Description
Claims (9)
- 1.陰極および陽極である少なくとも1対の電極を含む槽ハウジング、電流コレ クタおよびイオン交換膜を含む加圧電解槽において、一面で電流コレクタと実質 的に共平面でこれに接触し、他面で電極と共平面でこれに接触する電気伝導性の 水浸透性の弾力あるマットレスを含み、このマットレスが織った及び捲縮した金 属繊維の少なくとも6つの非整列の層を含み、そして式RP=107×NS×C H (RPはmm2/kPa単位の弾性乗積(resiliencyproduct )を表し、NSはマットレスのマットレス高さ対圧縮荷重曲線の負の傾斜を表し 、そしてCHはマットレスが圧縮される範囲のmmで表した圧縮高さである)に より100mm2/kPaより大きい弾性乗積をもつことを特徴とする改良され た電解槽。
- 2.該マットレスがニッケル、鉄、コバルト、モリブデン、鉛、およびそれらの 合金からなる群からえらばれた金属の繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の電 解槽。
- 3.該マットレスの層が交互の捲縮模様をもつことを特徴とする請求項1の電解 槽。
- 4.該マットレスのうちの2つの層が矢筈模様を形成するように組立てられるこ とを特徴とする請求項5の電解槽。
- 5.該マットレスの圧縮した高さが約1.5〜5.5mmであり、そして電極の 間隔が約3.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1の電解槽。
- 6.電極の間隔が約6mmであり、そして該マットレスの圧縮高さが約3〜9m mであることを特徴とする請求項1の電解槽。
- 7.該マットレスが6〜12層を含むことを特徴とする請求項1の電解槽。
- 8.該マットレスの層が約1〜3個の捲縮/cmを含むことを特徴とする請求項 1の電解槽。
- 9.該層の厚さの金属繊維が直径0.10〜2.03mmであることを特徴とす る請求項1の電解槽。
