Claims (15)
- 1.一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、Bは複素環式塩基であるアデニン、グアニン、ヒポキサンチン、7−デ アザーアデニン、7−デアザーグアニン、7−デアザーヒポキサンチン、7−デ アザ−8−アザーアデニン、7−デアザ−8−アザーグアニン、7−デアザ−8 −アザーヒポキサンチン、ならびにチミン、シトシンおよびウラシルを示し、 Xはn=4〜20原子の結合基を表し、Sigは650〜800nmの励起波長 をもつ蛍光分子を表し、R1およびR2は、それぞれHおよび/またはOHを表 す。)で表されるヌクレオシド−5′−三リン酸。
- 2.Bは上述したとおりであり、Xは好ましくはn=10〜15原子の結合基を 表し、Sigは一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、R1およびR2は、Hまたは共にフェニル残基を表し、R3は、ヌクレ オチドとの結合がR4部位を介する場合はHであり、結合がR3部位を介する場 合は−NHCS−であり、R4およびR5は、それぞれn=3〜5のアルキルス ルホニルを示し、または、結合がR4部位を介する場合はR4はn=3〜8の− NHCS−、R5は、n=3〜5のアルキルスルホニルを示す。)で示されるカ ルボシアニンを表す、請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 3.DNAポリメラーゼの基質としての請求項1または2に記載の化合物および それらの使用。
- 4.RNAポリメラーゼの基質としての請求項1または2に記載の化合物および それらの使用。
- 5.核酸を標識するための請求項1または2に記載の化合物の使用。
- 6.核酸を検出するための請求項1または2に記載の化合物の使用。
- 7.DNA配列決定における請求項1または2に記載の化合物の使用。
- 8.insituハイブリッド形成において使用される請求項1または2に記載 の化合物の使用。
- 9.ハイブリッド形成を膜上で行う、請求項8に記載の化合物の使用。
- 10.ハイブリッド形成を溶液中で行う、請求項8に記載の化合物の使用。
- 11.ハイブリッド形成をマイクロタイタープレート内の溶液中で行う、請求項 10に記載の化合物の使用。
- 12.標識されたハイブリッドが適切なレーザーダイオードおよび検出器により 検出される、請求項6に記載の化合物の使用。
- 13.一般式: ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、R1およびR2はHまたは共にフェニル残基を表し、R3およびR4は それぞれn=3〜5のアルキルスルホニルを示し、 R5はメトキシまたは2−シアノエトキシを示し、R′およびR′′はそれぞれ エチルまたはイソプロピルを示し、Xは1〜10を示す。 ) で表される化合物。
- 14.ホスホルアミダイト法によるオリゴヌクレオチド合成に使用する、請求項 13に記載の化合物の使用。
- 15.オリゴヌクレオチドの5′−標識のための請求項14に記載の化合物の使 用。
