Description
Claims (14)
- 1.(a)樹脂およひ担体を含有するプラスチゾルおよひ殺生物剤を混合して、 前記プラスチゾルおよび前記殺生物剤の混合物を提供し、(b)プラスチゾルお よび殺生物剤の前記混合物を、約30℃〜約100℃の高温に加熱して、均一な 貯蔵安定性の分散体を提供し、かつ前記分散体は、前記分散体の重量に基づいて 、約1〜約30重量%の量の前記殺生物剤を含有しており、前記樹脂は、前記分 散体の重量に基づいて、約5〜約75重量%の量において存在しており、ただし 、前記分散体中の前記樹脂の重量%が約30%〜約75%であるときは、前記高 温は30℃〜45℃であり、更にまた前記分散体中の前記樹脂の重量%が約5% 〜約29%であるときは、前記高温は46℃〜100℃であり、そして(c)前 記分散体を、約−20℃〜約40℃の温度に冷却して、約2,000〜約30, 000センチポイズの粘度を有する貯蔵安定性の混合物を提供する、 諸工程を特徴とする、殺生物剤の貯蔵安定性の分散体を製造する方法。
- 2.前記殺生物剤が、ナトリウムピリチオン、亜鉛ピリチオン、チトサンピリチ オン、およびそれらの組み合わせ物から成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。
- 3.前記殺生物剤が、分散体の全量量に基づいて、約1〜約30重量%の量にお いて使用される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 4.プラスチゾル用の担体が、フタル酸ジメチル、フタル酸ジブチル、フタル酸 ブチルオクチル、フタル酸ジイソヘキシル、フタル酸へブチルノニル、フタル酸 へブチルノニルウンデシル、フタル酸ジイソオクチル、ジアルキル(C7−C1 1)、(C6−C10)および(C3−C10)混合線状フタレート、フタル酸 ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)、フタル酸ジイソデシル、フタル酸ジウンデシル、 フタル酸ジトリデシル、フタル酸ブチルシクロヘキシル、フタル酸ブチルベンジ ル、フタル酸7−(2,6,6,8−テトラメチル−4−オキサ−3−オキソー ノニル)ベンジル、フタル酸ビス(2−ブトキシエチル)、およびフタル酸ジシ クロヘキシル、エポキシ化大豆油、およびそれらの組み合わせ物、から成る群か ら選はれる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 5.前記担体が、分散体の全重量に基ついて約20〜約95重量%の量において 使用される、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 6.前記プラスチゾルが塩化ポリビニルである、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。
- 7.(a)可塑剤中の固体殺生物剤の分散体および(b)フタル酸誘導体および エポキシ化した大豆油から成る群から選ばれた担体を含有するプラスチゾルの混 合物を、約30℃〜約100℃の高温に加熱して、冷却によって安定な分散体を 生成するのに充分に増加した粘度を特徴とする混合物を提供する工程を特徴とす る、固体殺生物剤の貯蔵安定性の分散体の製造方法。
- 8.前記殺生物剤が、ナトリウムピリチオン、亜鉛ピリチオン、チトサンピリチ オン、およびそれらの組み合わせ物から成る群から選ばれる、請求の範囲第7項 に記載の方法。
- 9.前記殺生物剤が、分散体の全重量に基づいて、約1〜約30重量%の量にお いて使用される、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。
- 10.プラスチゾル用の担体が、フタル酸ジメチル、フタル酸ジブチル、フタル 酸ブチルオクチル、フタル酸ジイソヘキシル、フタル酸へブチルノニル、フタル 酸へブチルノニルウンデシル、フタル酸ジイソオクチル、ジアルキル(C7−C 11)、(C■−C10)および(C■−C10)混合線状フタレート、フタル 酸ビス(2−エチルヘキシル)、フタル酸ジイソデシル、フタル酸ジウンデシル 、フタル酸ジトリデシル、フタル酸ブチルシクロヘキシル、フタル酸ブチルベン ジル、フタル酸7−(2,6,6,8−テトラメチル−4−オキサ−3−オキソ ーノニル)ベンジル、フタル酸ビス(2−ブトキシエチル)、およびフタル酸ジ シクロヘキシル、エポキシ化大豆油、およびそれらの組み合わせ物、から成る群 から選ばれる、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。
- 11.前記担体が、分散体の全重量に基づいて約20〜約95重量%の量におい て使用される、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。
- 12.前記プラスチゾルが塩化ポリビニルである、請求の範囲第7項に記載の方 法。
- 13.請求の範囲第1項の方法によって製造されることを特徴とする、貯蔵安定 性組成物。
- 14.請求の範囲第7項の方法によって製造されることを特徴とする、貯蔵安定 性組成物。
