Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.水晶体嚢の少なくとも光学的部分における後部表面を、細胞付着および増殖 を防止するために、化学的に変性することを特徴とする、眼内レンズ後房移植を 伴うまたは伴わない白内障嚢外摘出方法。
- 2.細胞付着防止化合物を水晶体嚢の後部表面上に沈着させる請求項1記載の方 法。
- 3.沈着物が嚢組織に共有結合的に結合される請求項2記載の方法。
- 4.沈着物が嚢組織と入り組んだネットワークを形成する請求項2記載の方法。
- 5.沈着物がポリエチレングリコール、多糖類、ポリエチレンポリプロピレング リコールおよびポリビニルアルコールおよびこれらの誘導体より成る群より選択 されるポリマーである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 6.ポリマーがポリエチレングリコールまたはその誘導体である請求項5記載の 方法。
- 7.ポリマーが重合可能な誘導体であるか、または組織表面上の官能基、例えば カルボキシル基、ヒドロキシル基、アミノ基およびチオールなどと反応して沈着 物を形成し得る反応性基を含有する請求項5または6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 8.反応性基がアルデヒド、アンハイドライド、活性化エステル、スルホネート 、アジド、チオール、エポキシド、イソシアネート、ハロゲナイド、アクリル基 およびビニル基より選択される請求項7記載の方法。
- 9.ポリマーが(イソブチル−オキシーホルミル)ポリエチレングリコール;ポ リエチレングリコールの5−フェニルイソオキサオゾリウム−3′−スルホネー ト誘導体;ポリエチレングリコールのアジド誘導体;ポリエチレンゲリコールジ スクシンイミジルプロピオネート;ポリエチレングリコールジアクリレート;ポ リエチレングリコールジカルボン酸クロライドとポリオキシプロピレンアミンと の縮重合体;ポリビニルアルコールのアジド誘導体;ポリビニルアルコールチタ ニウム複合体;エポキシ活性化デキストラン;およびプロピレンオキサイドとエ チレンオキサイドとのアクリル化共重合体より成る群より選択される請求項5記 載の方法。
- 10.ネットワークがモノマーまたはマクロマー物質を嚢組織中に拡散させ、次 いで該物質を系内で重合させることにより形成される請求項4記載の方法。
- 11.白内障嚢外摘出後の細胞付着および増殖を防ぐために水晶体嚢の後部表面 を被覆するための医薬を調製するための有効量の化学物質の使用。
- 12.物質がポリエチレングリコール、多糖類、ポリエチレンポリプロピレング リコールおよびポリビニルアルコールまたはこれらの誘導体より選択される請求 項11記載の使用。
- 13.物質が重合可能なモノマーであるか、またはアルデヒド、アンハイドライ ド、活性化エステル、スルホネート、アジド、チオール、エポキシド、イソシア ネート、ハロゲナイド、アクリル基およびビニル基を含有する誘導体である請求 項12記載の使用。
- 14.物質がポリエチレングリコールまたはその誘導体である請求項13,記載 の使用。
- 15.有効量の生理学的に許容し得る細胞付着・細胞増殖防止物質と担体とより 成る、眼の水晶体嚢の後部表面を被覆するための、眼内使用に適合した組成物。
- 16.物質がポリエチレングリコール、多糖類、ポリエチレンポリプロピレング リコールおよびポリビニルアルコールおよびこれらの誘導体または重合可能なモ ノマーより選択される請求項15記載の組成物。
- 17.物質がアルデヒド、アンハイドライド、活性化エステル、スルホネート、 アジド、チオール、エポキシド、イソシアネート、ハロゲナイド、アクリルおよ び/またはビニル基を含有する請求項16記載の組成物。
- 18.有効量の生理学的に許容し得る細胞付着・細胞増殖防止物質と担体とより 成る、眼科的に適合させた組成物を含有する眼内注射用シリンジより成る、水晶 体嚢の後部表面を被覆するための投薬デバイス。
- 19.細胞付着・細胞増殖防止物質がポリエチレングリコール、多糖類、ポリエ チレンポリプロピレングリコールおよびポリビニルアルコールおよびこれらの誘 導体または重合可能なモノマーより選択される請求項18記載の投薬デバイス。
- 20.細胞付着・細胞増殖防止物質がアルデヒド、アンハイドライド、活性化エ ステル、スルホネート、アジド、チオール、エポキシド、イソシアネート、ハロ ゲナイド、アクリルおよび/またはビニル基を含有する請求項18または19記 載の投薬デバイス。
