BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for repairing an existing building, for example, a school building or a factory, and more particularly to a method for modifying an existing building which is applied to a case where a reinforced concrete structure is subjected to seismic reinforcement.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the case of renovation work to increase the seismic strength of an existing reinforced concrete structure, for example, after removing an existing wall, a reinforced concrete made of reinforced concrete having stronger seismic strength than the original wall is provided in the opening. Or, a new wall made of steel braces is installed and reinforced. In this case, when removing the existing wall, it is necessary to take sufficient care not to damage the pillars and beams, and in the past, concrete was slightly removed manually using a chisel or a hammer. They are broken down and removed as if they were being cut. When there is a window or the like in the wall to be removed, the window frame or the like is removed, and the surrounding wall is gradually broken and removed.

However, as in the prior art, the work of manually breaking and removing the wall little by little by using a chisel or a hammer is difficult due to heavy labor, and the wall is hammered. Noise and dust are generated when the walls are broken, and there is a fear that vibrations generated when the walls are hit may have a considerable adverse effect on the columns and beams. In addition, when there is a window or the like on the wall to be removed, it is necessary to remove the window frame or the like and then perform the work of demolishing the wall, and there is a problem that the work requires a lot of labor and time.

In other words, when removing and renovating an existing building wall, the wall to be removed is cut with a wire saw along a boundary between the peripheral pillar and the beam, so that the surrounding column and the beam are cut off. In this case, the trimmed wall is temporarily fixed to the column or beam, and a backup material or a sealing material is filled between the wall and the column or beam until the trimmed wall is removed. It is characterized by the following.

FIG. 1 is a process explanatory view showing one embodiment of a repair method according to the present invention. First, as shown in FIG. 1A, a wall surrounded by adjacent columns 1.1 and beams 2.2. In removing 3, the corners (four corners) of the wall 3 as shown in FIG.
Is formed with an insertion hole 4 for passing a wire saw. Although the wire saw insertion hole 4 is formed in a triangular shape in the illustrated example, the shape is appropriate. Further, it is preferable to previously form a hanging hole 5 for hanging the wall 3 through a wire or the like when removing the wall 3 if necessary. If there is a window 6 or the like on the wall 3 to be removed, the work is carried out as it is without removing it.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1C, the periphery of the wall 3 is cut by a wire saw (wall saw) along the boundary between the column 1 and the beam 2. Of the four wire saw insertion holes 4 thus formed, the wire saw is sequentially passed through two adjacent insertion holes 4 in the vertical or horizontal direction, and the space between the adjacent insertion holes 4 is sequentially cut. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the vertical side of the peripheral edge of the wall 3 is cut by a wire saw S along the boundary with the pillar 1, and as shown in FIG. The wire saw S is connected endlessly to the three insertion holes 4, 4 and the drive device D is moved backward in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Cutting off. At that time, the reinforcing bars buried in the concrete can be cut at the same time. The other three sides are cut in the same manner as above, and the periphery of the wall 3 (four circumferences)

[0010] The wall 3 whose peripheral edge is cut out as described above.
May be removed immediately, but if it is not possible to remove it immediately, or if it is better to cut all the walls at several places and perform the removal at once, The cut wall 3 is temporarily fixed. In FIG. 1D, a plurality of fixing plates 7 such as steel plates are attached to the side surface of the wall 3 as the temporary fixing means, and both ends of each fixing plate 7 are fixed to the beam 2 or the like with the anchor bolt 8 or the like. Here is an example. The structure of the temporary fixing means is appropriate, for example, as shown in FIG.
(A) As shown in (b), fixing brackets 9 having an L-shaped cross section are disposed on the inner and outer peripheral edges of the cut-out wall 3 and the fixing brackets are omitted from the figure for the pillar 1 or the beam 2. It can also be fixed by the like.

A space between the cut-out wall 3 and the pillars 1 and the beams 2 is filled with, for example, a resin-based backup material or a sealing material to prevent rainwater, dust and the like from entering the structure, and to cut the space. the rebar to prevent the rust.
Then, the work of removing the cut-out wall 3 is performed at an appropriate time. At this time, the temporary fixing means and the sealing material are removed, and a wire W is inserted into the hanging hole 5 as shown in FIG. May be inserted and removed with a crane or the like.

Next, after removing the wall 3 as described above, a new wall is installed in the opening 10 from which the wall 3 has been removed to reinforce the structure. The installation method and the like are appropriate. For example, as shown in FIG.
1 and the like are driven into the reinforcing bars 12, the reinforcing bars are arranged, and the reinforced concrete-made earthquake-resistant reinforcing walls 13 are installed. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 3B or FIG. 3C, steel frames 14a and 14b having a desired shape are installed in the opening 10 and fixed with anchors 15 or the like, and are shown on the surfaces of the steel frames 14a and 14b. Although omitted, a finishing material or the like may be provided. Further, a window 16 or the like can be appropriately provided as needed.

When reinforcing earthquake resistance as it is, leave on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, etc.
I have to work on a day. Therefore, for example,
On the first Saturday and Sunday, multiple wall cutting operations were performed at once,
With the wall cut temporarily, such as removal work on Saturday and Sunday,
It is not uncommon to be left for a long time. In such cases
If you leave the above cut portion as it is,
