【0094】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a parting material used as a baseboard or a ceiling edge used for parting between a wall surface and a horizontal surface at an entrance corner or an exit corner having a round shape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the corners and corners that form a round shape, that is, in corners or corners that have a curved cross-section, the baseboard used for parting between the wall surface and the floor surface, and parting between the wall surface and the ceiling surface Any ceiling edge used must be curved along this curved surface.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the radius is large, it is possible to apply a curvature suitable for the radius to a single solid wood material at the construction site, but if this radius is R1000 mm or less, such curvature is applied. It was practically difficult to apply the wood material without cracking at the site.
[0004]
There is also a measure to order a parting material with such a curvature, but in this case, parting work must be interrupted during that time. In addition, even if such a parting material is specially ordered, the curvature of the parting material does not necessarily exactly match the curvature of the curved surface of the entrance or exit corner, and in such a case, the parting material and the wall surface do not adhere to each other. Therefore, the endurance of such parting parts is reduced. In addition, troubles such as driving a caulking material into the gap between them are caused, and the appearance at the parting point is lowered.
[0005]
In view of this, the present invention is intended to make it possible to easily and appropriately cut off the wall surface and horizontal plane at the entrance and exit corners forming a round shape at the construction site even when the round is R 1000 mm or less. Main purpose.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, in the first aspect of the present invention, the parting material between the wall surface and the horizontal surface at the entrance corner or the exit corner forming a round shape is the following (1) to(5)It was supposed to have the configuration.
(1) Thickness of 2 mm or more and 4 mm or lessA base material made of MDF;2 mm or more and 4 mm or less in thicknessIt consists of a surface material made of MDF,
Or this base material, surface layer material, and one or two or more arranged between this base material and surface layer material2 mm or more and 4 mm or less in thicknessIt consists of MDF intermediate material,
(2) The base material has a back surface as a fastening surface to the wall surface,
(3) Each of the surface layer material and the intermediate material has a back surface as a fastening surface with respect to the front surface of the base material or the adjacent intermediate material,
(4) Of the surfaces of the base material, surface layer material, and intermediate material, the surfaces excluding the fastening surface, which are surfaces that require designability in a state where they are installed as baseboards or ceiling edges Make upAnd
(5) The base material and the surface layer material or the base material, the intermediate material, and the surface layer material are overlapped and fastened while being curved, respectively, so as to give up.
[0007]
According to such a configuration, it is possible to configure a parting material from two or more MDFs having a thickness required as a parting material that are fastened together in a superposed manner as described above. Each part can be curved to form a parting material that accurately fits the corners of the entrance corner or the exit corner, and the parting work at the entrance corner or the exit corner can be easily and appropriately performed.
[0008]
Also, the baseboard or the edge of the ceiling is formed on the baseboard or the edge of the ceiling formed by laminating the base material, the surface material, or the base material, the intermediate material, and the surface layer of the base material. Appearance similar to that of a single piece of makeup wood material can be imparted.
[0009]
Further, in the invention described in
[0010]
According to this structure, a groove-shaped part can be formed between adjacent surface layer materials, and the baseboard provided with the groove-shaped part over the length direction can be formed.
[0011]
Moreover, in invention of
The front surface of the base material or the intermediate material adjacent to the surface material is characterized in that a long groove is formed in the length direction of the base material or the intermediate material in which the protrusions of the surface material are respectively stored.
[0012]
According to such a configuration, the surface layer material can be installed only in a state in which the ridge is placed in the groove, and two or more surface layer materials are arranged at a constant interval between adjacent surface layer materials, that is, the groove-shaped portion. Each can be properly installed in a properly formed state.
[0013]
Further, in the invention described in
[0014]
According to such a configuration, both the adjacent surface layer materials are turned upside down so that the ridge is placed in the groove, or one of the adjacent surface layer materials is turned upside down and the ridge is placed in the groove. By doing so, the width of the groove-like portion formed between adjacent surface layer materials and the position of the end surface of the adjacent surface layer material can be changed, and the appearance of the parting material can be easily and as required. It can be adjusted appropriately.
[0015]
Further, in the invention described in
[0016]
According to such a configuration, it is possible to make the surface layer material easier to bend using this cut while forming such protrusions on the surface layer material.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, typical embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0018]
Here, FIG. 1 shows a state in which the parting corner D having a rounded shape is parted by the parting material M according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows a cornering corner E having a rounded shape. On the other hand, the state in which the parting with the parting material M according to the first embodiment is performed is shown in a state of a flat cross section, and FIG. 3 shows this state in the state of a side cross section.
[0019]
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the members constituting the parting material M according to the second embodiment are separated, and FIG. 5 shows a state in which the baseboard Ma is constituted by the members. .
[0020]
FIG. 6 shows a state in which each member constituting the parting material M according to the third embodiment is separated, and FIG. 7 shows a state in which the ceiling edge Mb is constituted by each member. Yes.
[0021]
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the members constituting the parting material M according to the fourth embodiment are separated, and FIG. 9 shows a state in which the baseboard Ma is constituted by the members. .
[0022]
FIG. 10 shows a state in which the members constituting the parting material M according to the fifth embodiment are separated, and FIG. 11 shows a state in which the baseboard Ma is constituted by the members. .
[0023]
FIGS. 12 to 14 show the state in which the baseboard Ma is constituted by the members constituting the parting material M according to the sixth embodiment, and FIG. 15 shows the surface layer material constituting the parting material M. Some examples of changes in the configuration are shown.
[0024]
The parting material M according to this embodiment is a baseboard Ma or a ceiling edge Mb used for parting between the wall surface H and the horizontal surface S at the corner E or the corner D, which has a rounded shape.
[0025]
That is, the parting material M becomes a baseboard Ma used for parting between the wall surface H and the floor surface Sa at the entrance corner E or the exit corner D having a curved plane section, or an entrance having a curved section. This is the ceiling edge Mb used for parting between the wall surface H and the ceiling surface Sb at the corner E or the protruding corner D.
[0026]
Specifically, the parting material M has a baseboard Ma or ceiling edge Mb used for parting between the wall surface H and the horizontal surface S at the entrance corner E or the exit corner D in which the curved surface is a curved surface of R75 mm to R1000 mm. It will be.
[0027]
When the entrance corner E or the exit corner D is such a curved surface, the parting material M needs to be curved so as to match the curvature of the curved surface, but such a curvature is applied to a single solid wood material. Attempting to do it on site will cause cracks. In particular, when the curved surface is R100 mm or less, such a problem becomes more remarkable.
[0028]
In addition, there is a measure for custom-preparing the parting material M having such a curvature, but in the meantime, the parting work must be interrupted. Even if such a parting material M is specially ordered, the curvature of the parting material M does not necessarily match the curvature of the curved surface of the entrance corner E or the exit corner D in many cases. Since H does not adhere closely, durability of such a parting part is reduced. In addition, troubles such as driving a caulking material into the gap between them are caused, and the appearance at the parting point is lowered.
[0029]
The parting material M according to this embodiment includes a

[0031]
In other words, the parting material M is made up of two or more MDFs (Medium Density Fiberboard) having a thickness required as the parting material M, which are fastened together in a superposed manner. Thus, it is possible to easily form a parting material M that accurately matches the corner of the entrance corner E or the exit corner D at the construction site, and to perform the parting work.
[0032]
For example, in configuring the baseboard Ma or the ceiling edge Mb having a thickness of 7.5 mm, while curving the

Each MDF is best to have a thickness of 2 mm or more and 4 mm or less. This is because cracks are likely to occur when the thickness is less than 2 mm, and it is difficult to bend when the thickness exceeds 4 mm.
