Description
Claims (16)
- 1.壁に対して横断方向に伸びる長さ方向と、この壁に対して平行に伸びる厚さ 方向とを有する複数の連続ハニカムセルを画定する複数の連続壁を含み、前記連 続壁が、 低熱伝導率を有する複数の非金属繊維と;高熱伝導率を有する複数の非金属繊維 と;前記低熱伝導性繊維と前記高熱伝導性繊維とに含浸させて、熱伝導性のハニ カム構造体を形成するための樹脂マトリックスとを含む、高熱伝導率非金属ハニ カム構造体。
- 2.前記複数の高熱伝導率繊維が実質的に前記長さ方向に伸びる、請求項1記載 の熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 3.前記複数の高熱伝導率繊維が実質的に前記厚さ方向に伸びる、請求項1記載 の熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 4.前記複数の高熱伝導率繊維が前記長さ方向に対して+又は−30°〜60° の角度をなして伸びる、請求項1記載の熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 5.前記高熱伝導率繊維が本質的にピッチベース炭素から成る、請求項1記載の 熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 6.前記低熱伝導率繊維がポリアクリロニトリルベース炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、 ポリアラミド繊維及びセラミック繊維から成る群から選択される、請求項1記載 の熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 7.前記低熱伝導率繊維が本質的にポリアクリロニトリルベース炭素から成る、 請求項5記載の熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 8.前記ハニカムが約1〜90重量%の前記ピッチベース繊維を含む、請求項7 記載の熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 9.壁に対して横断方向に伸びる長さ方向と、この壁に対して平行に伸びる厚さ 方向とを有する複数の連続ハニカムセルを画定する複数の連続壁を含み、前記セ ル壁が樹脂マトリックス中で含浸させた複数の低熱伝導率非金属繊維を含む非金 属ハニカム構造体において、前記樹脂マトリックス中に複数の高熱伝導率非金属 繊維を混入することによって、ハニカム構造体に大きい熱伝導率を与える改良を 施した、前記ハニカム構造体。
- 10.前記複数の高熱伝導率繊維が実質的に前記長さ方向に伸びる、請求項9記 載の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 11.前記複数の高熱伝導率繊維が実質的に前記厚さ方向に伸びる、請求項9記 載の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 12.前記複数の高熱伝導率繊維が前記長さ方向に対して+又は−45°の角度 をなして伸びる、請求項9記載の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 13.前記高熱伝導率繊維が本質的にピッチベース炭素からなる、請求項9記載 の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 14.前記低熱伝導率繊維がポリアクリロニトリルベース炭素繊維、ガラス繊維 、ポリアラミド繊維及びセラミック繊維から成る群から選択される、請求項9記 載の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 15.前記低熱伝導率繊維が本質的にポリアクリロニトリルベース炭素からなる 、請求項13記載の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
- 16.前記ハニカムが約1〜90重量%の前記ピッチベース繊維を含む、請求項 15記載の改良熱伝導性ハニカム構造体。
