Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a concrete construction environment, and prevent the generation of cold joints or cracks on the surface of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:New concrete 3 is placed on the top of an existing concrete 1. Nozzles 8 are installed on the top of the new concrete 3. Aqueous particles W, which are approximately 100mum or less than 100mum-sized, are sprayed from the nozzles 8 when the concrete is placed. Since the concrete 3 is cured in a moist atmosphere, no cold joint or crack is produced on the surface of the concrete.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the problems to be solved by the invention
When placing concrete in the summer, or curing the placed concrete, the surface of the placed concrete is exposed to direct sunlight, and especially in fine weather, the drying of the surface portion of the concrete progresses rapidly. Sometimes. Thus, cold joints and cracks may occur in the concrete. Further, when the concrete that has been cast is subjected to strong sunlight and heat during curing, a temperature difference occurs between the inside and outside of the concrete, which often causes cracks on the surface of the concrete.

Therefore, conventionally, the surface of the concrete after casting is sprinkled with a sprinkler or the like, or flooded, or the surface of the concrete is covered with a sheet or a curing mat so that the direct sunlight is not exposed. It is designed to prevent sudden drying of the concrete surface and to prevent cracks on the concrete surface. However, in the case of a concrete structure constructed by concrete lift-casting, the above-mentioned submerged curing device and the covered sheet are used for the preparation work such as surveying and bar arrangement for the next lift-casting. Alternatively, since the curing mat is often removed one or several days after the concrete is poured, this measure cannot sufficiently achieve the purpose. In addition, in the case of the water sprinkling, rain gear or the like is required, and the working environment is extremely bad.

According to the present invention, approximately 100 μm of water particles are sprayed from the top surface of the cast concrete or the concrete being cast to cure the cast concrete or the concrete being cast in a humid atmosphere. Therefore, the surface of the concrete is not rapidly dried even when exposed to direct sunlight, and the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the concrete is prevented. Thus, the occurrence of cold joints and cracks on the concrete surface is prevented. Further, since water particles having a size of about 100 μm or less than 100 μm do not get wet even when they are directly bathed, the worker does not need rain gear and the concrete can be constructed in a good working environment.

As described in detail in the above-mentioned one embodiment, the present invention is approximately 100 μm or 100 μm on the upper surface of the concrete which is newly placed on the upper surface of the existing concrete or rock, or the concrete which is being placed. Since the following water particles are sprayed to cure the concrete in a humid atmosphere, the newly placed concrete or the concrete being placed is exposed to direct sunlight even in the summer, etc. Will not dry rapidly, or there will be no sudden temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete, so that no cold joints or cracks will form on the concrete surface, and there will be about 100 μm.
Since it does not get wet with water particles of m or 100 μm or less, no rain gear is required, and the working environment is good.
