Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when decorating walls and ceilings of houses and the like, a cloth, paper, synthetic resin sheet, or other decorative sheet is attached to the surface of a square substrate made of gypsum board, calcium silicate board, or the like. A veneer that is worn is generally used. Since the width of a normal decorative board is determined according to the interval between multiple pillar members (pillars or studs) that make up a wooden or steel substrate, when interior decoration is performed, it is assembled at regular intervals. The decorative pillars are attached to the base so that the joint edges of the decorative boards are abutted on each other.

Often withdrawn. Therefore, when the above decorative plate is continuously attached to such a base, there is a problem that a linear step is formed at the joint portion between the decorative plates located on the pillar member. If there is such a step on the wall surface after interior decoration, the cut end surface of the decorative plate can be seen, and when light or sunlight is inserted from an oblique direction, the shadow or shadow may appear at the step and the connection may occur. It caused a situation where parts were very noticeable.

A groove in the length direction is provided so as to form a protrusion and a back side protrusion protruding from this, and
On the other side edge serving as the joining edge, a longitudinal ridge that can be fitted into the groove is provided at the same height as the groove so as to form a front step and a back step deeper than this. The size of each ledge and each step is that of the front ledge with a gap left between the back ledge and the back tier when the ridge of the adjacent veneer is inserted into the groove in one veneer. The tip portion and the rising portion of the front side step portion are in contact with each other, and a plurality of nail holes of a size in which the head of the nail is loosely fitted are formed at predetermined intervals in the length direction on the front side of the back side protrusion. It is attached. In this case, since the groove and the ridge are at the same height,
The surface of the decorative plate does not become flat and steps are not generated.
In addition, nails are nailed in the nail holes on the back side protruding on one side edge of the decorative plate to fix one side of each decorative plate to the base, but by driving so that the nail head enters the nail hole, the next makeup The nail does not get in the way when the ridge of the board is fitted into the groove of the decorative board. In addition, by nailing nails into the nail holes and fixing one side of the decorative plate, it is prevented that the decorative plate is fixed along the pillar member that is tilted or bent, the surface is finished flat and the groove of the ridge is finished. Can be easily inserted.

The strip 7 is provided at the same height as the groove 6 so as to form the front side step portion 8 and the back side step portion 9 deeper than the front side step portion 8.
The size of each protrusion 4, 5 and each step 8, 9 is 1.
When the protrusions 7 of the adjacent decorative plate 1 are fitted into the grooves 6 of the two decorative plates 1, the tip portion 4a of the front side protrusion 4 and the front side step are left with a gap left between the back side protrusion 5 and the back side step portion 9. The rising portion 8a of the portion 8 comes into contact. Further, a plurality of nail holes 10 each having a size into which a nail head can be inserted are formed in the front side of the back side protrusion 5 at predetermined intervals in the length direction (direction perpendicular to the paper surface).

A decorative sheet made by laminating a decorative sheet 3 on a base material 2 such as a plywood board, a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, and a rock wool board. The side edges on both sides, which are the joint edges, are cut into the above shapes. After processing, it can be created by hollowing out a concave portion to be the nail hole 10 in the back side protrusion 5.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, three corrugated cardboard sheets 11a to 11c cut into a predetermined size are used, and these are bonded with an adhesive as shown in FIG. Groove 6 is provided, and the ridge 7 in the longitudinal direction is provided on the other side edge.
Is formed. In this case, the front side protrusion 4 and the back side protrusion 5 protruding from this are formed above and below the groove 6, and the front side step portion 8 and the back side step portion 9 deeper than this are formed above and below the protrusion 7, respectively. The sizes of the corrugated cardboard sheets 11a to 11c are determined in advance. By forming the decorative plate 1 by laminating in this manner, it is possible to finish neatly without the need for cutting the joint edge, and as a result, the fitting can be easily performed. The decorative board 1 created as described above has the corrugated cardboard sheets 11a to 1
Since there is the adhesive between 1c, when the protrusion 7 of the adjacent decorative plate 1 is fitted into the groove 6 of one decorative plate 1, a gap corresponding to the thickness of the adhesive is formed. Therefore, the gap is eliminated by applying an adhesive agent to the surface of the back side protrusion 5 at an appropriate interval.

Alternatively, the corrugated board sheet 11a and the central corrugated board sheet 11b may be bonded together. Further, the concave portion 10 to be the nail hole 10 may be provided in advance on the back side corrugated board sheet 11c, or may be hollowed out after the three corrugated board sheets 11a to 11c are bonded.

As the material, those subjected to appropriate flame retardation treatment, curing treatment, water resistance treatment, etc. may be used. The decorative board 1 produced using such a corrugated cardboard sheet has fire resistance, water resistance, and the like, and is strong, lightweight, and inexpensive.

In this case, the nail hole 10 can be formed by previously providing the second corrugated cardboard sheet 12c from the back side in a penetrating state. Of course, four cardboard sheets 12a
After gluing ~ 12d, the concave portion which becomes the nail hole 10 may be hollowed out.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 6, the above decorative plate 1A is in a state in which a nail N is hit in the nail hole 10 of the back side protrusion 5 and the joint side thereof is fixed to the base pillar member P. In the groove 6 of the preceding decorative plate 1A, the next decorative plate 1
The ridge 7 of B is fitted and joined in the state shown in FIG. 7, and the next decorative plate 1B is fixed by similarly nailing the joining side on the opposite side.

By nailing in this way, the head of the nail N is hidden in the nail hole 10, and the ridge 7 of the next decorative plate 1B is formed.
Is not caught on the head of the nail N, and the groove 6 of the above decorative plate 1A
Be inserted into. Further, since the head of the nail N is loosely fitted in the nail hole 10 and the decorative plate 1A is stopped at the bottom portion of the nail hole 10, the decorative plate 1A is a pillar even if the pillar member P is tilted or bent. The member P is fixed while keeping its planar state without following the surface of the member P. Therefore, the groove 6 of the above decorative plate 1A
On the other hand, it is not difficult to fit the ridge 7 of the next decorative plate 1B. It should be noted that the nail N may be attached to the pillar member P only, but an adhesive agent may be used together to ensure the fixation. Further, if the adhesive is applied to the nail hole 10 after the nail N is hit, the rattling of the decorative plate can be reliably prevented. Needless to say, as the decorative plate located at the end of the wall surface, a straight plate without the side edge as described above is used on one side.

The nail can be smoothly inserted without disturbing the insertion. In addition, since one side of the decorative plate is fixed by hitting a nail into the nail hole, it is possible to prevent the decorative plate from being fixed along the pillar member that is tilted or bent, so that it is a flat surface regardless of whether the ground condition is good or bad. Each decorative plate can be attached to the base while maintaining the state, and the ridge of the next decorative plate can be easily fitted into the groove of the preceding decorative plate.
