
The discharge can be suppressed, and the sliding load of the sliding member 22 can be suppressed to make it easy to use.
