Claims (20)
- 1.フィラー材料、及び該フィラー材料の少なくとも一部を埋封ずる窒化アルミ ニウムマトリックスを含んでなる溶融流体を制御するための耐火性セラミック複 合材料。
- 2.該窒化アルミニウムマトリックスが窒化アルミニウム酸化反応生成物を含む 請求の範囲第1項に記載のセラミック複合材料。
- 3.該フィラーがセラミック材料を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のセラミック複 合材料。
- 4.該セラミックフィラー材料がアルミナ、窒化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウ ム、ニホウ化チタンからなる群より選択された少なくとも1種の物質を含む請求 の範囲第3項に記載のセラミック複合材料。
- 5.該フィラーが酸化物、窒化物、ホウ化物、炭化物からなる群より選択された 少なくとも1種の物質を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のセラミック複合材料。
- 6.フィラー材料、及び該フィラー材料の少なくとも一部を埋封ずる窒化アルミ ニウムマトリックスを含んでなる溶融金属に適用するためのスライドゲート耐火 性材料。
- 7.該窒化アルミニウムマトリックスが窒化アルミニウム酸化反応生成物を含む 請求の範囲第6項に記載の耐火性材料。
- 8.該フィラーが酸化物、窒化物、ホウ化物、炭化物からなる群より選択された 少なくとも1種の物質を含む請求の範囲第6項に記載の耐火性材料。
- 9.該セラミックフィラー材料がアルミナ、窒化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウ ム、ニホウ化チタンからなる群より選択された少なくとも1種の物質を含む請求 の範囲第6項に記載の耐火性材料。
- 10.該少なくとも1種の溶融流体が連続的方法で生成された少なくとも1種の 溶融金属を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の耐火性セラミック複合材料。
- 11.該溶融金属が鋼、アルミニウム、青銅、銅、鉄からなる群より選択された 少なくとも1種の金属を含む請求の範囲第10項に記載のセラミック複合材料。
- 12.該材料がガラスの連続的製造における耐火性材料として使用される請求の 範囲第1項に記載のセラミック複合材料。
- 13.酸化マグネシウムのフィラー材料、及び該フィラーの少なくとも一部を埋 封ずる窒化アルミニウムマトリックスを含んでなる溶融鋼の製造におけるスライ ドゲートとして使用するための耐火性材料。
- 14.該窒化アルミニウムマトリックスが窒化アルミニウム酸化反応生成物を含 む請求の範囲第13項に記載の耐火性材料。
- 15.該酸化マグネシウムが実質的に粗く製粒された粒子を含む請求の範囲第1 4項に記載の耐火性材料。
- 16.炉のライニング用として製造された請求の範囲第1項に記載の耐火性セラ ミック複合材料。
- 17.該ライニングが該炉のスロート領域又は出口領域に配置された請求の範囲 第16項に記載の耐火性セラミック複合材料。
- 18.サブエントリィノズルとして製造された請求の範囲第1項に記載の耐火性 セラミック複合材料。
- 19.トリベ囲いとして製造された請求の範囲第1項に記載の耐火性セラミック 複合材料。
