Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1(a)歴青炭または歴青炭様物質を、酸化剤の存在で700℃以下の温度で炭 化し、(b)該歴青炭または歴青炭様物質を該炭化中または炭化後700℃以下 の温度で酸化し、(c)該炭化及び酸化した歴青炭または歴青炭様物質を窒素含 有化合物と接触させ、該接触中温度を700℃以上にあげて炭素質チャーを得る ことからなる、炭素質チャーの製法。 2当該炭素質チャーを、H2O、CO2、O2の一つまたはその組合せを使用し て、700℃以上の温度で活性化する工程1(d)を含む請求の範囲1の方法。 3当該工程(b)を電気化学的に遂行する請求の範囲1の方法。 4当該窒素含有化合物が、アンモニア、尿素、メラミン、またはそれらのいずれ かの誘導体から選ばれる請求の範囲1の方法。 5当該工程(c)と(d)を同時に実施する請求の範囲2の方法。 6工程(c)を(d)の前に実施する請求の範囲2の方法。 7炭素質チャーを、実質上酸素を含まないまたは不活性雰囲気下で400℃末満 の温度に冷却する請求の範囲1の方法。 8活性化した炭素質チャーを、実質上酸素を含まないまたは不活性雰囲気下で4 00℃未満の温度に冷却する請求の範囲2の方法。 9当該炭素質チャーを200℃未満の温度に冷却する請求の範囲7の方法。 10請求の範囲1の方法により製造される炭素質チャー。 11チャーが粒状、ペレット、成形品、または粉末状の一つである、請求の範囲 1の方法により製造される炭素質チャー。 12当該活性化炭素質チャーを200℃未満の温度に冷却する請求の範囲8の方 法。 13請求の範囲2の方法により製造される炭素質チャー。 14当該チャーが粒状、ペレット、成形品または粉末状の一つである請求の範囲 2の方法により製造される炭素質チャー。
