る。上記本発明の工法においては、特に既設鋼管杭上の
構造物及び基礎コンクリートを解体・撤去する第1工
程、既設鋼管杭の腐食部処理、異物排除等の既設鋼管杭
の清掃処理を行う第2工程、清掃処理済みの既設鋼管杭
内に既設鋼管杭内径より小さい外径の新規鋼管杭を挿設
する第3工程とを採用することが好ましい。また、上記
既設鋼管杭の清掃処理を行う第2工程と、新規鋼管杭を
挿設する第3工程の間に、清掃処理済みの既設鋼管杭内
底部に高強度モルタルを投入する工程を加入することも
好ましい。さらに上記においては、既設鋼管杭と新規鋼
管杭との間隙に高強度モルタルを充填し、鋼管壁の強度
を高めることも好ましい。

施工や規模拡大に伴う基礎の改修や増強のため、まず建
屋3及び基礎版2の解体・撤去をする。この際、既設鋼
管杭(例えば外径600mm、鋼板の厚さ12mm)1
内の異物除去等の清掃、鋼管杭1上部の腐食部分の除去
防錆処理等も行う。次いで、図2(2)に示すごとく、
既設鋼管杭1の底部に高強度モルタル4を充填した後、
既設鋼管杭1の上方から既設鋼管杭1の内径より小さい
外径の新規鋼管杭(例えば外径450mm、鋼板の厚さ
9mm)10を吊り込み挿入する。新規鋼管杭10の吊
り込み挿入は、図2(3)に示すごとく、既設鋼管杭1
の下底部まで高強度モルタル4に押入して行う。なお、

撤去を行う場合には、撤去後の空洞部周辺の地盤崩壊防
止策が必要となるが、本発明によればそうした対策も不
要となる。
