Claims (10)
- 1.少なくとも1つの表面上に機械読み取り可能マーキングが備わっている物品 において、上記マーキングが、A)パーフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール)とテ トラフルオロエチレンとのジポリマー類、 B)パーフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)と、(a)テト ラフルオロエチレン、 (b)クロロトリフルオロエチレン、 (c)フッ化ビニリデン、 (d)ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、 (e)トリフルオロエチレン、 (f)式CF2=CFORr[式中、Rrは1−3個の炭素原子を有するノルマ ルパーフルオロアルキル基である]で表されるパーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエ ーテル)類、 (g)式CF2=CFOQZ[式中、Qは0−5個のエーテル酸素原子を含んで いる完全フッ素置換アルキレン基であり、ここで、Q内のCとO原子の合計は2 から10であり、そしてZは−COOR、−SO2F、−CN、−COFおよび −OCH3から成る群から選択される基であり、ここで、RはC1−C4アルキ ルである]で表されるフルオロビニルエーテル類、 (h)フッ化ビニル、および (i)(パーフルオロアルキル)エチレンであるR1CH=CH2[ここで、R 1はC1−C8のノルマルパーフルオロアルキル基である]、から成る群から選 択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーとの共重合体、および C)繰り返し単位が5−9員の脂肪族環を含んでおり、これらの環員の少なくと も2つは独立してフッ素原子またはパーフルオロメチル基のどちらかで置換され ている炭素原子であり、そしてこれらの環員が酸素原子であるのは多くて2つで あり、そしてここで、これらの繰り返し単位の残りの部分は存在している場合パ ーフルオロメチレン基であるところの、環状脂肪族ホモポリマー類、 から選択される少なくとも1種の非晶質フルオロポリマーのコーティング物によ って保護されている物品。
- 2.該フルオロポリマーが、 (a)パーフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)のホモポリマ ー類およびパーフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)とテトラ フルオロエチレンとの共重合体、(b)パーフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール) のホモポリマー類およびパーフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール)とテトラフルオ ロエチレンとの共重合体、および (c)パーフルオロ(ビニル3−ブテニルエーテル)のホモポリマー、から成る 群から選択され、ここで、上記ホモポリマー類が下記の式▲数式、化学式、表等 があります▼ で表される繰り返し単位を有している請求の範囲1の物品。
- 3.取り外し可能金属製タグである請求の範囲1の物品。
- 4.アルミニウム製タグである請求の範囲3の物品。
- 5.物品表面上の機械読み取り可能マーキングを保護する方法において、 A)パーフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール)とテトラフルオロエチレンとの共重 合体、 B)パーフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)と、(a)テト ラフルオロエチレン、 (b)クロロトリフルオロエチレン、 (c)フッ化ビニリデン、 (d)ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、 (e)トリフルオロエチレン、 (f)式CF2=CFORr[式中、Rrは1−3個の炭素原子を有するノルマ ルパーフルオロアルキル基である]で表されるパーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエ ーテル)類、 (g)式CF2=CFOQZ[式中、Qは0−5個のエーテル酸素原子を含んで いる完全フッ素置換アルキレン基であり、ここで、Q内のCとO原子の合計は2 から10であり、そしてZは−COOR、−SO2F、−CN、−COFおよび −OCH3から成る群から選択される基であり、ここで、RはC1−C4アルキ ルである〕で表されるフルオロビニルエーテル類、 (h)フッ化ビニル、および (i)(パーフルオロアルキル)エチレンであるR1CH=CH2[ここで、R 1はC1−C8のノルマルパーフルオロアルキル基である]、から成る群から選 択される少なくとも1種のコモノマーとの共重合体、および C)繰り返し単位が5−9員の脂肪族環を含んでおり、これらの環員の少なくと も2つは独立してフッ素原子またはパーフルオロメチル基のどちらかで置換され ている炭素原子であり、そしてこれらの環員が酸素原子であるのは多くて2つで あり、そしてここで、これらの繰り返し単位の残りの部分は存在している場合パ ーフルオロメチレン基であるところの、環状脂肪族ホモポリマー類、 から選択される非晶質フルオロポリマーのコーティング物を上記表面に取り付け ることを含む方法。
- 6.該フルオロポリマーが、 (a)パーフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)のホモポリマ ー類およびパーフルオロ(2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソール)とテトラ フルオロエチレンとの共重合体、(b)パーフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール) のホモポリマー類およびパーフルオロ(1,3−ジオキソール)とテトラフルオ ロエチレンとの共重合体、および (c)パーフルオロ(ビニル3−ブテニルエーテル)のホモポリマー、から成る 群から選択され、ここで、上記ホモポリマー類が下記の式▲数式、化学式、表等 があります▼ で表される繰り返し単位を有している請求の範囲5の方法。
- 7.該物品が取り外し可能金属製タグである請求の範囲5の方法。
- 8.該物品がアルミニウム製タグである請求の範囲7の方法。
- 9.溶媒中の溶液から該コーティング物を塗布する請求の範囲5の方法。
- 10.該物品にポリマーフィルムを積層することによって該コーティング物を取 り付ける請求の範囲5の方法。
