2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when decorating walls and ceilings of houses and the like, a cloth, paper, synthetic resin sheet, or other decorative sheet is attached to the surface of a square substrate made of gypsum board, calcium silicate board, or the like. A veneer that is worn is generally used. Since the width of a normal decorative board is determined according to the interval between multiple pillar members (pillars or studs) that make up a wooden or steel substrate, when interior decoration is performed, it is assembled at regular intervals. The decorative pillars are attached to the base so that the joint edges of the decorative boards are abutted on each other.

By the way, when forming a wooden substrate or a steel substrate, no matter how careful the worker is when assembling, the pillar member may not properly face the front and may be inclined or slightly protruded. Often withdrawn. Therefore, when the decorative plate as described above is continuously attached to such a base, there is a problem that a linear step is formed at the joint portion between the decorative plates located on the pillar member. In addition, especially in the case of a wooden base, even if the decorative plate is attached so that there is no step at the beginning, the column member will deform over time and the step will appear at the joint part. Is also happening frequently. When such a step is formed on the wall surface after interior decoration, the cut end surface of the decorative plate can be seen, and when light or sunlight is inserted from an oblique direction, shadows or reflections occur at the step and the joining occurs. The part was very noticeable and unsightly.

In the decorative board of the present invention having the above-mentioned structure, the upper protruding portion at the other side edge of the next decorative board is placed on the lower protruding edge at one side edge of the previously installed decorative board. Then, they are continuously attached to the base by joining them. In this case, the end surfaces of the front side base material having the same thickness face each other, and since both end surfaces of the front side base material are provided with inclined surfaces respectively, the surface of the joint portion becomes flat and a step is generated. And the rise of the upper protrusion is prevented after joining. Also, in the case where a nail hole is formed in the lower protrusion of the decorative plate, one side of the decorative plate is fixed by hitting the nail head so that it enters the nail hole, and the upper protrusion of the next decorative plate is placed. At this time, the nails do not get in the way and there is a play between the nails that are struck and the decorative plate, so that the decorative plate is prevented from being fixed along the pillar member that is inclined or bent.

The lower protrusion 5 has a step 9 at the top.
Round holes 9 provided with a are provided at predetermined intervals along the length direction (direction perpendicular to the paper surface), and a reinforcing member 10 made of plastic is fitted into the round holes 9. The reinforcing member 10 has a cylindrical shape having the same height as the thickness of the back side base material 3 and a size in which the head of the nail is loosely fitted, and includes a bottom portion 10a having a hole a of a size through which the body of the nail passes. The upper portion has an outward flange portion 10b.
It is fitted and adhered into the round hole 9 without any gap so that b is on the step 9a of the round hole 9 and does not protrude from the surface of the lower protrusion 5. Therefore, the nails 11 formed by the cylindrical portion of the reinforcing member 10 are provided in the lower protrusion 5 along the length direction at predetermined intervals.

The decorative plate 1 produced as described above is
Since there is an adhesive between the front-side base material 2 and the back-side base material 3, when the upper protrusion 6 of the adjacent decorative board 1 is placed on and bonded to the lower protrusion 5 of one decorative board 1. If you look closely, there will be gaps corresponding to the thickness of the adhesive.
Therefore, if this thickness is a concern, it is advisable to eliminate this gap by applying an adhesive agent to the surface of the lower protrusion 5 at appropriate intervals. Further, if the adhesive is applied on the lower protrusion 5 at the time of joining, this problem can be solved. In this case, therefore, it is not particularly necessary to apply the adhesive in advance.

When the interior of the wall surface is made using the above decorative plate 1, a plurality of decorative plates 1 are prepared, and these are continuously attached to a base assembled at the same intervals as the width of the decorative plate 1. . In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, the above decorative plate 1A is in a state in which the nail N is driven into the nail hole 11 of the lower protrusion 5 and the joint side thereof is fixed to the base pillar member P. Therefore, the adhesive is applied onto the lower protrusion 5 of the decorative plate 1A fixed in this way, and then the upper protrusion 6 of the next decorative plate 1B is placed and pushed in to the state shown in FIG. After the joining, the joining side on the opposite side of the next decorative plate 1B is similarly nailed and fixed.

When fixing the joint side of the decorative plate 1A with the nail N as shown in FIG. 2, the head of the nail N has a nail hole 11 in the lower protrusion 5.
Strike until you get in. By nailing in this manner, the head of the nail N is hidden in the nail hole 11, and the upper protrusion 6 of the next decorative plate 1B does not get caught on the head of the nail N and the lower protrusion 5 of the preceding decorative plate 1A is not covered. Placed along the top. Further, since the head of the nail N is loosely fitted into the nail hole 11, the decorative plate 1A does not follow the surface of the pillar member P and is flat even if the pillar member P is tilted or bent. Keep it fixed.

It should be noted that each decorative plate 1 may be attached to the pillar member P only by the nail N, but it may be fixed by using an adhesive together. If the adhesive is applied to the nail holes 11 before or after the nail N is hit, the rattling of the decorative plate can be reliably prevented. Needless to say, as the decorative plate located at the end of the wall surface or the ceiling, a straight plate without the side edge as described above is used on one side.

When the decorative plate 1 is continuously attached to the base as described above, the abutting end face 7b of the front side base material 2 of the preceding decorative plate 1A and the front side base material 2 of the next decorative plate 1B as shown in FIG. The abutting end surface 8b in FIG. 2 abuts, and the edges of the decorative sheet 4 are abutted against each other at the same height, so that the seam is inconspicuous. In addition, the two decorative plates 1A and 1B are provided with the inclined surface 7 of each front side base material 2.
Since the portions a and 8a are fitted together, the next decorative plate 1B does not float up even if the pillar member P is deformed over time not only during construction, but also during construction.

Further, as the front side base material 2 and the back side base material 3 constituting the substrate, corrugated board, gypsum board, plywood, calcium silicate board and the like can be appropriately combined and used. Then, it is preferable to use cardboard, which is a material having a constant thickness, for the front substrate 2. If at least the front side base material 2 is made of corrugated board as described above, or if both the front side base material 2 and the back side base material 3 are made of corrugated board, the decorative board 1 has fire resistance, water resistance, and the like. It is strong, lightweight, and inexpensive. In addition, when using a thin corrugated board, you may use what was pasted together in order to make the front side base material 2 and the back side base material 3 thick. When the back side substrate 3 is made of a material that is not brittle, the nail hole 11 may be formed by simply making a hole without using the reinforcing member 10 as described above.

As described above, according to the decorative plate of the present invention, the upper protrusion on the side edge of the next decorative plate is mounted on the lower protrusion on the side edge of the previously installed decorative plate. When placed and continuously attached to the base, the end surfaces of the front side base material having the same thickness face each other, and the inclined surfaces provided on both end surfaces of the front side base material serve as a stopper.
It is possible to carry out interior decoration without causing a step on the surface of the decorative plate, and since the upper protrusion is prevented from rising at the joint, the step does not occur on the surface of the joint even after construction.

Further, since a nail hole having a size that allows the nail head to be loosely fitted is provided on the front side of the lower protrusion of the decorative plate, when the protrusion of the next decorative plate is fitted into the groove of the preceding decorative plate. The nails can be installed smoothly without getting in the way. Also,
Since one side of the decorative plate is fixed by hitting a nail into the nail hole, it is possible to prevent the decorative plate from being fixed along the pillar member that is tilted or bent, so that the flat state can be maintained regardless of whether the ground condition is good or bad. You can keep it and stick each veneer to the base.
