[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Technical Field of the Invention) The present invention relates to a nail polishing piece, and more particularly to the structure of a nail polishing piece in which the polishing portion is brought into close sliding contact with the nail surface to easily improve the polishing effect.

(Conventional Example) As shown in FIG.
It is known that an elastic sponge 93 is interposed so that it can be easily brought into close contact with the body. However, in this case, only the top surface of the sponge 93 is glued to the substrate 91, so when the abrasive part 92 is brought into sliding contact with the nail a, the sponge 93 is no longer needed in an undefined direction such as horizontally or diagonally. Because of the elastic deformation and dancing, the abrasive portion 92 could not firmly and slidably contact the nail surface, resulting in a drawback that the abrasive effect was not improved. This tendency is greater at the ends A and B, which have a greater degree of freedom of bending, and not only is the polishing effect not particularly good at the ends A and B, but also because the end surfaces C and D are soft.
It was difficult to crush the sweet skin. In particular, if the sponge 93 is made as thick as possible, it will be easier to cause the polishing part 92 to closely follow the nail a, but if this is done, the sponge 93 will dance more and more and the polishing effect will not be improved.

(Purpose and Overview) The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and the present invention is designed to prevent an elastic body such as a sponge, which is interposed between a hard substrate and a polishing surface, from unnecessarily elastically deforming and dancing. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nail abrasive piece that can prevent this. To this end, in the present invention, an elastic body is interposed approximately at the center between the hard substrate and the polishing section, and the thickness of the elastic body is made thicker at the center. With this configuration, the end of the elastic body is prevented from elastically deforming and dancing, the abrasive part can be brought into close sliding contact with the nail to improve the abrasive effect, and a hard end surface can be ensured. This makes it easy to crush the sweet skin.

The nail polishing piece 23 is mainly composed of a long plate-shaped substrate 35 made of a hard material such as ABS resin and elongated in the reciprocating direction Q, and has an upright wall portion 36 protruding around it that fits into the plate 31. A polishing portion 37 is formed on the lower surface thereof. 40, 40 are mounting ribs that are removably fitted into small holes 41, 41 formed in the side wall of the base portion 22. It consists of a central portion 37a that abuts, and end portions 37b and 37c that are fixed to the hard substrate 35. 49 is an adhesive material. This nail polishing piece 23 has a front-back symmetrical shape, and can also be attached to the base portion 22 with the front and back facing reversed.

In the above configuration, when the main body part 2 is held and the switch button 5 is operated, the power part 7 is driven, and its rotational motion is converted into a reciprocating motion by the drive part 10, which is connected to the drive part 10 via the drive shaft 18. The polished polishing unit 4 reciprocates back and forth.
If the polishing part 37 is then pressed against the claw a, the surface of the claw a is polished. FIGS. 4a and 4b show how nails are being brushed, and the nail polishing is performed by the end portion 37b and the center portion 37a of the polishing part 37, and the nail a is pressed against the center portion 37a. When doing so, the central portion 37a is bent in an arc shape along the nail surface,
Closely spread over the nail surface. In this case, the ends 42a, 42a of the elastic body 42 are fixed in contact with the hard substrate 35, and the ends 42a, 42a of the elastic member 42 are
Since it is relatively thin, it does not unnecessarily elastically deform and dance in an undefined direction unlike the above-mentioned conventional ones, and can be reliably brought into sliding contact with the nail a for polishing. Of course, polishing can also be performed by the end portion 37b fixed to the hard substrate 35, and in this way, the polishing portion 37 is fixed to the central portion 37a and the hard substrate 35 with a soft elastic body 42 interposed therebetween. By configuring the end portions 37b and 37c,
It is possible to increase the polishing effect by varying the sliding force on the nail surface. Furthermore, the hard end surface S makes it more suitable for crushing and processing the liner b existing at the proximal end of the claw a.

FIG. 5 shows a nail polishing piece 50 that is held in the hand and used for manual nail polishing, and shows a hard substrate 5.
The elastic body 53 interposed between the polishing portion 1 and the polishing portion 57 has a rectangular plate shape and has a uniform thickness. The center portion 57a of the polishing portion 57 is in contact with the elastic body 53, and the end portions 57b and 57c are in contact with and fixed to the hard substrate 51, and has the same effect as that of the first embodiment.

The one shown in FIG. 6 also includes a hard substrate 61 and an abrasive part 6.
2, the central part 62a of the polishing part 62 is thin, and the side edges 62b, 62
c is formed thickly, and the elastic body 63 is thick at the center portion 63a and thin at the side edges 63b and 63c. This polishing part 62 also consists of a central part 62a with a soft elastic body interposed therebetween and end parts 62b and 62c fixed to the hard substrate 61, and has the same effect as that of the first embodiment. In addition, the polished part end 62 where the claw a slides frequently and is easily worn.
By making b and 62c thick, they can be used for a long period of time by preventing them from being lost due to sliding abrasion, and furthermore, the edges 62b and 62c of the abrasive part are also given some elasticity to improve their adhesion to nail a. There are advantages that can be improved.

Furthermore, in the one shown in FIG. 7, the elastic body 73
consists of an arcuate central portion 73a and thin side edges 73b, 73c connected thereto, and the side edges of the polished portion 37 are also given some elasticity. Further, in the one shown in FIG. 8, an arc-shaped recessed portion 81a is formed in the center of the lower surface of the hard substrate 81, and a sheet-like polished portion 82 is adhered to this. In this case, the sealed air in the recessed portion 81a of the cavity becomes an elastic body, which has the advantage of eliminating the need for an elastic body such as a sponge. As mentioned above, various design changes are possible for the present invention, and of course, the manual type described in the second embodiment and the following can also be applied to a reciprocating nail polishing machine by configuring an appropriate attachment means. It is possible.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the nail polishing piece according to the present invention has an elastic body 42 interposed approximately at the center between the hard substrate 35 and the polishing part 37, and the thickness of the elastic body 42 is set at the center. Since it is formed thickly at the part, it prevents the elastic body 42, especially the ends 42a, 42a, from unnecessarily elastically deforming and dancing during nail polishing, and allows the polishing part 37 to firmly and tightly slide into contact with the nail surface. This can improve the polishing effect, and can also reliably crush the cuticle.
