Claims (28)
- 1.ポリマーブレンドを含む実質的に未加硫の熱可塑性組成物の製造方法であっ て、 熱可塑性ポリアミド、及びC4乃至C7のイソモノオレフィンとパラアルキルス チレンの未加硫のエラストマー性ハロゲン含有コポリマーを、ハロゲン化水素を 吸収できるか又はハロゲン化水素と反応できる金属化合物と接触領域において接 触させる工程を含み、前記金属化合物の金属成分が元素の周期表の第IB族、第 IIA族、第IIB族、第IVA族、第IVB族、第VIII族の非貴金属、及 びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択され、前記金属化合物が前記接触領域中に 前記熱可塑性組成物を加硫するには不十分な量で存在する、方法。
- 2.金属成分が、銅、ベリリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム 、バリウム、亜鉛、カドミウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ゲルマニウム、錫、鉛 、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、ルテニウム、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選 択される、請求項1の方法。

- 18.イソモノオレフィンがイソブチレンであり、パラアルキルスチレンがパラ メチルスチレンである、請求項17の方法。
- 19.ポリマーがポリエチレンである、請求項16の方法。
- 20.ポリマーブレンドに基づいて、ポリアミドが約10乃至約98重量%の範 囲内の量で存在し、エラストマー性ハロゲン含有コポリマーが約2乃至約90重 量%の範囲内の量で存在する、請求項二の方法。
- 21.充填剤、ゴム配合添加剤、及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される 成分が接触工程の前、間、又は後に添加される、請求項1の方法。

- 23.実質的に未加硫の熱可塑性組成物が、1%歪でASTM D790に従っ て測定して約200乃至約100.000kg/cm2の範囲内の割線曲げモジ ュラスを有する、請求項1の方法。
- 24.割線曲げモジユラスが約30,000乃至約100.000kg/cm2 の範囲内である、請求項23の方法。
- 25.接触工程から得られる実質的に未加硫の熱可塑性組成物に加硫を施して加 硫された組成物を製造する追加の工程を含む、請求項1の方法。
- 26.追加の工程が加硫剤系の存在下に行われる、請求項25の方法。
- 27.請求項1乃至24のいずれか1請求項の方法の方法によって製造された、 実質的に未加硫の熱可塑性組成物。
- 28.請求項25又は請求項26の方法の方法によって製造された、加硫された 組成物。
