る興味は続いている。代表的タイプのキレートと複合体
そして複合体形成方法は、なかんづく米国特許第4,454,
106号、同第4,472,509号、同第4,339,426号、ヨーロッ
パ特許第0279307号およびドイツ特許第1,155,122号に開
示されている。抗体、モノクローナル抗体およびそれら
の断片、組換えDNA技術により構造的に変えられたモノ
クローナル抗体およびそれらの断片(即ち、キメラ抗
体)、ポリクローナル抗体、抗原、血液タンパク質を含
めた他のタンパク質、または血液リンパ球や他の細胞に
結合したタンパク質もまた複合体の形成に用いることが
できる。
合成方法は、ハロ酢酸でアルキル化することにより二官
能性エチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸(EDTA)キレートに変
えられるモノ置換誘導体を生じさせるための、アミノ酸
アミドのエチレンジアミンへの還元を含む(Yehら,Ana
l.Biochem.100:152(1979))。同様に、モノ置換ジエ
チレンジアミンは、エチレンジアミンとアミノ酸エステ
ルとの反応そして得られたアミドカルボニルの還元によ
り合成される(Brechbielら,Inorg.Chem.25:2772-81

トよりもインビトロでキレートからの金属の放出をより
遅らせるために炭素−1位でモノ置換されたEDTAキレー
トを用いることの実施も報告されている(Mearesら,An
al.Biochem.142:68(1984))。

て、各々のピークは、現段階で標識化したジアステオレ
マーCHX−AまたはCHX−Bの分離した対であった。
