こととなり甚だ不経済である。(Background of the invention) A nail polishing piece is generally constructed by forming an abrasive part by applying an abrasive material to the main surface of a substrate, and the polishing part is manually or electrically slid onto the nail surface. Brush your nails by touching them. The edges of such abrasive parts are more likely to be in sliding contact with the claws than the center, and the sliding friction force is also greater, so the edges are more likely to wear than the center. When the nails wear down and the adhesive material or hard substrate inside is exposed, it can stain or damage the nails. In order to prevent this from happening, you must discard the nail polishing piece as soon as possible and use a new nail polishing piece before the polishing part wears out and disappears.
In this case, the nail polishing piece itself is wasted, which is extremely uneconomical.

にしたものである。(Purpose and Overview) The present invention has been developed in consideration of the above points.The present invention prevents the abrasion of the edges of the abrasive part that frequently come into sliding contact with the nail, thereby extending its useful life. The purpose is to provide nail polishing pieces that can be used. For this reason, in the present invention, a nail polishing piece is constructed by forming an abrasive part on the main surface of a substrate, and the thickness of the edge of the abrasive part is made thicker than that of the center part. With this configuration, even if the edge of the abrasive part, which is in frequent sliding contact with the nail and has a large sliding friction force, is considerably worn (that is, the abrasive material falls off),
This prevents the adhesive material and substrate inside from being exposed and damaging or staining the nails, and by doing so, the useful life of the nail polishing piece is extended, allowing it to be used for a long time without being wasted. This is how it was done.

is a positioning rib and is fitted into the tip groove portion 28 of the cover portion 3. The polishing unit 4 is comprised of a base portion 22 attached to the lower part of a fixed substrate 21, and a claw polishing piece 23 detachably attached to the lower portion of the base portion 22. The base portion 22 is mainly composed of an oblong plate 31 made of a hard material. Reference numeral 33 denotes two locking claws protruding from the front and rear of the upper surface of the fixed board 2.
It is engaged with a step-like receiving part 38 formed in two openings 27, 27 opened in 1. Opening 27,2
7 is longer in the front-rear direction than that of the locking pawl 33. Therefore, when the locking pawl 33 is locked in the openings 27, 27, the base portion 22 can slide in the front-back direction, and Its sliding movement is guided by the receiving portion 38. Reference numeral 34 denotes a locking portion protruding from the rear of the plate body 31, and the tip protrusion 19 of the drive shaft 18 is engaged in a recess 34a of the locking portion 34 exposed from the rear opening 27. The main body is an oblong hard substrate 35 made of a hard material such as ABS resin, and its lower main surface is coated with an abrasive material to form a polished portion 37, and its front and rear end surfaces are circular. The curved surface portions 23a, 23a are designed to be able to crush the cornskin. 36 is a vertical wall portion erected on the peripheral edge of the substrate 35;
Reference numeral 9 denotes a locking claw protruding from the vertical wall portion 36, and 40 a protruding portion.

It is removably attached to the base portion 22 by elastically fitting into the recess 42 on the bottom surface. As shown in FIGS. 4a and 4b, the abrasive material is applied so that the thickness of the front edge 37b and rear edge 37c of the abrasive part 37 is tapered and gradually thicker than the center part 37a. . 49 is an adhesive material.

である。 In the above configuration, when the main body part 2 is held and the switch button 5 is operated, the power part 7 is driven, and its rotational motion is converted into a reciprocating motion by the drive part 10, which is connected to the drive part 10 via the drive shaft 18. The polished polishing unit 4 reciprocates back and forth.
If the polishing portion 37 is then pressed against the claw a, the surface of the claw a is polished. The polishing portion 37 has a front edge portion 37b.
Since the front edge 37b is in sliding contact with the pawl a more frequently and more strongly than other parts, the wear is more severe, but since the front edge 37b is formed thick as described above, It is not easily lost even if it is worn out.
Note that the rear edge portion 37c is also made thick because the claw polishing piece 23 is formed in a symmetrical shape with the locking claws 39, 39 and the protrusion 40 as the center. This is because the rear edge portion 37c becomes the front edge portion.

The polishing part 51 is attached to a soft substrate 53 with an elastic material 52 such as a sponge in between. Polishing section 51
The entire peripheral edge portion 51b, which easily comes into sliding contact with the nail surface, is thicker than the central portion 51a, and is designed to be less likely to wear out. In addition, by making the entire peripheral edge 51b of the polishing part 51 thicker and making the peripheral edge 52a of the elastic member 52 thinner than the central part 52b, the peripheral edge 52a of the elastic member 52 can be made thicker during nail polishing. This can prevent unnecessary dancing due to sliding friction and impeding the polishing effect. Of course, as shown in FIG. 6, the peripheral edge portion 61b of the polishing portion may be made thicker by protruding downward from the center portion 61a.

Therefore, the edge 37b, which is in frequent sliding contact with the claw a and has a large sliding friction force, is worn out and lost, and the adhesive 49 and the substrate 35 inside the edge 37b are worn out and lost.
will not be exposed and stain or damage your nails. In addition, by eliminating local wear on the edge 37b, the service life of the nail polishing piece 22 can be extended and it can be used for a long period of time. It can be advantageously applied as a machine claw polishing piece.
