Abstract
Description
Claims (43)
- 1.水素化処理された、硫黄化合物を含むナフサ原料から硫黄を除去する方法に おいて、 担体上の硫黄捕集金属を含有する第一固体硫黄吸収剤と上記ナフサ原料とを接触 させ、第一流出物を生成させ、 VIII族金属を包含する硫黄転化触媒と前記第一流出物を水素の存在下に接触 させ、第二流出物を生成させ、そしてIAまたはIIA族金属を包含する第二固 体硫黄吸収剤と前記第二流出物とを接触させ、原料の硫黄含有量を10ppb未 満まで低下させることを特徴とする方法。
- 2.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、無機酸化物を包含する担体上のニッケルを含む 請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナと結合された非晶質シリカ上の約55 重量%ニッケルを包含するものである請求項1記載の方法。
- 4.第一流出物と接触させる前記硫黄転化触媒が、VIII族金属として白金を 包含する請求項1記載の方法。
- 5.前記硫黄転化触媒が、アルミナ上の白金を包含する請求項4記載の方法。
- 6.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、カリウムを包含する請求項1記載の方法。
- 7.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、担体に窒素を含有しないカリウム化合物を含浸 させることによって製造される請求項6記載の方法。
- 8.担体に含浸させるのに炭酸カリウムが、用いられる請求項7記載の方法。
- 9.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナ上のカリウムを包含する請求項6記載 の方法。
- 10.窒素を含有しないカリウム化合物で含浸される担体がアルミナ含有物質で ある請求項7記載の方法。
- 11.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤との接触後に得られた10ppb未溝の硫黄を含 有する原料を、アルミナ上のカリウムを含む別の固体硫黄吸収剤と接触させ、そ の接触が、前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤との接触工程で用いられる温度より高い温度 で行われる請求項1記載の方法。
- 12.前記ナフサ原料と接触させる前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、無機酸化物担体 上のニッケルを含有し、前記第一流出物と接触させる前記硫黄転化触媒がアルミ ナ上の白金を含有し、そして前記第二流出物と接触させる前記第二固体硫黄吸収 剤がアルミナ上のカリウムを含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 13.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナと結合された非晶質シリカ上の約5 5重量%ニッケルを含有するものである請求項12記載の方法。
- 14.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナに窒素を含有しないカリウム化合物 を含浸させることによって製造される請求項12記載の方法。
- 15.前記原料の硫黄含有量を約1ppb未満にまで低下させる請求項1記載の 方法。
- 16.前記原料の硫黄含有量を約1ppb未満にまで低下させる請求項12記載 の方法。
- 17.前記原料の硫黄含有量が端接触工程の前後両方で分析される請求項1記載 の方法。
- 18.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤との接触が、LHSV約0.2〜20の条件で、 約100〜約200℃の範囲で、圧力は200psig未満で行われ、前記硫黄 転化触媒との接触が、LHSV約1〜20の条件で、1:1〜10:1の範囲の 水素:炭化水素のモル比で、約250〜約450℃の範囲の温度で、そして圧力 は約15〜約500psigの範囲で行われ、それから、前記第二固体硫黄吸収 剤との接触が、LHSV約1〜20の条件で、圧力は約15〜約500psig の範囲で、そして温度は約250へ約450℃の範囲で行われる請求項1記載の 方法。
- 19.請求項12の方法において、 前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤との接触が、LHSV約1〜5の条件で、圧力は約10 0〜200psjgの範囲で、そして温度は約115〜約175℃の範囲で行わ れ、 前記硫黄転化触媒との接触が、LHSV約2〜10の条件で、2:1〜6:1の 範囲の水素:炭化水素のモル比で、約250〜約425℃の範囲の温度で、そし て圧力は約50〜300psigの範囲で行われ、それから、前記第二固体硫黄 吸収剤との接触が、LHSV約2〜10の条件で、圧力は約50〜約300ps igの範囲で、そして温度は約250〜約425℃の範囲で行われる方法。
- 20.ナフサ原料の水素化処理を包含するナフサ原料の改質法において、担体上 の金属を含有する第一固体硫黄吸収剤と上記水素化処理されたナフサ原料とを接 触させ、第一流出物を生成させ、水素の存在下にVIII族金属を包含する硫黄 転化触媒と前記第一流出物とを接触させ、第二流出物を生成させ、そしてIAま たはIIA族金属を包含する第二固体硫黄吸収剤と前記第二流出物とを接触させ 、原料の硫黄含有量を5ppb未満まで低下させ、そして次に得られた原料を改 質運転へ回すことを特徴とするナフサ原料の改質法。
- 21.前記改質運転が、改質触媒を含む一以上の反応器で行われる請求項20記 載の方法。
- 22.前記改質運転が、ベンゼン生成を向上させる条件下で行われる請求項20 記載の方法。
- 23.前記方法が、芳香族含有製品流を回収することを更に包含する請求項20 記載の方法。
- 24.前記方法が、ベンゼンに富む製品流を回収することを更に包含する請求項 22記載の方法。
- 25.前記原料を改質運転に回す前に、前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤との接触工程で 用いられる温度より高い温度で、アルミナ上のカリウムを含む固体硫黄吸収剤と 前記原料を先ず接触させる請求項20記載の方法。
- 26.各反応器に入れる前に、前記第二流出物との接触工程で用いられる温度よ り高い温度で、アルミナ上のカリウムを含む固体硫黄吸収剤と前記原料を接触さ せる請求項21記載の方法。
- 27.前記固体硫黄吸収剤との接触が、約480〜約570℃の温度で行われる 請求項25記載の方法。
- 28.前記原料の硫黄含有量が、各接触工程の前後両方で分析される請求項20 記載の方法。
- 29.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、無機酸化物からなる担体のニッケルを含むも のである請求項20記載の方法。
- 30.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナと結合された非晶質シリカ上の約5 5重量%ニッケルを含むものである請求項29記載の方法。
- 31.前記転化触媒が、VIII族金属として白金を含む請求項20記載の方法 。
- 32.前記転化触媒が、アルミナ上の白金を含む請求項20記載の方法。
- 33.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、カリウムを含む請求項20記載の方法。
- 34.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、担体に窒素を含有しないカリウム化合物を含 浸することによって製造される請求項33記載の方法。
- 35.担体を含浸するのに炭酸カリウムが使われる請求項34記載の方法。
- 36.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナ土のカリウムを含む請求項34記載 の方法。
- 37.前記含浸される担体が、アルミナである請求項35記載の方法。
- 38.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、無機酸化物担体上のニッケルを含み、前記転 化触媒がアルミナ上の白金を含み、そして前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤がアルミナ上 のカリウムを含む請求項20記載の方法。
- 39.前記第一固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナと結合された非晶質シリカ上の約5 5重量%ニッケルを食むものである請求項38記載の方法。
- 40.前記第二固体硫黄吸収剤が、アルミナに窒素を含有しないカリウム化合物 を含侵することによって製造される請求項38記載の方法。
- 41.5ppb以下の硫黄濃度を有する炭化水素原料を、少なくとも一つのVI II族金属を含有する大細孔ゼオライトを含む触媒上で改質し、芳香族および水 素を生成させる炭化水素転化法。
- 42.前記改質が、ベンゼン生成を向上させる条件で行われる請求項41記載の 方法。
- 43.前記炭化水素原料の硫黄濃度が、約1ppb未満である請求項41記載の 方法。
