Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 「産業上の利用分野」 本考案は、土木・建築工事現場における作業所内休憩ス
ポット等に用いる枠組ベンチに係るものである。
「従来の技術と考案が解決しようとする課題」 土木・建築工事現場における作業所内の休憩スポットで
は、しばしば、パイプによりベンチ用単管下地を組んで
これに木製衣板をわたした簡単なベンチが設けられ、周
辺に吸殻入れ、消火器、塵芥入れ等が配される。
しかし、この場合、次の問題点がある。
ベンチを仮設足場材の利用にて形成できる点では都合
よいが、近年の仮設足場は鋼製の枠組足場が主流を占
め、該枠組足場に補助的にしか用いられないパイプや木
製衣板を流用するには不利、不便が多い。
ベンチの組立て及び解体撤去に手数がかかる。
ベンチの高さ、方向が組立ての都度変動して一様にな
らず、安定性も悪くなりがちであり、坐り心地が悪い。
ベンチの見映えが悪い。
多数の作業員が利用するため、吸殻入れ、消火器、塵
芥入れ等の整理、整頓が困難で、乱雑になり易く、不始
末により火災等も生じ易い。そこで、枠組足場の一環と
しての簡単な枠組ベンチを提供し、上記問題点を一掃し
ようとするものであり、併せて、各種の仮設展示場、催
物会場等にも利用できるようにしようとするものであ
る。
「課題を解決するための手段」 本考案は、パイプ11にて椅子形に形成した複数の椅子枠
１……を設け、これらの椅子枠を適宜間隔に配して相互
間にフック付き板体２……をフックの係合にて架設した
ことを特徴とする。
「作用」 如上の構成であるから、組立ての際には、適数の椅子枠
１……を適宜間隔で列べて、相互間にフック付き板体２
……を架設すればよく、また、解体の際には、そのフッ
ク付き板体２……を取り外せばそれでよい。
組立てられたベンチは、組立ての都度所定の態勢を維持
し、変動するようなことはない。
而して、そのベンチにおいて、椅子枠１……内に吸殻入
れ、消火器、塵芥入れ、掃除用具等を収容し、セットす
ればよい。また、それらの椅子枠１……には、それぞれ
の収容物の表示３……等を施すとよい。
「実施例」 図面は、本考案の実施例を示している。
図示のものは、枠組足場部材の構成要素として用いられ
る適宜鋼製パイプ11……によりコーナー椅子形に形成し
た複数の椅子枠１……を設け、これらの椅子枠を所定間
隔に配して、相互間にフック付き板体２……を座板及び
背板として架設している。
椅子枠１……には、例えば、外径42.7mm内外の鋼製パイ
プ11……を用いて、幅及び奥行を560mm、座部の高さ420
mm、背当て部の高さ560mm内外に形成するとよい。な
お、図示のものでは、保管時、運搬時における重合の便
宜上、後部の一脚及びこれに連なる水平脚部を無くして
いる。重合の便宜を考えなければ、無論あってよい。
椅子枠……１の背当て部には、プレート12……を貼り、
フック付き板体２……の取り付けに必要な切欠き13……
を設けている。
フック付き板体２……には、既存の鋼製布板を兼用して
おり、両端面に一対のフック21,21を備え、これらのフ
ックに係止金物22,22を付設している。したがって、椅
子枠間への架設に当たっては、それぞれフック21,21を
椅子枠１……の適所に係合させ、係止金物22,22で抜け
止めする。なお、フック付き板体２……は、上記鋼製布
板に限るものではなく、専用のものや他の兼用のもので
あってよいこと勿論である。
「考案の効果」 本考案によれば、枠組足場の一環としての簡単な枠組ベ
ンチを提供でき、資材上の不利、不便が少なく、その組
立て・解体撤去がさほどの手数もかからずにきわめて容
易に行え、高さ、方向等を組立ての都度一様にでき、か
つ、安定性もよく、坐り心地のよいものにでき、見映え
のよいものにできる。
また、椅子枠１……内に、吸殻入れ、消火器、塵芥入
れ、掃除用具等を内装できて、整理・整頓でき、不始末
による火災等を無くすことができる。
更に、各種の仮設展示場、催物会場等でも、ベンチとし
て広く利用できる。
