Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 1.磁性充填材が組み込まれた繊維強化プラスチック材料からなり、繊維強化プ ラスチック材料がロータの多層シリンダ状部分として配列されており、磁性充填 材が層の間に配置されていることを特徴とするロータ。
- 2.シリンダ状部分が中空な管状部分であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載 のロータ。
- 3.前記部分が耐摩耗性層内に封入されていることを特徴とする、請求項1また は2のいずれか一項に記載のロータ。
- 4.前記部分がファイバの巻線の第1の層と、これに重畳され、間に螺旋状の空 間を規定しているファイバの巻線の少なくとも1層の中間層と、核空間内の磁性 充填材と、中間層の周囲に重畳されたファイバの巻線の外層とを備えていること を特徴する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のロータ。
- 5.前記部分が基板に重畳されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいず れか一項に記載のロータ。
- 6.磁性充填材が粒子、球状体、ウィスカまたはファイバからなることを特徴と する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のロータ。
- 7.磁性材料が希土類元素からなるいわゆる硬質磁性材料からなることを特徴と する、請求項6に記載のロータ。
- 8.請求項1に記載のロータを製造する方法であって、a)樹脂含浸ファイバか らなる最初の層をマンドリル上に巻き付け、 b)樹脂含浸ファイバからなる少なくとも1層の中間層を最初の層に巻き付けて 、中間層のファイバの間に空間を規定するようにし、 c)磁性充填材と樹脂マトリックス材からなる混合物を該空間内に配置し、 d)樹脂含浸ファイバからなる外層を中間層の周りに巻き付け、e)ゲル化工程 前及びゲル化工程中に樹脂を液状にしたまま、磁性充填材を必要な方向に整合さ せるために磁界を印加し、f)樹脂を硬化し、 g)磁性材を磁化する ステップを含んでいることを特徴とするロータの製造方法。
- 9.請求項8に記載の方法で製造されたロータ。
