(57)【要約】 【目的】 植込み用の顔料を含まない表面を有し、顔料
粒子によりもたらされる異物反応がない植込み用着色人
造毛を提供すること。 【構成】 植込み用着色人造毛において、人造毛の内部
領域が着色されており、かつその表面には顔料が設けら
れていないことを特徴とする植込み用着色人造毛。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は植込み用着色人造毛に関
するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来植込み用に設けられている、常法に
より染められた合成毛は、その表面が顔料粒子を免れな
いので、異物反応の危険が付随するという欠点があっ
た。分散顔料を用いて外科用縫糸を染色する場合でも、
どの顔料メーカーも異物反応免除を与えることはできな
かった。反対に、顔料を長期間血液と結び付けることの
ないように警告されている。とうのは血液が顔料を洗い
落としてしまうことがあり、その場合には顔料分子が体
内全体に分配されるからである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】したがって本発明の課
題は、植込み用の顔料を含まない表面を有する合成毛を
提供し、それによって顔料粒子によりもたらされる異物
反応があり得ないようにすることである。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】この課題は本発明によれ
ば、内側領域が着色され、その表面にはもはや顔料を有
しない、植込み用の着色人造毛によって解決される。本
発明方法によれば、人造毛は染毛剤を圧入して着色さ
れ、次に還元あるいは酸化処理される。毛髪内にメラニ
ンが定着し、外側のキューティクルのガラスのように透
明なケラチン層を通して見える天然毛髪の場合と同様
に、本発明による着色された人造毛はガラスのように透
明な表面を有し、カラー粒子は内部領域内に埋め込まれ
ている。
【０００５】本発明による着色人造毛の構造を得るため
に、顔料は毛髪内に圧入される。深部の着色は、着色時
間がプラスチックの通常の着色時間の数倍を越えること
によって達成される。好ましくは少なくとも１５０分の
着色時間が用いられ、それによって顔料粒子が表面から
人繊維の内部領域へ移動する。プラスチック繊維内への
顔料の圧入は、好ましくは４ゲージ圧を越える圧力で行
われる。このようにして目指す繊維の深部着色が保証さ
れる。又、それぞれの色に応じて２〜５ゲージ圧で行っ
てもよい。毛髪着色剤の圧入後に人造毛髪の表面は還元
的あるいは酸化的処理によって浄化される。その後顔料
はもはや繊維の表面には存在しなくなる。
【０００６】本発明により着色される人造毛用のプラス
チック繊維としては、任意のプラスチック繊維を使用す
ることができる。特に、アルカリ起毛を有するポリエス
テル繊維並びにポリエステルとポリエチレンの混合物か
らなる繊維が効果的であることが明らかにされている。
その場合に基体混合も別々の繊維混合も適している。さ
らにポリエステルの他に、たとえばポリエチレン、ポリ
アクリル化合物、ＰＶＣあるいはポリアミド並びにその
コポリマーあるいはこれらの化合物の混合物も本発明に
よる着色された人造毛の製造に使用することができる。
人造毛の染色は通常の染毛剤、特に分散顔料を用いて行
われる。繊維の表面を浄化する後処理は、還元剤あるい
は酸化剤を用いて実施される。使用可能な多数の還元剤
のうちでナトリウムハイドロサルファイトあるいはナト
リウムビサルファイトが特に好ましいことが明らかにさ
れている。酸化的な後処理は通常の酸化剤を用いて行う
ことができ、その場合にナトリウム過マンガン酸塩が特
に適していることが明らかにされている。
【０００７】表面に顔料を持たない、本発明による着色
された人造毛は、合併症を引き起こすことなく人間の頭
皮に植え込むために使用することができる。しかし着色
された人造毛を人間の頭皮に埋め込むために使用する場
合には、毛髪を皮膚の穿刺深さに封じ込めることが好ま
しいことが明らかにされている。そのために弾性的なフ
ィルムが取り付けられ、それによって皮膚と毛髪のより
よい接続が保証され、かつこのようにして微生物の進入
が阻止される。人造毛だけに付着し、周囲の組織には付
着しないフィルムが使用される。このフィルムは生体適
合性でありかつ生分解性である。この保護フィルムによ
って抗生物質を使用する必要がなくなる。本発明を以下
の実施例を用いて説明する。
【０００８】実施例１ ポリエステル繊維を、３ｇ／ｌのレオミン（Ｌｅｏｍｉ
ｎ）ＯＲ（分散剤）を添加した分散顔料を使用し、酢酸
を用いてｐＨ値を５〜６に調節し、４ゲージ圧、顔料温
度１３０℃、着色時間１５０分および１：４から１：５
までの染液比で着色した。それに続いて４ｃｍ３／ｌの
３０％カ性ソーダ溶液、３ｇ／ｌのナトリウムハイドロ
サルファイト、３ｇ／ｌのレオミンＯＲを用いて７５〜
８０℃で３０分間、還元的な後処理を行った。このよう
にして得られた着色された人造毛は顔料のない表面を有
し、人間の頭皮への埋め込み後は望ましくない異物反応
を生じない。
【０００９】実施例２ ポリエチレンを、３０ｇ／ｌのフィニッシュＶＰ１４７
４Ｅ（シリコンベースの製品）、１０ｇ／ｌの触媒ＷＫ
（フィニッシュＶＰ１４７４Ｅ用）、２５ｇ／ｌのイン
ペロンバインダＣＦ（アクリルベースの製品）および５
ｇ／ｌの触媒ＣＲ（インペロンバインダＣＦ用）を添加
した分散顔料を用いて１：４の染液比で、１４０℃の温
度で染色した。パッティング染めは５ゲージ圧で行い、
その後乾燥されて熱定着した。その後カリウム過マンガ
ン酸塩を用いて酸化的な後処理を行った。深部着色によ
って着色されたポリエチレン繊維は、その表面に顔料粒
子を持たない。この人造毛は人間の頭皮に植え込まれ、
弾性的なフィルムを用いて皮膚穿刺深さに封入される。
移植組織は完璧に馴染み、どんな合併症ももたらさなか
った。

  1. 【請求項１】 植込み用着色人造毛において、人造毛の
    内部領域が着色されており、かつその表面には顔料が設
    けられていないことを特徴とする植込み用着色人造毛。
  2. 【請求項２】 人造毛がポリエステルあるいはポリエス
    テルとポリエチレンの混合物から形成されることを特徴
    とする請求項１に記載の着色人造毛。
  3. 【請求項３】 請求項１あるいは２に記載の植込み用着
    色人造毛を製造する方法において、 人造毛が染毛剤を
    圧入して着色され、次に還元的あるいは酸化的に処理さ
    れることを特徴とする着色人造毛を製造する方法。
  4. 【請求項４】 ４ゲージ圧を越える染色圧が使用される
    ことを特徴とする請求項３に記載の方法。
  5. 【請求項５】 深部着色を得るために、プラスチックの
    通常の染色時間の数倍を越える染色時間が使用されるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項３あるいは４に記載の方法。
  6. 【請求項６】 少なくとも１５０分の着色時間が使用さ
    れることを特徴とする請求項５に記載の方法。
  7. 【請求項７】 人間の頭皮への植込むための、請求項１
    あるいは２に記載の着色人造毛の使用。
  8. 【請求項８】 請求項１から６までに記載の着色された
    人造毛が弾性的あるいは非弾性的なフィルムによって皮
    膚穿刺深さに封入されることを特徴とする請求項７に記
    載の使用。
